One of my favorite restaurants. I love that they change up the menu regularly. And as a celiac, they are somewhere I feel super safe eating (and can actually have fries since they have dedicated fryers!). Their GF carrot cake is amazing and it's rare I order a dish that I don't love. Also very much love the rooftop dining in the summer.
This was our first time at Morning Belle and it didn’t disappoint! Our waitress, Kenzie, made great suggestions for us to try as well as accommodating me at a table that would be more comfortable for me to sit in. She was attentive to our needs and was patient with our questions. Her food suggestions were spot on! Everything came out hot and delicious. The cinnamon roll was the perfect first starter and could easily be shared. I love that they had Gluten Free bread that tasted like regular bread and my omelet, The Hummingbird, was light, delicious and plated beautifully. We will be back again for this morning treat. Thank you Kenzie!
We had a lovely time! We were a party of three but you can still do the tasting menu for two, we just ordered a few extra items as well. It was all so delicious!! We loved every dish. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind and on top of it as well. The menu isn’t marked gluten free but they knew which items could be made gluten free, and it was most of them! They brought the gluten items on the side for my friends, but I didn’t feel like I was missing out. You should definitely get a cocktail, they were all so good! They have a list of mocktails as well.
If you enjoy variety and top-notch cuisine from around the world, this place is for you. We had a blast with dishes running from tacos, to kabobs, to poke bowls, to burgers and mushroom burgers. The flavors were excellent. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available too. Enjoy!
My fiancee and I just had our first visit to this place, and it was phenomenal! Food was 10/10, atmosphere was quiet and cozy and comfortable, and the service was prompt and friendly.
We both got coffee beverages as well as food, and presentation and taste were both incredible!
They were also able to cater to my partners gluten allergy, which is a huge plus for us!
Only slight downside is that it is rather pricy, but I am happy to support a small local business when I can afford to!
Everything here is high quality. I'm definitely going to be adding it to my go-to list. A large, well rounded, cocktail menu filled with something interesting for everyone. I tried 2 aquavits, a rye whiskey, a dry gin, and a green tea whiskey shot. Everything I had was above average and solid quality. The Amaro pazzo was also amazing. The lingering bitterness of the coffee cleansed my pallet, readying me for another great taste. I'm definitely coming back to try other things
The service was perfect. No one bothered me. They filled my water glass at least 5 times without being asked and answered all my questions.
The food menu isn't huge, but it has vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, so no complaints. I had a hummus plate, which was very good. Nachos were also good. It seems like they go to extra effort to make most things fresh in house. It's not too common in grand rapids, but I appreciate it.
Worst ramen I’ve had- very bland and did not taste authentic. A lot of authentic ramen shops offer soba noodles, which are a great gluten free option, but the noodles here did not compare, and dissolved in the broth immediately, which was very unappetizing.
We came on a whim, and regret nothing! You can tell that everyone here cares about food. The drinks were great, the appetizer was delicious, the main courses were amazing, and the desserts were sublime. We are told that the drink and food menus are rotated seasonally; so there is always something new. They also accommodate gluten free. We will definitely be back.
Excellent. Our water Jacob was On TOP. OF EVERYTHING! I am a gluten intolerant ++ and I learned their is an excellent bread/ bun for me here! YUM!! My Husband had hideaway burger and I sushi. Fantastic! Highly recommended 💯
