Delicious pastries and savory dishes, all gluten-free. There are also lactose-free products and the staff is informed about allergens. The attention is always friendly, they explain the ingredients if you need it and they even told me about the workshop, how they make their products... The quality is exceptional, you don't notice that they are gluten-free things. The puff pastry and pasta are amazing.

I bought a vegan ice cream and cinnamon pistachio, and they are incredible!! Everything is vegan or gluten-free and it is very appreciated to be able to eat cake or ice cream or a simple sweet without lactose or gluten problems and that it is also so good. In addition, the salesperson Sonia was super friendly and cheerful, so nice! I will be back!

We are a family from Barcelona who spent a couple of days in Toledo. My son is celiac and today we came to have breakfast at this place. When we entered we were amazed first by how spectacular the place is and second by the variety of gluten-free products, it looks like a "normal" pastry shop. We had toast and croissants for breakfast. Cream pepito... My son has been amazed by the flavors and says that everything is delicious, and I can attest to that. We have taken palm tree, croissants and toledana. The staff very attentive and helpful. Nicolás is a delight, he has explained to us everything we have asked him, which has been no small thing. All of them a great team. We do not hesitate to repeat if we return to Toledo. Congratulate you on your products and above all for the dedication and love you put into them. Thank you.

According to the Málaga gluten-free application, we went because of the good comments they had and it was a success, a wonderful experience that we will undoubtedly repeat as soon as we can.
