We had a lovely time! We were a party of three but you can still do the tasting menu for two, we just ordered a few extra items as well. It was all so delicious!! We loved every dish. The staff is so knowledgeable and kind and on top of it as well. The menu isn’t marked gluten free but they knew which items could be made gluten free, and it was most of them! They brought the gluten items on the side for my friends, but I didn’t feel like I was missing out. You should definitely get a cocktail, they were all so good! They have a list of mocktails as well.

Amazing food, authentic flavors, up there with Rick Bayless restaurants in Chicago… maybe even better. ‘Pre-Hispanic Mexican’ and it’s true, everything on the menu is gluten free except 2 desserts

Walking by & found this gem of a restaurant. The curry delicious, but the mango sticky rice was straight up life changing! Our server Alfie made some fantastic recommendations that helped us eat gluten free & was so good about checking on us - we're only in town for a few days but will likely eat here again.

This was our first time at Morning Belle and it didn’t disappoint! Our waitress, Kenzie, made great suggestions for us to try as well as accommodating me at a table that would be more comfortable for me to sit in. She was attentive to our needs and was patient with our questions. Her food suggestions were spot on! Everything came out hot and delicious. The cinnamon roll was the perfect first starter and could easily be shared. I love that they had Gluten Free bread that tasted like regular bread and my omelet, The Hummingbird, was light, delicious and plated beautifully. We will be back again for this morning treat. Thank you Kenzie!

My husband and I visited today from Kalamazoo on a trip to town to visit the Frederick Meijer Gardens Butterfly Exhibit. I have celiac disease and read many reviews and the website to confirm that this would be a safe restaurant to eat at. When I placed my order the employee asked if there were any allergies that they should know about and I disclosed that I have celiac disease and we thoroughly discussed my options. I placed my order and felt very confident in being able to safely eat here. We received our food and after eating about 1/3 of my meal the same employee came over to discuss our meal with us. At this time they clearly noticed that my noddles were not gluten free but did not disclose this until I specifically asked. At this point she said no they’re not, would you like me to have this remade for you. I will already be very sick. There is not just remaking my meal and I said no, I will already be sick I do not want this. To which she replied trying to get me to accept a remade option again. I did not feel safe eating anything they offered so I said no. She refunded just my entree and gave my husband a to go container and said sorry clearly not understanding the severity if the situation. We had to get back in our car and drive immediately home to Kalamazoo without doing any of the things that we had planned for my birthday in hopes that I will make it through the hour long drive before becoming violently ill. This is not a safe place to eat if you have any allergies or autoimmune diseases that limit your ability to eat certain items. Oversight and care is clearly not given to this and is used as simply a marketing tactic. I am heartbroken to be stuck spending my birthday locked inside my bathroom due to this carelessness.

We came on a whim, and regret nothing! You can tell that everyone here cares about food. The drinks were great, the appetizer was delicious, the main courses were amazing, and the desserts were sublime. We are told that the drink and food menus are rotated seasonally; so there is always something new. They also accommodate gluten free. We will definitely be back.

My fiancee and I just had our first visit to this place, and it was phenomenal! Food was 10/10, atmosphere was quiet and cozy and comfortable, and the service was prompt and friendly. We both got coffee beverages as well as food, and presentation and taste were both incredible! They were also able to cater to my partners gluten allergy, which is a huge plus for us! Only slight downside is that it is rather pricy, but I am happy to support a small local business when I can afford to!
