Highly recommended!!! The food is spectacular. I highly recommend the rice, artichokes, and lasagna, but I'd definitely have everything! Plus, being celiac, I don't have to worry about a thing, since everything is 100% gluten-free!
Only gluten-free products from sweet to savory, all fresh and excellent! Also drank one of the best espressos in Valencia! Highly recommended for celiacs
The food is delicious!! Everything is gluten-free, including the fideuá, and it doesn't even look gluten-free.
Service is top-notch. We'll definitely be back. 😊
We really need this in the Netherlands, this is great! I have Celiac disease and am lactose intolerant and being able to eat somewhere safe (and not everything vegan right away) is really great. If you want to eat safely in Valencia you should definitely go here!
Fantastic little place for gluten free options! Ty whole place is gluten free so you don’t have to worry. They make what you order fresh when you order so it’s very crispy and tasty! Must try the churros!!!
I've been shopping there for a while now, and I'm truly happy with how always the lady serves me with kindness and explains the gluten-free products to me! I recommend it, especially on days like today when the heat makes customers lose patience. I felt right at home! With my strawberry palmiers! Thank you!
We went for Alicante rice, and it was good in size and price, but it lacked a bit of flavor. Another day I ordered gluten-free pumpkin croquettes, and they also lacked flavor. Three croquettes for €5 seems very expensive considering the size of the croquettes. The gluten-free pasta is very good, and the waitress, Rosario, is very kind and friendly.
The tomato sauce tasted like tomato, the shrimp croquette tasted like shrimp, and best of all, the entire menu is gluten-free! 😍 When a place uses quality ingredients and does things with love, it shows, and at Corpore Sano they know what they're doing. Honestly, I left this place super happy. We ordered a goat cheese salad (amazing), an Iberian pizza, two croquettes per person, and a carrot cake (which, personally, was my least favorite because it has a lot of raisins, although the contrast of textures and flavors is delicious). We shared all of that between two people, and it came to €21. Delicious, delicious, and cheap! I will definitely return to this place.
Super friendly. I'm celiac, and being able to eat with the peace of mind that the products are safe and there's no cross-contamination is the best. And if you can choose from several options, even better! The waiters were very attentive; for example, with the bread, which wasn't safe, they took the precaution of leaving it on the other side of the table. My husband is lactose intolerant, so they also had options for him. And they also have safe beer, both with and without alcohol. Highly recommended. We'll be back!
Thanks to a bakery/pastry shop like this, I was able to order my son's Communion cake, which, by the way, was spectacular. Kudos to the baker, because she also let me choose ingredients to personalize it.
And also, thanks to the fact that they make everything, I was able to eat a donut, which I hadn't had in years.
It's not easy to find gluten-free food that you can trust and that's so good. Plus, there are dairy-free and vegan options too.
A wonderful experience for a weekend brunch. Being celiac, I can rest assured that nothing is contaminated, since EVERYTHING they serve is gluten-free! Delicious and beautifully presented food 😍 Magnificent specialty coffee! The desserts are also excellent! 11 out of 10! The staff are very nice! Everything was perfect, highly recommended!

I discovered this incredible bakery with a wide variety of gluten-free cookies. There was so much to choose from that Mercedes very kindly recommended the cinnamon roll cookie, and it was the best I tried in Valencia—spectacular! I want to highlight her service, as she was very kind and patient.
The place was very clean and tidy.
I highly recommend it.
Very small place with just 2 seats, but for celiacs good as all the options are GF. I had a breakfast bread with serrano ham and a good cappuccino. The service from Paulina was great and very friendly. Good (small) place for celiacs.
Every time we go in the afternoon they give us gluten-free pancakes that are completely burnt, it is not even normal that they serve that, it is very good that there are gluten-free options, but that they serve you extremely burnt, my goodness, it has already happened to us several times, we will not return

We used to like it a lot, but it's gotten a lot worse.
We went to eat today, and the service was quite slow, they were not very clear which dishes had gluten and which did not (that doesn't give much confidence).
Furthermore, one of the seconds was sea bream with grilled vegetables, and nothing grilled, just the sea bass and some potatoes.
Visiting Spain from the US and stopped in Peñiscola for 1 night on our way to Valencia. My mom has Celiac which often makes it difficult to find places who can accommodate. However, the whole menu was gluten free aside from pastas and pizza. The staff was very kind and brought us out patatas bravas, which we did not order, to start (and were delicious). The restaurant itself was very nice and had lots of seating. We ordered Valencian Paella (gluten free) and the Fish fry, both very good. Overall, excellent service and gluten free options, I would recommend!
A pleasant surprise in Cullera, near Valencia! Poppy Bar is a charming place. A café and bar focused on gluten-free food, it will delight any palate, even those who have never tried this type of diet. Everything is delicious and prepared with great care. The sweets are unmissable! There's a variety of cookies, incredible sandwiches... it's hard to choose just one!
The atmosphere is very pleasant, extremely clean, and welcoming. And the service? Simply impeccable. Friendly, attentive, and always willing to make your experience even better.
If you're in the area, be sure to visit. It's safe, tasty, and surprising!
Spectacular coffee shop tucked away in the streets of Alicante. What we ordered was spectacular. Homemade and fresh! Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. I highly recommend it!

Cozy and comfortable restaurant a stone's throw from Plaza de la Reina, relaxing atmosphere and exceptional staff.
We ate an appetizer and the classic paella, excellent dishes and impeccable service, excellent opportunity to drink gluten-free beer for those who are intolerant.

Excellent service and attention. Thanks to Sinhue and Lola for being so attentive to the children who came with us and especially to the celiacs. We were a large group and they were very agile with the service.

We were 9 people, among which we were 1 vegan, 1 vegetarian, 1 celiac and 2 pregnant. They adapted the menu for each one, paying special attention to each one's restrictions and informing us at all times of the ingredients that each dish contained so that we would have peace of mind. The attention is 10, the waiter is a 12 out of 10. The place is highly recommended.

Absolutely super Irish bar and restaurant staffed by the friendliest and most welcoming people you're likely to meet in Spain. There's a simply huge outdoor dining terrace, or tables inside if you prefer air conditioning. Decor is traditionally Irish (a little taste of Ireland in Spain), and everything is spotless and clearly looked after. The quality of the food is outstanding, and the entire menu can be adapted for those of us who are gluten intolerant. It's a shame I'm limited to just five stars! Highly, highly recommended for absolutely everybody. Seriously, you won't know what you're missing until you've tried it.
Magnificent gluten-free cakes. You can see the soul that goes into making them. The love in their flavor. Erika, the girl who served me, explained all the ingredients. She's wonderful. Excellent quality. I'll be back. Thank you.
Everything was excellent. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We'd been there before when it was Karonte, and it maintains its high standards. Reasonable prices and good food, plus the location is very quiet. The gluten-free fried foods are very good, as are the croquettes and breaded steak. We didn't get the dessert right, but we'll try another one. It's a shame to see fake reviews, with just one comment, and all they're trying is to be hurtful. Good luck, and see you soon.

Disastrous.
Tuesday at noon. 09/03/2024.
They serve when they want, with three tables on the terrace.
They served us the food at the wrong time, each diner with a considerable amount of time apart, we waited 15 minutes for the last one to be served so we could all eat.
Waiter who confuses celiac, gluten-free and whole wheat….
The food is for tourists, without any grace or flavor. Correct quantities.
There are sparrows that walk around here and when you give them pieces of bread, the retired foreigners around you ask you not to give them.
When I return to Santa Pola I already know where I don't have to return.
I prefer to eat at Mercadona.

My friends and I had the most amazing time when we visited Valencia for the weekend. We were a group of 8 and they accommodated us without any problems. The food was incredible, our personal favourites being the shrimp, meatballs and Iberian ham. They had great gluten free and vegetarian options for my friends who had dietary restrictions and the atmosphere was bustling, lively and amazing.
Everything was lovely: the atmosphere, the aesthetics of the cafe, the very friendly, fast, and efficient service, and the gluten-free breakfast-brunch I tried was delicious.
I always come back because the food is 100% real, and they also have allergen-free options (including dairy, gluten, shellfish, eggs, nuts, etc.) or for specific diets (keto, vegetarian, plant-based). This last option is what keeps me coming back, because it's hard to find a place like this!
**EDIT: their response to this review proves my point. They shouldn't have taken a booking for that day but they did anyway and didn't bother to apologize for the mistake**
🇬🇧 Avoid! Don't know about the hotel but definitely avoid the restaurant. We booked a table for 4 (we booked it in person, not even over the phone) for a Friday evening. When we turned up, the whole restaurant was full with people everywhere dancing from a private party, loud music (we had to shout to be heard) and no tables available because they were all dirty and hadn't been cleared. We had to go elsewhere which as GF + DF people isn't easy, not to mention it was our last night in Valencia hence making a reservation so we wouldn't have to make last minute plans. If they can't even handle simple reservations at a hotel restaurant, it doesn't leave much hope for anything else. Not to mention the waiter wasn't even apologetic and just washed his hands off the problem saying I had to go look for the manager, to which I said it wasn't my job to waste time looking for the manager.
