Lovely little gluten free cafe serving up delicious breakfast and lunch. The fellow who served me was also a delight. They could charge way more than they do!

A quaint locale with a highly recommended, irresistible chocolate cake and homemade delicacies, complimented by top-notch service.
Very tasty breakfast, mine was gluten free & vegetarian. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about gluten free food which they reassured me had a completely separate area where it was prepared. Seeing as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary we treated ourselves afterwards to a plate of delicious gluten free waffles with bananas & ice cream topped with salted caramel sauce which came with a gf shortbread biscuit! We shared this between us as it was huge! Then we chose some gluten free raspberry/chocolate brownies to take away. I highly recommend this gem of a cafe, as a coeliac you can be totally reassured of no cross contamination, and delicious well cooked good. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Newquay.

A cozy retreat with delightful sips, sweet treats, and divine conversation; always leaving customers eager for more.
I tried all their 3 savoury pastries and they were all DELICOUS!! All made fresh by the owners, who are also very friendly! :) Is so nice for coeliacs to have a safe space and to be able to choose from different options! Ps: I also recommend their chocolate! I had it in an iced mocha and it was excellent

Pop in early for reservations and the highly applauded breakfast, served in a delightfully energetic atmosphere.
I came here after finding they had gluten free options and learnt that ALL their cakes are gluten free! I ordered a goats cheese salad, which was lovely. They definitely didn't scrimp on the cheese! I ordered a slice of lemon and lime cheesecake, which was lovely and took two slices of coffee and walnut cake home with me!

A popular spot with a wonderful atmosphere and accommodating to all dietary restrictions, offering weekly new treats and delivery options.
Where do I start? Fabulous. Hubby Callum is celiac so we are always looking for gluten free places to go to. This was our first place we found that is dedicated to being gluten free. We were so excited to try Off the Wheaten Track because there is NO CHANCE of cross contamination. Everything you see in the deli is gluten free including the whole hot food menu. I myself am a wheat eater but I can tell you from previous negative experiences that you would not know that it is gluten free in the best way. Tasty, nothing overly crumbly (including the bread) that falls out of your hands as celiacs have unfortunately become accustomed to and SAFE. The ultimate best thing Callum saw was the scotch eggs that we found out are completely homemade, as far as brining in their own pork mince and spices for the outside filling. Callum hasn’t had a scotch egg in two years and was in heaven 😍 Welsh rarebit was delicious, as were the light and fluffy cakes. We took home a pie that we cooked in the air fryer later that was beautiful. Service was incredible and they couldn’t do more for their customers. We will be back.
