We discovered this place because it is certified AIC for a celiac person. What can I say, a wonderful surprise as we returned several times in a week. Typical restaurant 10 meters from the beach in the heart of Otranto. An entire gluten-free menu but above all homemade gluten-free pasta. Perfect for intolerants and celiacs. Very good

The pasta was simply mediocre quality for a gluten-free option. I expected more from a restaurant with an entire gluten-free menu and a prominent gluten-free star on their outdoor billboard. You can taste that the pasta is made from corn, so it's not something I would recommend. The service and atmosphere are great, though—I'm just disappointed with the pasta 🍝. I'm definitely curious about the sandwiches!

Really good rotisserie and pizzas, with more than affordable prices. Also excellent for those with special dietary needs: there are alternative flours suitable for celiacs, and they are not made just for the sake of it - they are really good. The service is fast, friendly and professional. A simple place but that does things well.
