Excellent vibes, amazing lattes, and delicious gluten free food. Unfortunately the service was so slow that it ruined the whole experience for me. Maybe it will be better next time.
I ordered takeout, and it was truly divine! My donut was gluten-free and... like a chocolate explosion in your mouth! I want to go back to try more flavors!
I will start with the FEW negatives.
Those dam wooden chairs are HARD.
The wait was LONGGGGG to be seated, as well as the food to arrive at the table.
The waffle 🧇 machine was broken, and I wanted chicken and waffle.
However, it was a Sunday ( a very busy day ), and it was PACKED, not to mention several guests had more than 4 in their party.
Ok.....
Our server is a young man named Taylor, He was TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!
He knew the menu,
He could answer questions without having to turn to another for the answers.
( Yes, it's ok to be new and not know )
He had a BRITE personality.
Ok, the food.
Shrimp 🍤 and creamy cheese grits. The reduction sauce that they are using was beautiful ( I could taste one of the old school cooking techniques that they used to make it rich ) good for them..
They are using a GOOD brand of cranberry 😋 👌🏾 juice that is not watered down or sugared up.
Now, let's talk about those gluten-free banana, butter pecan pancakes, with a side of soft scrambled eggs.
If you did not tell me, they were gluten-free, I would not have known it.
The presentation was simple and beautiful.
The taste was OUTSTANDING,
The cream.
The pecans.
The bananas.
Ohh that sauce.
Go get you some people..
In live with this place, they have gluten free options and it was amazing. The girls Maryori and Carolina were super nice and friendly. I would definitely return. My very delicious cassava waffles and my divine chai latte
We were warmly greeted upon arrival and informed that, unfortunately, there was a short wait for a table. However, we could leave a number, and they estimated it would be about 15 minutes. Just 8 minutes later, they found us waiting in the lobby and invited us inside.
Once seated, we were quickly taken care of, receiving our drinks and food in a very reasonable time. Our waiter checked in about our preferred spice levels, ensuring every dish was perfectly spiced for our group. He even recommended the right amount of food, and everything turned out delicious. We felt welcome throughout the entire experience.
My wife has Celiac disease and cannot have gluten, but this didn’t slow them down at all. They were knowledgeable about her dietary needs and handled her allergy with care.
Overall, it was an absolutely amazing dinner with great food and stellar service.
May be the best sit down brunch I have had! Beautiful setting, and five star Disney service! The fruit salad was amazing! Chicken and Vanilla French toast (not on menu 😉) were yummy. My wife had the classic Mickey waffle! 🐭 Had a nice little treat for my birthday as well. Even had many gluten free options for our daughter. A must-do for brunch!
The lady behind the counter was polite and friendly enough and tried to help which I appreciate.
Please, be careful if being able to reliably avoid gluten ingredients actually matters for your health. I asked (like I often do) if the GF baked good actually was since it’s not always clear/obvious, even when labeled on the menu.
Yes.
Once I got it, the smell/sensation in my chest gave the sense it was not actually no gluten ingredients so I asked to confirm before I try to eat it. There was some reassurance but some uncertainty. The ingredient list was not in the book, and for me when we don’t know, that means: no I need to pick something else. (I was willing to wrap it up for someone else.) She said she called the owner and the baker which made me feel like she took my concern seriously. Then I was told it was Olde Hearth Sourdough (what the menu says), so I said “I don’t know what that means.”
There was nothing more said.
My friend Google helped- not GF. (Whatever the debate on whether or not someone will react badly to sourdough- I’m not looking to experiment today…)
I guess the bread is already baked (I didn’t put that together and thought it might be a process dough goes through or different blend of ingredients so it’s safe but still tastes like bread) and is lower gluten but absolutely still made with flour.
Friend that was with me ate and enjoyed it.
I’m glad I did not get sick.
This place was great! Vibes were there for sure. Had many milk alternatives for no extra cost, which is amazing. I had a con leche, with macadamia, from Milkademia, which is a favorite. The baristas were nice and knowledgeable. My husband had a siphon coffee, which was both interesting and delicious. He even got to choose between a variety of beans. Gluten-free and vegan options for food as well. Tons of local artists' art available for purchase. House made syrups were awesome and had a couple for sale. Craft sodas. Komcucha. Loose leaf teas. Hot cocoa. Food available from local Buttermilk Bakery. No one turned away for lack of funds. Everyone should be able to afford a good cup of coffee, just ask the staff. Please don't abuse this great system!
Had dinner here to celebrate a graduation. Service was spectacular and the food was amazing. Our waitress Michelle was very patient and accommodating as she explained what menu items could be made gluten-free to cater to my dietary restriction. It was a lovely evening and I hope to be back!
Overall, Lineage has been my favorite coffee shop experience in downtown Orlando. The vibe is very chill, clean, inviting, and lots of people studying/ working. There are outside tables and seating, couches inside, bar seats, and tables. They cater very well to allergies and health - I see a lot of gluten-free options, as well as a chocolate bar made from oat milk and sugar-free! My espresso was $3.75, which is expensive but normal, I guess. It was a LITTLE bitter, but so much better than the other shops. This espresso had a really nice chocolate flavor to it and came with a palate cleanser. Zack helped me out and welcomed me in - very kind and cool guy. Overall, this is probably my favorite place to work and chill and I'll definitely be back soon.
Delicious food. They accommodate vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free. Healthy menu. Good service. Good prices. Nice variety. Good atmosphere with nice music and beautiful style decor. The breakfast platter is superb, so are the yucca waffles.

Extremely rude hostess (Maddie) to answer the phone and advise gluten free options. She had zero knowledge of gluten free options, stated no manager was available and was unwilling to check w/the cook. In fact she stated the cook was unaware of what was gluten free after she faked went to ask lol. Do not trust any of these reviews if you need gluten free!
My gf ordered the breakfast platter, it was great and eggs were a perfect over medium! I ordered the BLTE Yucca Waffle Sandwich and it was delicious! It's gluten-free too (I have an intolerance)! Would recommend.
I’m gluten and dairy intolerant which can make it hard to find places that have delicious food, I went this morning and they have a wrap that’s gluten free! I did avocado instead of cream cheese and WOW I will keep coming back 🫶🏻
I bought a vainilla cake with dulce de leche fill-in and it was delicious. The owner and her staff are dedicated and passionate about their product. They also have delish gluten free options.
A champion Breakfast for the gluten free sensitive: Steak, Canadian bacon, round egg, hash brown and a mango pineapple smoothie. FYI: you can mobile order
Best coffee in Orlando. Had an iced latte and a gluten-free almond cookie with pecan. The coffee is strong and smooth. Doesn’t have the mass production taste. The staff is friendly.
I came in here with my toddler and a recent order from my doctor to avoid gluten and they accommodated us even though their gluten free wraps weren’t exactly the right ones that they ordered. They also didn’t do the normal up charge since they’re technically smaller. So I was quite grateful. And it was delicious.
As a side note, they have two high chairs that are actual high chairs which made feeding my kiddo lunch a lot easier. (Photo of the tray part for reference)
If anyone is still reading this far, I just want to say that I am impressed and thankful when employees/managers think outside of the box and just make things happen. The world needs more of that. Don’t over complicate things. Be like the employees and managers of this Natures Table.
Amazing experience. Gluten free arepas and their yuca pastel doesn’t have flour. I got the chicken salad one. It was pretty warm and tasty! Highly recommend! Shout out to Luisa for helping me make sure the food was gluten free and water temp was how I liked it. LOL.
Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is one of our go-to breakfast places for a reason (try the Eggs Portobello)! They have a solid variety of gluten friendly options, as well.
If you need gluten free this is the place!! My wife cannot eat gluten and when they told me they had a separate gluten free kitchen I was sold for her.
The chicken sandwich came disassembled and gave her no issues through the day! The fries were great as well.
I had gluten filled chicken tenders and fries and it was good as well. Very fresh and seemed much more affordable than other locations in and around the park. Friend staff as well!
