I am Coeliac and never had any issues,
Also Many other GF choices on the Menu,
Excellent service from the staff, Highly recommended
100% Gluten Free Coffee shop
Huge range of delicious cakes, blondies, brownies, cupcakes, cheesecakes including a wide range of plant based also!
You can order breakfast, brunch and lunch options from porridge, avocado on toast, panini's with a choice of gorgeous fillings.
it's absolute heaven! I am a regular here as it's just so refreshing to feel so safe and have such choice!
We visited on what seemed to be a particularly busy day, which unfortunately affected the overall experience. Tables hadn’t been cleared, and it felt like the staff were either stretched too thin or not effectively managed.
That said, the gluten-free menu was impressive and offered plenty of options, which we really appreciated. I ordered the Buds Bowl, which sounded great on the menu, but it arrived missing key ingredients—there was no roasted squash or pomegranate seeds. With only one server visibly working and clearly overwhelmed, it was impossible to get their attention, and no one checked in to see how our meal was.
Since we had to pay before eating, there was no opportunity to raise the issue or have it resolved, which left us feeling a bit disappointed.
We’re keen to try the chain again at a different location because of the excellent gluten-free options, but we won’t be returning to this particular site.
HUGE gluten free menu and absolutely delicious. I had the steak sandwich which was so yummy and smooth. The service was incredible and the view is great if you enjoy people watching. Definitely recommend for a nice lunch in the city centre.
I love going to The Lounges because of their huge gluten free menu. Ive been to a few and this did not disappoint. The food was great, a wide variety of gluten free options with a dedicated menu. The cocktails are always great and it's a nice cosy atmosphere. The staff are always friendly too.
Absolutely gorgeous stay where I was able to eat safely the whole time! It's a fully Gluten and Dairy free pub! I had 3 meals here from dinner to breakfast to a Sunday lunch which included all the trimmings! Absolute heaven! I cannot recommend visiting here enough!
We dined here whilst on holiday. I am gluten free and my friend is not. I had the gluten free haddock, chips and mushy peas. I am very happy to report that the meal was fabulous, the fish was perfectly cooked and the mushy peas are really the best I have had. My friend had the plaice and hers was spot on too. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant for both gluten free and ordinary food. Very friendly staff too. Thank you for doing gluten free so well, we are not well catered for as a rule - we will be back.
Great place for people with food inflictions 😊. Separate menu for Celiacs, which was very impressive. Nice place, with seating inside and outside. Food very good. Service not that quick and had to be reminded that I'd ordered a desert. Would go again
This has got to be the best gluten free fish and chip shop I have ever eaten in. The food was amazing. I ordered cod and chips with a side of onion rings. It was incredible. I just wish I had known The portion size was so large. But I did spot Apple pie on the menu for desert so had to save some space. I travel for work and it’s not always easy to find somewhere so accommodating. I cannot wait to come again!
Brilliant experience. 4th different restaurant in the chain we have used now and they are always great! Brilliant food. Great gluten free options for myself. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning.
Great place and atmosphere in a lovely setting - gluten free and vegan options are a treat. Also give some of their profits to charity for the Orangutans and apes . Well done ! X

In summary, Croeso Lounge in Mumbles is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, a diverse and delicious menu with excellent dietary options, and friendly, efficient service. It's a true gem that consistently delivers on its promise of a great dining experience.
I have been to a few of the restaurants owned by “The lounge” and everytime I have been glutened I’ve had to ask about so many things on the GF menu even the coleslaw which by the way at the time wasn’t gluten free….the food is always amazing however I feel the risk is quite high for coeliacs like myself….

The Lemon Tree Tea Rooms in Llandudno is a delightful haven on a busy day. I tried the Welsh rarebit (perfectly topped with egg), and it hit all the right notes—creamy, savoury, and just what you need for a little pick-me-up. The charming Alice-in-Wonderland décor and friendly staff create a relaxed atmosphere where you’re free to sit wherever you like; just head to the register to order and your food will be brought over.
It’s clearly a local favourite—stylish yet unpretentious, with a diverse menu including sandwiches, toasties, jacket potatoes and homemade cakes. The staff were welcoming, efficient and professional, making this a quick but memorable stop. Dogs and gluten-free options are also catered for, which shows attention to detail. Overall, a perfect little retreat for a tasty break in Llandudno town centre.
Whole separate gluten free menu, genuinely never seen so many options! the staff are so friendly, patient and understanding when it comes to being told about celiac.
This place was amazing! There was plenty of Gluten Free options and options for the little one, so make sfor a great family lunch. The food was excellent. i had the special beef burrito, which was very good, as one the cake to finish - also a couple of Gluten Free options there too. Fully recommended!
Very friendly staff. The location was nice and central. Lovely choice of tea and coffee. The bed was super comfy and sheets clean. The room could have been cleaner, as could the stairway up to the rooms. The bedroom window was impossible to keep open, so j wedged the bin under it. No guard on the windows to stop children falling out. I was also really hungry and sad no gluten free options were offered in the restaurant. Otherwise, I would have eaten there as well as stay upstairs.
I'd recommend it as a place to rest your head, as the bed made up for any negatives, as did the lovely staff. It was very pricy, but accommodation was hard to find, so I was grateful to be able to stay.
As with many Lounges this is a must visit!
They have an extensive gluten free menu. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Always order at the bar to ensure they can put it through as an allergy order.
Took my partner for a surprise trip. The staff were very friendly and there was plenty of seats available. However this was on a Monday, so capacity might change.
Partner is Gluten and Dairy intolerant, yet they catered for her. She said that it was one of the best meals she's had. The Eggs Benedict was lovely. Very highly recommended. We'll be coming back again for sure.
Brilliant place with excellent gluten free options which we so often struggle with. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, very nice bright decor. Cant fault the place.
Anne's Pantry is an absolute must 'eat at' restaurant in Moelfre, Anglesey. Whatever the season, the delicious food & a warm welcome always awaits you. If, like me, you are a Coeliac, then you have hit the jackpot. They give my gluten free diet the same care & attention that they give to the normal diners & we absolutely love going there. Thank you everyone for all you do. Penny Howard.
We had brunch & the food was amazing.
I had a veggie breakfast and every item was hot & delicious. Same for the avo and eggs roll.
The gluten free options were a stand out too, able to swap items to allow them to be served gf.
I added beans to the breakfast to make it more of a 'full English' as an extra but for the price would expect these to be included. That's my only constructive feedback really as was an amazing breakfast for both dishes.
We had an amazing lunch here. I’m coeliac, my menu choices were explained and plentiful. We had prawn nachos to start. They were amazing! I had a beautifully cooked steak with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. The lamb Kleftico pie looked outstanding. Outstanding, friendly service. Can’t wait to go back!
I visited Creates with my partner and father for my birthday a few weeks back and we couldn't believe how beautiful this place was! The food was delicious, atmosphere and decor was warming, cosy and really suited the whole vibe of the restaurant- clearly a lot of thought went into it! A gluten intolerant/coeliac paradise, everything on the menu (yes... EVERYTHING) could be made gluten free and they even catered for my intolerance to Allium vegetables!
The gentleman who served us (I assume was the owner?) was attentive, a joy to chat to and offered some of the best customer service I've experienced.
I really can't fault them on anything, cannot recommend others enough to visit this wonderful place in the heart of Monmouth if you visit the town or local area, you won't be disappointed!
Lovely brunch here today, a great choice of gluten free food and the best cheese and bacon gluten free toastie ever served with unreal homemade vegetable crisps!
I am a local and had never really known about this little gem until I’d started to google cafes that did gluten free food. Soooo glad that I have found it. I booked a table for lunch today and the food & service was amazing! The gluten free choice is fantastic-I enjoyed the delicious lemon sponge cake! Price is fabulous too! Will definitely be returning in the future 😊
Brilliant service! The staff were very polite, efficient even when busy, and accommodating of both our dog (they brought a water bowl to our table) and baby (carrying my drink over for me). They were REALLY helpful and kind for my sister who has celiac disease and enquired about gluten free food (there was lots of options - GF options for most things).
I came twice during my holiday and both times my latte and panini were excellent. My family all enjoyed their food, too.
We sat outside and it was genuinely gorgeous watching the harbour and scenery.
An amazing restaurant! Service, food and location was excellent, beautiful view of the beach and a wonderful place to enjoy some top quality dinner! Also very accommodating for gluten free requirements!
Absolutely fantastic experience at Bill's in Cardiff Bay.
We turned up without a reservation and despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and drinks orders taken quickly.
I'm Coeliac which means boring gluten free dining, but in Bill's there is a whole gf menu so I didn't feel left out. I had the Fish Pie and Banoffee Sundae, both of which were different from usual gf options.
They also did a gf IPA which I wasn't very keen on but nice to have the option.
We were served by Gabriel. He's an absolute treasure.
If you're gf, you should deffo give the place a try!
Superb Chinese restaurant. I ate here 2 nights in a row because it was so nice. Restaurant was fully booked which was a testament to its quality but the staff managed to squeeze me in.
Huge amount of gluten-free options which were all really tasty. The staff were really friendly and the service was excellent, as was the food. I'll certainly be back if I'm in North Wales again.
We ate there last Wednesday - the food was very nice and the service was very good.
Mario and the kitchen team paid attention to my colleague's complex allergies and made a meal that was adapted for her. There are lots of chain restaurants in the Bay, but we came here because when I was phoning around to see who could take a group of 12 and handle one person's allergies respectfully without making her look demanding in front of new colleagues, Mario answered the phone and demonstrated what professional customer service should look like. He knew immediately what Cote's team would be able to do and didn't over-promise but gave me confidence that my colleague would not be left hungrily watching people eat and would not be made to feel bad for having allergies. I had been unpleasantly surprised that other restaurants did not respond as kindly as Mario. My colleague said Cote are usually pretty good, including a good gluten free menu.
The food was well presented and well seasoned and the other staff were attentive too. Bottled water was a bit pricey. The restaurant was easily accessible for my colleague who cannot use stairs as it is quite well spaced out and flat.
