Terrible disappointment. We ordered a gluten free capricciosa thinking we would get a regular size pizza because there is no size option on the menu nor did anyone ask us about it. We were greeted by this ridiculously small pizza. I have eaten countless gluten free pizzas and have never experienced this. It is a pure pleasure to sit in Deveron. Especially for mussels on white and seafood on buzara, as they say. :)
The restaurant is in a perfect location with a view of the waterfront, ships and the sea.
There is even a gluten-free menu, and excellent gluten-free scones that the server recommended to me. As a person with celiac disease, I can't eat them anywhere else.
On all 5 visits, the food was at a high level, as was the service. And the prices? Surprisingly affordable considering the high level of service. My husband and I are delighted. Our favorite restaurant. We only had lunch there this year and we plan to do so in the fall.
