Yummy food! I am gluten free and made my own breakfast by ordering all different sides - which were delicious! Nice place to sit out and eat, good food, staff was knowledgeable about food prep and safety for gluten free orders.

Owner and chef was very knowledgeable about gluten free and vegan options available (many options! - all delicious!) Took precaution with preparation and even has a separate gluten free toaster and prep section. Many vegan options contain gluten, I was happy to find a place that was both vegan AND gluten free. Tacos were excellent!

This is my second time here at DocBs. I had previously brought a friend here due primarily to the gluten friendly options on the menu. There are very few restaurants that offer a nice selection of options. DocBs has a wide assortment. My partners mom is visiting. I remembered what a lovely experience I had previously so I decided to bring her here! We were not disappointed. The staff greeted us promptly and with a smile and seated right away. It was not long before our server Crystal was at our table with a big smile. We talked through our selections and she made recommendations with modifications to best meet our needs. As we were sitting the music made it hard to converse and hear each other. We asked if the music could be adjusted. Crystal said she would asked the manager, however didn’t foresee it being an issues. McCoy was more than happy to make the accommodations. Crystal came back we thanked her and she made us feel like the adjustment to sound was a positive suggestion. Such class. I asked her how long she had worked here (I thought it had been for sometime), she said 7-10 days. I was extremely impressed. As we ate, I was seated facing the kitchen and saw a nicely dressed man buzzing around. The kitchen staff and servers were smiling, working hard and really enjoying themselves. Later I found out that this individual was McCoy the manager that had adjusted the sound. Simply an amazing experience here! You have a great team and leadership! I will continue to patron here and encourage others to do so! In a world where top notch customer service is becoming obsolete, your team has continued to make it thrive.. it’s an essential part of a successful busienss. Well done!

Most delicious açaí bowls wowww!! I got the almond Crunch açaí bowl with lots of crunchy granola on top (gluten free) and it’s insaneee BH! Was ready quickly and they were very friendly. I would 100% recommend 👍
