The pizza is amazing and delicious. They have their own dedicated allergy prep station for the gluten free pizzas. However, it must have still had some cross contact because I woke up sick and symptomatic. Usually if it is a lot of cross contact I get immediate symptoms but I lasted until the morning until I felt symptoms so keep in mind it is still a possibility. Definitely delicious food though
We eat at Grindhouse about twice every month, and keep coming back for the consistently-good food. They get popular & sometimes you’ll need to park down the street to hike & might need to wait. But the food/service is great, for both dine-in and takeout. Be sure to try their App for pickup/takeaway orders
My partner is both gluten free (Celiac) and vegetarian, and I LOVE that she can have an Impossible Patty with GF bun while I chow down on a double cowboy style with extra Grindhouse sauce. (NOTE: They have a shared fryer, so she avoids the fries & onion rings because she’s super-sensitive … but she’s never had any tummy problems from the GF bun & impossible patty).
This is literally the best gluten-free pizza in Atlanta! The gluten-free pizza crust looked like regular crust the first time I had it and i made the server double check for me. I couldn’t believe my eyes and that it was actually gluten-free! It’s so fluffy and tastes like real bread. They even have their own housemade vegan cheese (made from tofu) so it’s a great spot if you’re lactose-intolerant or vegan too!
Service is hit or miss-had our order messed up on a couple occasions but the gluten-free pizza is so worth it!
Had Mother’s Day brunch here. It was lovely. Service and food were great.
The furnishings were a bit tired but that was the only negative.
They have gluten free pasta options.
There is a really kind buff dude with a long pony tail of dreadlocks that has been super awesome about greeting us both times my husband and I ate here. The gluten free pancakes are some of the best pancakes I've ever ate. Gluten or not. Jalapeno omelet, amazing. Benedicts on point. The buff guy with the dreads makes better drinks than the lady did, but this place is a new favorite for me when visiting Atlanta
This is such a cute restaurant in the heart of midtown. They have indoor, patio and upstairs seating. The food is amazing! I had the lobster bisque to start then shrimp and grits. Yum! They have meat, vegetarian and even gluten free options. Prices were resonable and our service was quick! Note: there are only 3 unisex bathrooms so be aware if it's busy when you dine you may need to wait. There's a parking deck near by within walking distance but be prepared to pay (like with any place in atl) not sure if they have validation. We weren't offered any but didn't expect any either. It didn't take away from our experience. Would still highly recommend.
Visiting from Utah, first time in Atlanta, we stayed a week and this was the best meal we had the whole trip. I have celiac disease and we travel frequently and it’s always a struggle to eat out. The the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to enjoy my meal. They gave us a complimentary appetizer and made something gluten free for me so I didn’t feel left out, the waitress Johnette was SO nice, she went over the gluten free options and the chef ended up coming out once I ordered to clarify what I was ordering and what he could substitute to make it gluten free. Everyone was very accommodating. The manager also checked in several times. Food was amazing and so were the desserts! Will definitely be back next time we’re in town.
WOW this place is a little tucked away but so amazing. Entirely gluten free kitchen and attentive staff! Shout out to Adrianna and Noelle. We had a wonderful lunch with generous portions of guac, queso, and salsa and super flavorful tacos a la carte! Thank you for being open on the 4th of July!
I ordered the gluten free Bourbon Pancakes and these were the BEST gluten free pancakes I've had at a restaurant ever. The pancakes also came with eggs and bacon which is unusual and greatly appreciated. My husband had the Blackrock Benedict which came with cheese grits and was also amazing. The service was excellent and Chantay was very attentive, polite and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place. They know how to do breakfast!! You will not be disappointed.
Flying out of ATL weekly has given me the time to figure out the places I like to eat and the others I stay away from. One Flew South was always my go to for food because the food is quite good, from the sushi to the smash burger with fries. Unfortunately, the last two visits were miserably with service. From the host being rude because I didnt want to sit at the bar and then seating two groups that walked up after me, to the server rolling his eyes at me because I asked if something was gluten free and then couldnt have the courtesy to say anything after I said thank you and that I hoped he had a good night. I ask for very little because I have both worked in the restaurant industry and currently train people on customer service/experience.
Even though the food is good, I dont plan to go there again due to service alone. Hopefully management can work with their staff to create a better experience for future guests.
My friends and I are HUGE fans of Nobu. We've been to several of the locations around the country. The food was amazing as usual. If you want amazing sushi than look no further. Their spicy marg is out of this world delicious. Unfortunately we didn't experience as good of service as we have in the past. First I asked the server to let the chef know that we're gluten and dairy sensitive. Our group consisted of 4 people and it seems she only catered this request to me and not the entire table. That was a bit disappointing once we realize it, due to the fact that we were all sharing dishes with one another. We corrected it with her half way through but we found it odd that she didn't acknowledge from the start that it was for the entire table. at the beginning of our experience a server was delivering our drinks to the table and spilled an entire beer on my friend. Glass and beer were everywhere!! It was a huge mess and my friend and I immediately removed ourselves from the table to help get her dress cleaned up in the bathroom. The whole ordeal was super embarrassing for everyone involved. My friend had to sit through the entire dinner with a soaking wet dress! We're a very understanding group and we know that accidents happen, but we didn't appreciate the way the manager handled the situation. He thought bringing complimentary tequila shots to the table would make everything better. Yes, this was a nice gesture but having a few appetizers comped or bringing over some complimentary dishes to try as a group would have been a sincere apology for the whole ordeal and in our eyes would have justified things better for us. We aren't big drinkers so the tequila shots really didn't justify what had happened. We spent well over $600 and expected to be treated with more care than a round of tequila shots for what occurred. We were also there to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday and we ordered a dessert. When it came out there was no acknowledgment we were celebrating him ( no happy birthday ). Overall we love Nobu and may give this location another chance... MAYBE, but I'm still kind of in shock on how they handled this situation given the fine dining establishment we were at.
What I love about this place is it's not like any other sandwich shop, they've captured the almost dive bar vibe/specialty eatery very well. Some might call it hipster and maybe they are right but it works and they make amazing sandwiches so more power to them. The outdoor seating area is perfect for a sunny day or a fun night out and their indoor area is also well equipped. Great for families too! We ordered the Beast on yeast (gluten free bread) the Tea bird and Little Havana. They hit the spot! 10/10 would recommend.
Consistently good with a great patio.
I'm in here once a season or so, usually to meet friends. It's always good service. The food is consistently and the patio is exceptional. My wife likes Italian and I have dietary restrictions. This is a great choice.
Meaning of my friends who like upscale restaurants have not been here because the sign is so cheesy looking (pun intended). However, it's always a good experience and has an unusually pleasant indoor / outdoor dining experience. It was cooling off as we started dinner on the patio. They had automatic panels that lowered and a big fireplace to help eat the area. It's a great casual ambiance.
I was here recently and Jeri-Lynn waited on me. She was friendly, upbeat, and helpful - everything that makes me want to put down a fat tip. She was careful with our allergens. Oddly, they have some dairy in their aioli, which I would have normally taken.
My wife had the vehicle parmesan which is a generous portion. I had the chicken wings, which were also an ample portion. My kid had the gluten-free crust pizza. Jeri-Lynn what's right. It was much better than expected with dairy-free cheese and a cauliflower crust.
We will be back.
Dairy/vegan free & gluten free options available! I love this place. The line is always long but worth the wait! If you grab a drink at the bar, then wait in line with friends you won't even notice you are waiting! The food is delicious and when the weather is nice it's a perfect place to go!

This place at the ATL airport was awesome, they took on a party of 5 20 mi utez before closing and laid out the gluten menu for us too to taylor to our guests. Staff was super nice and prompted. If there was a location close to me I would go every weekend.
Absolutely one of the best places Iv been for fish in atlanta. The server had tons of charisma and charm. He was gluten free focused after someone in our party had allergies. It meant a lot. I will always recommend this place. Thank you
Incredible. Communicated clearly with me on my gluten allergies and making sure to reduce lactose

Wonderful restaurant with great food and service. Mark the manager went above my expectations in correcting an error with my ordered entree that was delivered to me not prepared gluten free. Not only was he sincerely apologetic he comped my entree, wine and a dessert. Thank you for your kindness.
I love this restaurant for many reasons. The food is incredible, the flavors diverse, and the menu is flexible. We are gluten-free (not by choice), and there are good gf choices on the menu already, but the chef will also make most menu items gluten free upon request. The space is small and always busy, and it’s in kind an uninteresting spot, but when I walk into the restaurant, it immediately becomes an amazing experience beyond just dinner. We’ve loved every meal and drink we’ve ordered, and the service is so friendly and fun! Good vibes overall!!
What an awesome food and restaurant to enjoy tastes of Japan in Atlanta. They have many items to try. They have barbecue, sushi, salads, deserts. They even have gluten free sauces. Their vegetarian menu is wide. It is conveniently located in Atlantic Station. I love spicy Tuna sushi.
Robby was amazing when he seated me making sure I found a space that felt comfortable to me because he could tell that I was in a very stressful end of day after a very long week of work and travel.
I was sat in Sean Lee’s space where I was provided amazing service, drinks and fries to abait my hanger and become human again.
I sat with diligent eyes appreciating the efficiency and friendliness of this entire team as they serviced the guests in a lively and caring way.
The music was perfect for a Saturday night and the food was over the top amazing. As a gluten free individual I was amazed at the opportunity to have a normal burger and fries in Atlanta. Only visiting for the weekend I would definitely recommend this location as a place to enjoy your night.
My husband and I went to Nan Thai last night for dinner; we were celebrating his birthday but I felt like it was my birthday too! We don’t eat Thai food often, but Nan Thai hands was by far the best That restaurant we have ever been to. From the moment we walked in our dining experience began. Our server Anamaki (please forgive me if I misspelled her name) was so good, she knew the menu, made recommendations, and asked if we had any food aversions. When I told I had a gluten intolerance, she immediately offered a substitute.
I had gluten free spring rolls, lemongrass soup with seafood, and lobster Pad Thai. My husband had lobster coconut soup, calamari, and an entree full of seafood, with an ample sized lobster tail—everything was expertly seasoned, without the need for salt or pepper. From the first bite, oohs, aahs, abounded; between what I ordered and what my husband ordered we were equally pleased. There was no long wait for our food to arrive, the wait staff cleared our table frequently, and water glasses were never empty. I tend to go on and on in my reviews for a reason- when I give five stars I want to tell you why. Everything about this restaurant lived up to its Nan Thai Fine Dining name. A day later we are still talking about the meal! My anniversary is in April, I have already booked my reservation.Lastly, dessert was good- Creme brûlée, caramel flan and coconut ice cream. A nice, creamy way to end the best meal we’ve had in a long time. Thank you Nan Thai for the wonderful evening. We’ll see you soon.
My husband and I went for our anniversary and were very pleased with everything. I have a gluten allergy which was accommodated for and the server took seriously. Our server's name was Frank. He was super attentive and just all around great. When the staff found out we were celebrating our anniversary everything was geared around that. The place is expensive but well worth it.
What a find! Delicious wood-fired pizza and craft beers barrel-aged on site. (Don't miss special Gluten free pizza and beer events!)
Customer service and atmosphere are top-notch! Get over there!
The service here stood out as a key factor to my enjoyment. My server was so kind, friendly and genuinely happy. It seemed she was pleased to be at work and honestly she made the experience wonderful. I wish I recalled her name to give her a shout out. The manager also rounded and checked on guests, which is always nice to see.
I had the gluten free pancake meal with scrambled eggs and bacon. Very good. Also ordered the southern (grilled) chicken sandwich (bread on side). Chicken very tender and flavorful. I upgraded the side to fruit - very impressed with the freshness of the pineapple, strawberries and grapes.
I came on a weekday when it was not busy, so no wait. I can definitely see how it gets crowded on weekends and may have waits. The benefits of coming during non peak times!
I did just read many reviews that mentioned a free half order of beignets for your first visit. I wish I knew this because it was my first visit here. Oh well! They may have assumed it wasn’t as I had a coupon - but yes, I’m that person who often signs up for rewards before going to a new place! :)
Attention Celiacs! Chef Weems is amazing! I have celiac and she knows her stuff! Tacos, bowls, and/or drinks are worthy of a walk or drive. Avoid anything fried, as well as the chicken and tofu because they are marinated in soy sauce. The service, atmosphere and food is a 10+!

We enjoy Carroll Street cafe! I especially like that they have gluten-free buns for the sandwiches and gluten-free pasta. I have had the chicken cob sandwich and the salmon sandwich and both are good. They have three different flavors of mayo which I like -regular mayo, sun-dried, tomato, mayo, and a cilantro, lime mayo. Reasonable prices for a sandwich with fries and a side salad ($18). My friend liked that they have sugar free pumpkin spice latte in May, which was cool. Service can be a bit slow, but the food is pretty good.
So good!! Our first time at Banshee and we loved it. Our server was delightful. I have to eat gluten free and my partner can’t have other certain ingredients- we put our allergies in the reservation and when we arrived, our server had already talked to chef and knew what they could adjust for us. We ordered the arancini, radicchio + apples, snapper, lamb pasta, squash, and potatoes. Everything was delicious. The cocktails were lovely too- and pretty boozy! We will be back. Congrats to Banshee on the Michelin Bib Gormound. Well deserved!
More cons than pros. I was excited to celebrate my 53rd birthday last night. My friend recommended this place and I read reviews. I was quickly disappointed. A party of 2, we sat down at 6pm. There were about 7 tables filled. We waited literally about 20 min for water. My husband had to get up and ask the host for water. She immediately sent someone over. The waitress was great. No complaints. However, you they were out of the Gluten Free bread because Fritti (next door where they get their bread from) was closed for renovations. Planning on that part was sub par. I had to watch while everyone else enjoyed the bread. Next, the salad was missing tomatoes. It was a bowl of romaine lettuce with 3 cucumbers (not exaggerating) 4 radishes and some purple onion sprinkled on top. Not impressed. Finally, the food- I ordered the Gluten Free Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and my husband the Linguine Pescatore. The portion size was drastically different. I am 5'1 about 115lbs and I had no leftovers. Felt like a kids portion. My portion was half the size of his. Very disappointed. Not sure if I'll be back. I was really excited to try Sotto Sotto but with all the issues not impressed. We had to leave to be somewhere else so I was not able to speak to manager. Will be calling today.
Took my brother and nephew, who has a gluten sensitivity, here for lunch. We asked the server if they had any gluten free hamburger buns. When she said yes we asked her to check to see if they had any in stock. She went into the back and then came back and informed us that they did indeed have them so we ordered our food. Twenty minutes later a manager came out to inform us that they actually didn't have the buns. There is no coming back from that.
Stopped in after a night at the Botanica Garden lights with a party of 8. Serves was friendly and food was delicious! Kids and adults enjoyed everything we ordered. Food came out quickly and as ordered. Even the hummus appears to be made in house. They have Gluten free options.
GF BBQ heaven. All the sauces are gluten free. All the meats are gluten free. Plenty of gluten free options for sides. Shout out to John and Shannon for answering all my questions about the menu and the A++++ service. Try the brisket and the brisket chili, you won’t regret it!
