My birthday is coming up and I got an email for a birthday discount that I had saved in my email inbox. However, when it was time to pay, it was nowhere to be found. The manager looked at my account and even tried to look at past purchases. We could not find it. I was willing to pay the whole check, no worries, and she gave me a $5 discount anyway. What a special treat. AND since I wouldn’t be available to come on my birthday day, they brought out some gluten free pancakes with a candle and sang to me. It was exactly what I needed and it made my day. What was going to be a little lunch treat by myself turned into a very special birthday lunch indeed. Thank you to Luis, Paige, and the manager (& the other young lady who helped sing to me). Very special. :)

They had gluten free pancakes!m and they were DELISH! I ordered the meal that included eggs, bacon and pancakes. Yum!!! The only downside is you can’t customize the GF pancakes to add blueberries.

This was my first time at the Cheesecake Factory, and I was not impressed. It didn’t take long to be seated, but after we were seated, it was a while before anyone came to take our order/drink order. Our waiter was the bartender and he had was too much to do to give anyone good service. (Not his fault) After we ordered our meal, it was 47 minutes before we received our food. I ordered a gluten free four cheese pasta dish, and the pasta was cold when I got it. It was not good. It had some kind of marinara on it and in the center of the plate was a massive pile of what looked like ricotta- maybe? It was inedible. The pasta was way overcooked and with the massive amounts of toppings, the noodles turned into a pile of mush. My 5 year old did not get her grilled cheese and fries with the rest of the tables food. (There were 2 adults and one child). When her plate came out about 7-8 minutes later, she only got the sandwich, and no fries. We were told the fries had to cook. When we finally got the fries, they were not hot, so they were not just cooked. I was impressed with how much work our waiter/bartender was able to do, but he just didn’t have time to come to the table to check on us. The little one wanted dessert, so we reluctantly ordered. The cheesecake was very good, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had gluten free options. We spent more than $70 for lunch for 2 adults and one child and the food was terrible. The restrooms were filthy, no toilet paper, trash overflowing, and the sink area was a mess of wet paper towels, soap, water, and other trash. I will NEVER eat a meal here again. However, I would stop in to get a slice of gluten free cheesecake and take it TO GO (because of the service and restrooms)

5 stars for service! Delaney was a fantastic server. However, the food was truly disappointing. Good coffee though. My husband and I were very excited to try this place because of their gluten free offerings. These offerings had great reviews as well. But I’m not sure the people reviewing gluten free items have had really good gluten free options before. My gluten free French toast was very small portion wise, room temperature at best, and extremely grainy and moist in texture. Tasted like it was right out of the bag with some berries on top— not cooked at all. The picture makes it look better than it looked in person. Not really worth the hype or the $. My husbands meal was similar, but at least his was warm. Very overpriced for the poor value of the gluten free options.

My daughter and son-in-law just had another baby and were hosting Christmas Eve at their house. We reside outside Buffalo NY and spent the holidays with them and decided to find a good caterer to assist. Our daughter is a celiac so finding GF food was critical to our decision. We ordered the beef, shrimp and mushroom risotto which was excellent! Our guests loved the food and we were extremely pleased with all our selections. Their staff and chef were extremely accommodating and the quality of the food was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for allowing us to have a memorable and excellent Christmas Eve dinner with friends and family.

Very attentive and considerate staff. Expansive menu (options for gluten free, vegetarian, etc) and delicious coffee including coffee mixes with alcohol. Less options for desert at this specific location but still delicious.

A bustling breakfast spot with a fun and knowledgeable team, offering unique options like eggs Benedict on toast.

This is my preferred breakfast place. While this place is amazing all rounds and is even better than broken egg Orr Christopher's in my experience, the part that brings me back is they are aware of the gluten-sensitive. They have gluten-free bread and have even made eggs Benedict over gluten-free toast before. Also, I accidentally ordered something with gluten in it once and the manager came out just to make sure it was safe before they served it. Now if you are gluten-free I would always verify what you order it is just smart. But as gluten-sensitive I was impressed to see the awareness and concern. Thanks for caring about your patrons.

I love this place. I come here at least twice a week. They have so many options and they even have gluten free granola, you just have to ask! I said I was celiac and the girl at the counter went "oh we will change our gloves before we make yours" which I really really appreciated. Not everyone does that!
