It was amazing to find a place where we can eat everything on the menu!!! Because we follow a vegetarian gluten free diet and it’s not easy to find a place where you can eat EVERYTHING!!! We love it, the place, the food, the attention, Sara the waitress is so kind and makes you feel so comfortable, the desserts were amazing, a lot of choices. We ask for Lasaña, which took a little time of waiting but it was worth it, Nachos, hot brownie with ice cream, chocolate and cherry cake, a nuts cookie with strawberry, and everything was delicious, really love it. For sure, we are coming back soon!!!
Unfortunately a very bad experience...
Got gluten-free stuff last Saturday due to new diet
The macaroons were rock hard and really inedible
I bought cheese rolls because I can't eat garlic or onion powder. At first bite they turned out to be sauce ice cream rolls...
Also had 5 other products and just wanted to bake something from them, it turned out to be 2.5 weeks past their expiry date, so I checked the dates and 2 other products were also already past the date before the purchase date...
So we don't come here anymore and a tip for others pay attention to the dates..
Great bagel options and good coffee. Clear signage about gluten free products and great customer service. These guys know what they are doing with gluten-free.
Came here for a quick lunch while visiting The Hague. I have celiac and a celiac-safe gluten free wrap is available. Staff is knowledgeable and my wrap was great!
Large selection of pastries
Menu is reasonable in terms of lunch choices
Gluten-free pastries option
Neat toilet areas with the possibility to change your baby.
Fast and friendly service.
Ordered: toasted sandwich with ham, cheese and (fresh) pineapple with garnish; red velvet cake; coffee with milk and latte. Total €18.10
Downside. First the pastries are brought, 10 minutes later the coffee and a little later the toasted sandwich. For the net, better all at once.
For us worth repeating
Super delicious food! Really great! Reserved because they appear to be a restaurant where you can eat gluten-free, they more than deliver on this promise. Very nice if you have someone with gluten intolerance in company. Also many non-alcoholic drinks options, which is always nice. Had a great evening!

Very nice staff, speaks German very well.
Gluten-free food is no problem. There is an extra gluten-free menu.
The food is very good, the atmosphere is wonderful. Very clean everything. We'd love to come back on our next vacation!
Another delicious lunch, with a toasted bagel and a pink latte. As always, excellent care and friendly service! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax in the heart of Leiden. The menu offers enough choice for everyone, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. And always good music in the background!
Delicious traditional pancakes and especially wonderful as catered for gluten and lactose free diets! Outside terrace on the canal in the sunshine is highly recommended. Waitress staff were extremely welcoming! If in Delft you must visit!
Nice ambiance, friendly service. The starter was very good. Another positive: the extensive gluten-free menu. Main courses took a very long time to arrive, and two arrived even later, and one drink was forgotten until the end. Rather expensive.
was really baffled to find out that their idea of a “fresh ginger tea” is 3 small slices of ginger placed together with 2 halves of lemon in hot water. in the end the “tea” tasted more of a lemon water than ginger.
great staff and service, decent tasting gluten free bagels but the tuna melt one was really dry as the filling isn’t enough for both slices.
unexceptional food quality. not worth the price.
This is a great bagels and beans! The service is friendly and good.
The variety of bagels you can get here is really great, there are other menu items too that I’m sure are good. I’ve just never tried them.
Just know there is only one kind of beans here! Would really love if they would add an English breakfast option to the menu! With some beans, an egg, and bacon! Yum! But truly I can’t complain. The vegan cream cheese here has my heart and the gluten free bagel is slammin!
This location can get pretty busy at lunch and sometimes during the rush they don’t do take away.

The most delicious and authentic Indian food eaten in the Netherlands so far!!! And unexpectedly a delicious gluten-free Naan. Can't wait for my next visit😋
Pleasant crowds, but was immediately asked by a friendly person at the cash register if she could help. Ordered a gluten free bagel and it was perfect.
I have never experienced them as sweet and knowledgeable as here and I regularly visit various branches.
Thank you very much to the employees here for making it go so smoothly ❤️
I indicated early that gluten-free food had to be eaten due to allergies, this was no problem on the telephone, but on the agreed date I became very ill while eating, so it was certainly not gluten-free. No response from the kitchen, even after asking if a mistake had been made. Very unfortunate
It’s a lovely chain in Netherlands and is good for gluten free veg people like me. The only thing I wish would be possible is for them to toast bagels. This is when they taste fantastic with the toppings but they don’t toast only warm. Still I like the place a lot.

Ate there with a large group. (12) Of which 1 had a severe gluten allergy.
Communication with the team with the reservation and allergy options went excellent! Everything was quick and clear.
Thoroughly enjoyed the evening itself.
The service was excellent and the dishes delicious.
Highly recommended! Whether there are two of you or a large group.

Eating gluten-free? Go to Grand Café Gelagh! The gluten-free menu offers sufficient choice. Delicious food in a good atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff! In short: recommended!
We always wanted to go here for a bite to eat. When passing by, it always looked tempting at Il Tartufo: traditionally set small tables in the decor of a cozy, full, authentic Italian caterer. And Il Tartufo already had a name, as a trattoria and sandwich shop.
Last week the time came, spontaneous action after a drink in the still weak Sunday spring sun at Belvedère. Sure enough, we called at ten to six and we were able to join us at six o'clock. Suitable for spontaneous actions, great!
The atmosphere inside was as it looked from the outside: intimate, warm, cozy, authentic. You really imagine yourself in a Tuscan delicatessen shop after closing time. The friendly, not too present service added to the illusion. If they were more present as hosts, they should not have been working students but real Italians.
We ate three courses: a more than tasty cold octopus salad and a generous carpaccio as an appetizer. Delicious! Then both a pasta (gluten-free possible!), one with saffron and one with ragout. Tasty in itself, but both pastas gave the impression that they had been sitting for a while - which is possible at a caterer - or had been cooked a little too long. We have really had better, even in tents of less fame. We end with a pear-ricotta and a lemon tart. Fine, not too large portions and great taste. So a good ending. And nice at a caterer: we discovered a new Italian beer and soft drink (no major American soft drink brands here) and were suggested tasty, also unknown, wines to go with our food.
All in all we had a great experience at Il Tartufo and we were really somewhere else. And we will come back, certainly for the delicacies of the trattoria. And probably also sometimes when we feel like a spontaneous and affordable bite of Italian food.

Stumbled across this cafe by chance & now I work from here every chance I get. Well equipped for working professionals, the interior and wide tables help with focus🧘♀️ Would be great to see more gluten free options on the menu, but matcha & coffee selections did not disappoint 🫶🏻
Due to health reasons, temporarily on a gluten- and dairy-free diet. For the convenience of the kitchen, I ordered a goat cheese salad without goat cheese with a gluten-free bun. However, the hostess personally asked what I could eat and provided a delicious salad. The gluten-free roll was delicious with some olive oil and salt. Chapeau for this good care and hospitality!
Had a nice lunch here, they have delicious gluten-free bread! That makes me happy now. However, it was always very difficult for me to understand the gentleman who made my sandwich because of his accent. This seemed to irritate him, but there was nothing I could do about it. He just didn't speak good Dutch. The atmosphere is, like most Subways, very basic and not very cozy. It also didn't have a toilet as far as I could see.
Great café with a beautiful terrace by the Rhine, a bit alternative. They serve a wide variety of beers. It's nice that they also have gluten-free beer on the menu!

With 5 people eaten (lunch).
2 people with various food allergies, including gluten free necessary.
Chef came to the table for consultation and what the possibilities were.
There were many options! Everything freshly made. Everyone ate super delicious!
Nice place too and very neat!
5 stars more than deserved! Will definitely come back here!
Always drama here. Always different people making your bread, each one more stupid than the last...
Last time she burned the bread.. So I look at her.. Waiting to see what she will do. Did she want to fill it 🤣
I said this was inedible (blackened around the edges)
“oh, do you want me to make a new one?”
🙄
She then threw the burnt bread into the refrigerator.
Oh well... they're doing their best, I guess...
Edit 2024: they're not trying at all. It's getting worse. When you enter they are busy with home delivery customers, clearly wearing old gloves.
It is becoming increasingly lax regarding cross-contamination. Because they first flatten the bread with their hands, and then grab a full hand of cucumber, put 3 slices on the bread and throw the rest back in the container, you can never eat here with any allergy (especially gluten, because all the toppings are done in this way, the chicken, container and all, is pressed against the bread, feel free to pluck a piece of chicken from the bread with the container and throw it back.
Anyhow. Recently I wanted to give them a chance. Man was preparing a sandwich for home delivery. He puts the sauce on it, and sees that the sauce is not good. The garlic sauce was yellow instead of white.
I see the man going to the refrigerator for a new bottle of garlic sauce... And what does he start doing!? Will be dabbing the wrong (spoiled?) sauce off the bread with a napkin!
I said that he really couldn't make that, and I didn't even order..
So I have now adjusted my 2 star review to 1 star..
The order took so long and the gluten bread with tuna didn't taste like anything, very bland. Ordered spicy but didn't get it. Price is high for something that tastes like nothing and has no appearance at all. Very unfortunate
Hey Guys, just ordered from Fred. Indicated that the açaí bowl must be gluten-free and nut-free. You can't be reached anywhere. How can we reach you? someone is about to die here. bissous
SUE bakery is 100% gluten-free, lactose free, sugar free and VEGAN! It tastes amazing! When your in Rotterdam as a coeliac, this is def a recommendation! 🩵✨
Here you can get a conscious healthy plantbased meal in a laidback atmosphere. I really liked that they have a variety of sweets including gluten-free and refined sugar free. The chai latte I had was super nice. Just like the snicker bar I had. Their lunch menu also looks amazing so I’ll have to come back another time to try those options. Plantbased milk they use is oat milk.
Excellent coffee! Milk alternatives available. And yummy dairy free, gluten free desserts. Also there is a vegan sandwhich option for lunch. Plus the staff is very friendly.
