Really love the atmosphere, gluten options allows you to change out your bread. I opted for the baked option (no bun).
Overall great price, for 2 with one adult beverage.
Best dining experience in NW OKC metro! They have great options for gluten sensitive stomachs, and the staff is amazing. David and George made the experience above and beyond special!
Kaylynn W rocked! A great way to spend our anniversary. They are super knowledgeable about dietary needs (celiac / dairy free), have a wonderful atmosphere (we had rose petals and flowers), and the food is so fun!
What a wonderful evening out!
While visiting our son in OKC we enjoyed a memorable and delicious meal at JK! Michael was an absolute joy to have as our server as he kindly managed our vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements with care. We ate many sharable appetizers, main courses and sides and loved everything! Definitely will be back as soon as possible. Thank you!
Some of the food was great and some was alright at best. Our waitress was amazing and was knowledgeable about what was and wasn't gluten free on the menu which made ordering for a kid with gluten sensitivity so much better than normal.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Saw this place as we were driving by and it’s always filled with people, and now we know why! They have a plethora of drinks, baked goods, and breakfast/lunch items to choose from. A huge plus is they have vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.
My husband ordered The Birch House and an americano. I ordered a vegan breakfast sandwich and a hot vanilla latte with oat milk. We also got the almond chocolate ganache tea cake (gluten free and dairy free) to share. All of it was jaw-droppingly delicious! The star of our meal was definitely the tea cake. It was moist and not too overwhelmingly sweet. Every bite of the cake was savored since I don’t often get to enjoy pastries since a lot of them contain dairy.
It’s a cute area with plenty of seating and you can study, go on a date, or just enjoy quality time with your loved ones and friends with great food and drinks. They have an upstairs area as well. In the downstairs area, you can see the kitchen area, which is pretty cool to see the workers bake.
Overall, it’s a must-try! Such great service and everything was delicious. It does get busy so plan your time accordingly. We went on a Monday around 10am and it was packed, but the line kept moving and we were able to find seating. There is a parking lot in the back and there is parking on the side as well.
We will definitely be back! I have my eye on the vegan and gluten-free cinnamon roll for next time. ☺️
Incredible meal. Great wine list and cocktail menu! Menu changes seasonally. Tonight we had the cacio y pepe wings, deviled eggs, and the scallops. All quite delectable. Also, plenty of gluten free options including the availability of GF pizza, bread and buns. Servers and staff knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They also have a kids menu. Our 7yo loved the fried chicken bites. Amazing atmosphere. Great service.
Loved it! Went here for my wife and I’s 13th anniversary and truly found a gem in OKC! We will be back with the entire family. We are gluten free and they took good care of us!! 😋
This place was super cute, the waiter brings the check out in a book and the whole thing feels like a retro bar. The food was ok, they have gluten free options, BUT DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO ACTUALLY MAKE IT GLUTEN FREE(I have an actual wheat allergy, but it’s easier to just say gf). The waiter was sweet as can be but after figuring out what was gf, and ordering it. The waiter brings out the food and my gf burrito was so good, I ate a few bites and noticed I was getting a bit itchy. That’s when I noticed it was dusted with what looked like cheese of some sort, and when I stopped the waiter to ask he said it was wheat flour/crushed Cheetos, followed by his response of “I am not sure why they put that on there. That is the breading that wasn’t gf. Are you going to die, should I call someone ?” I was so disappointed. I got the check and left. I won’t come back.

Vast is no exception! This New American fine dining & cocktail restaurant is located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower and provides crazy good skyline views. The food was just as good as the panoramic view and everything came out perfectly. You know how you receive complimentary bread? I told them I was gluten free and they baked a fresh batch and brought it out still warm from the oven. The service could have been improved. We got there at the beginning of dinner and it took 27 minutes for us to receive our drinks after placing the order. The entree took a while as well.
Overall, I’ve definitely saved this spot as a must visit anytime I’m in Oklahoma City!
Hats off to the manager Brent for going out of his way to accommodate dietary restrictions. The guy came back to the table several times after checking ingredients and potential for cost contamination in order to allow us to be able to eat. Living with dietary restrictions is super difficult, but this guy absolutely went above and beyond. So, in addition to the gluten-free menu, they have a very receptive staff. Will definitely be back again and will shake this guy‘s hand every time we come.
Had dinner there on New Years Eve. I am gluten intolerant. I ordered the GF bread. It was okay. It was like a pizza crust. I ordered a pasta dish & told waiter I needed GF entree. He said that they had a GF pasta that was spiral. When our dinners came out mine did not have that pasta. I asked the waiter about it & he said no that isn’t GF pasta. Watch out at this restaurant if you have dietary restrictions.
My favorite lunch spot, always work around my allergy of gluten. Kids quesadilla on corn add extra pico add extra cheese, 😍 let’s add grilled mushrooms to the mix and I would be thrilled 😃 also can you add tamales into the specials (best tamales 🥰ever)

Sadly disappointed. 😥 Where to begin, I made reservations last week for a Gluten-free table in a quiet area for my Boyfriend's birthday. Quiet area? I'd say so! The waitstaff, "meat minions" and management were not helpful in the least. Though the manager did walk us around and show us items on the Salad Bar that are safe, the waiter continuously either brought Gluten or asked if we wanted it. THE MEAT WAS HORRIBLE!! 🤢 as I explained to the Manager, it was unpalatable! 🤮 Advertising as a FLAME-GRILLED Brazilian Steakhouse is false! The meat was lukewarm/cool AT BEST! The waiter finally came to check on us and asked how our meal was. I proceeded to explain the issue.
She went to the kitchen/manager to discuss my concerns. She returned to inform us they were making new at that moment and she would send it around to us. That never happened! We waited for the meat.........the waiter then came back to our table was trying to CLEAR IT ALL!! NO! I was not done!! We had hardly even eaten anything!! I indicated she can remove the now freezing cold meat! Meat nor rolls ever came even after many requests! Even when the disks were turned to GREEN the "meat minions" (when they came around) went straight the the table of four next to us. All awhile never looking to see if we wanted any!! I would think the EMPTY plates and Green card could possibly indicate we did!! We received 2 small/fatty cuts of beef, 2 fatty/almost liquid pieces of Lamb and 1 Beef rib (that was thrown down aggressively, what we call in our home as "Lunch lady style"!! All my silverware rattled and shook on the table. I actually checked my blouse to see that he splattered on me! 😤 Even after MUCH conversation with our waiter about how amazing the Brazilian Rolls are and how to make them, we only received two baskets. We waited around until it got uncomfortable. When we left and I asked the hostess stand for my check!! I did write on their ticket that we were displeased and it was not good!! As I'm in their parking lot I received a phone call from Management. They wanted to know what they could do for "fix the issue". I appreciate the call, but let's face it, if you ACTUALLY wanted to fix it, it would have been when I was there and bringing up my then concerns!! He proceeded to tell me that they would remove my "MEAT" PORTION ONLY! Bringing my tab to $84 and change! 😂 I'm sorry, but this experience was more than terrible! The fact that every cut of what is supposed to be a delight in your mouth was COLD/COOL, WET, SOGGY, NO FLAVOR!! (It was almost like canned meat)! You honestly couldn't tell what kind of meat it was "mystery meat" I suppose.🤮 I'm sick as hell today from cross contamination, which I figured would happen due to the lack of care for their customers!😓 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Go to a real Steakhouse if you want a steak that has char/grill marks and flavor. I came and left hungry! (I weigh 120 so thats kinda sad). 🥩Unacceptable for such an expensive restaurant! We won't be returning.
Beautiful and intimate environment. Probably the best Italian I’ve had in OKC. The chefs and bartenders put care into every dish and was kind to everyone that walked in. I have multiple allergies (gluten, fish, and nuts), and my server presented many gluten free options. Excellent customer service is always a bonus!!
I appreciated the gluten-free options on the breakfast menu. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was beautiful and festive!
My family and I went out this morning for breakfast. I specified that I have celiac and was very specific what could make me sick. When I said I couldn't have any wheat, barley, or rye, I was offered pancakes or whole wheat toast as an alternative. I asked for extra potatoes as an alternative. I got the OG breakfast.
When I got my food, it has toast in the middle. I had to send it back and asked for it to be completely remade. After about 10 or 15 minutes, the manager came out to tell me that I couldn't have the potatoes because they were contaminated with wheat from the pancakes. He offered me fruit or greens and said they wouldn't charge me extra for it. At this point, my family was almost done eating. I just asked for it to be cut from the bill and to not bring it out. I didn't feel safe eating there and was really disappointed.
Also - I corrected the server on my pronouns and still got misgendered repeatedly. This really hurt.
My son's and husband food was great, but my experience was really bad. I don't intend to come back. We spent 50 dollars just for me to leave hungry.
This place came up as one of the first places when you google celiac friendly restaurants so I really wanted a good experience. I hope this helps any other gluten free/celiac person.
Great restaurant and an OKC staple for breakfast/brunch. Plenty of gluten-free options with homemade corn tortillas that are a real treat! Also try love their coffee selections (with dairy free milks available). Visit and enjoy!
I have a gluten allergy so it is very hard for me to find pasta at a restaurant that I can eat. This place has it! They dont even charge an extra fee. Since I discovered this place I have brought family, friends, and coworkers here and everybody loved what they got. Lots of space for a big party and they even have a private room for parties or get togethers. They only require that if you use the room you spend a minimum of $100.
I am Gluten free and they had a lot on the menu l could eat. The crab cakes were the best. It was a very busy Saturday night but we were still treated great. Our waiter was Goose, he was knowledgeable and kind the whole evening.
Cleanest Denny's I've ever been to! Also, their menu has all of the gluten free items marked on the regular menu, and they take it seriously. I was planning on having something plain and simple, but they gave options!
My husband picked our first order up Saturday and it was SO SO delicious! I try to follow a Dr. Sebi diet as much as possible and to find an alkaline restaurant in Oklahoma is beyond amazing and I wish everyone would try their wonderful food! The mush wings were to die for, best gluten free vegan food item I think I've ever tasted. I got the gluten free quinoa burger and I never dreamed quinoa could be so tasty. My daughter got The Stanky Breath and said is was very good as well. I cannot wait to try everything else they offer, especially the sea moss smoothies! Thank you for your wonderful service and delicious food! You're awesome!
Rude, lied about what sauces are gluten free. Listed off a bunch and said “I’m sure those are gluten free”. I said this is really important, can you check with the kitchen? He came back and named totally different sauces! I don’t trust them to make my food. Seriously, educate your staff or quit offering gluten free.
Never a bad meal here, But be warned on Fri and Sat this place gets PACKED!! And it might take a while to get seated and served. But it’s worth it! Sean makes sure he stops at every table and greets his guests!! And if some of your party doesn’t want pub food… I suggest getting the Vito’s menu, They have some of the best Italian food I’ve had outside of NYC or KC!
AND for the celiac patrons… they have gluten free options and safety measures, all you have to do is inform your server
Ordered the Baja wrap on a gluten free tortilla along with the PB & Crunch acai bowl. I was left feeling just "meh".
The employees were nice & the ingredients were fresh but the overall experience was not that impressive; not for $20.39
Also, the flavor combination of the acai mixed with the peanut butter was a total miss. (PS: the granola is not gluten free).
I'm still hungry.
I'm sure plenty of patrons will rave about this establishment & more power to them. It's just not for me.
The staff are friendly and helpful. When i requested information on gluten-free foods, i was promptly helped. The staff member got a manager to speak with me, and she arrived quickly and helped me figure out what foods I could put on my plate.
