I'm celiac and I've visited this place quite a few times since January. I've ordered online with delivery and pickup, and I love it. The food is always delicious. They have so many options, and I love that because, in general, I haven't found many other places that sell everything gluten-free. The service is very good, the girls are very friendly. The only thing I could mention is that the prices are quite high.
En un principio era un buen local muy rico, pero muchas veces nos ha ocurrido que los ingredientes están añejos o las frutas qué les colocan avinagradas. Hace casi medio año que dejamos de pedir aquí.

Another palace for celiacs!
Excellent cuisine, incredible breads.
At the place we ate a pizza and cachaba, everything was very tasty and the attention was a ten.
I hope we can return soon!
The place is great, the food is delicious. Plus, everything is gluten-free. It's great. The only downside is that it's quite remote, not in a central location, but it's totally worth it.
I love this cafeteria. The service is always good. They have gluten-free food, and it's delicious. There's also a super cool section selling ingredients and flours.

I buy gluten-free products. The pasta is very good, but the pine empanadas, regular, a little dry and small for their high price, could be of better quality.
Excellent service, from recommendations of the day (which are not necessarily on the menu) to help with which dishes go well and/or are recommended to eat.
The wonderful flavor and a menu with a warning that it contains gluten (appreciated).
Everything is delicious and high-quality. The ingredients in their arepas are rich and abundant. Delicious salsas. It would be great if they had some gluten-free tequeños. I love their desserts. Great service, thank you for being kind and providing prompt service.
Exelentes! 200% recomendado!! La mejor reposteria sin gluten de Santiago. Un sabor inigualable. Y la panadería un 20/10. Amé los pancitos de queso mozzarella. Tienen también unos tequeños exquisitos!
Very friendly service, good variety on the menu, especially healthier options. To highlight: the carrot and orange juice and the gluten-free bread. The beautiful atmosphere!
I visited this restaurant with friends at the weekend and it is highly recommended.
When we asked about gluten-free products and a wine recommendation, we were kindly and well informed.
The drinks and food arrived quickly and were delicious. The portions are reasonable for the price.
The hygiene at the tables and in the bathrooms was great.
I love this place, especially for its attention, its cozy space and its gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options. Everyone finds their taste here, whether you are passing through to work or just hanging out at the restaurant.
There were 3 of us. One ordered a gluten-free dish, it is worth clarifying that since they told her that this dish took longer, for everything to come out together she had to order it in advance. The problem is that hers came out 5 minutes after the other 2 diners placed the order. Also, it took more than 50 minutes to bring us the other two dishes. The one with the gluten-free diner, they reheated it. That dish was sad. Everything caked together (CLP 18,000 dish with some rice noodles and some vegetables). When the remaining dishes arrived, they were lukewarm. In my case the raw tempura. Disgusting. As I had complained to the manager, the waitress served poorly and shouted. Crazy. Terrible service, terrible food. I don't want to imagine if the restaurant is full the attention they will get. In that case, except for 2 large tables, there was no one. They can't even accuse that cause.
The place is very beautiful, with armchairs and blankets, ideal for this time of year that is cool but at the same time not excellent haha, the food is excellent, it makes me happy that there are so many vegan and gluten-free options at the same time ♥ it is super difficult for me to find where to eat delicious and varied having both restrictions. The moktails are also delicious. The girl who helped us was super sweet. We ordered piña not colada and turmeric pineapple, pumpkin cream with gluten-free bread, somosas for my husband who has the privilege of being able to eat with gluten haha, very vegan pizza with gluten-free dough, and several sweet things to take away! We will be back soon!

I bought cheese empanadas to fry at home, I got a wonderful surprise! Really very delicious, they did not open and remained golden.
It has a wide variety of prepared gluten-free products and supplies to prepare at home.
The bread was not to my taste, it was very crumbly.

The frozen lucuma meringue cake is a very delicious cake. We bought it for a special occasion for a sick person, sugar-free, gluten-free and lactose-free. In the end we all ate the same thing. The delivery was punctual at the time indicated. What a shame they closed the Viña branch.
They had thousands of gluten free options! And the best thing was that they brought me nigiris separated from the rest, they gave me the option of almost everything on the menu and ordering it gluten-free, I loved it!! The place was a little bustling.
Exquisite artisanal ice cream parlor. Original and delicious flavors (I recommend the chocolate one and the super dulce de leche), generous portions, prices in line with these and the quality. Good location, good hygiene and friendly staff to serve you. One of the best ice cream parlors I've ever tried. I recommend it. Lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan flavors.

It was an excellent experience. Very friendly service, when you order the wines they explain the history of each one, its flavors and etc. There are tastings of 3 wines for affordable prices (6200) and if you prefer you can order the appropriate food for each wine.
It is not specified on the menu which dishes are gluten-free, but there are varieties of flourless fish, as well as salads. And the waitress who served us knew very well what foods were suitable for celiacs so she was very helpful.
There is a vegan salad option with sweet potato and beet that, although not strong, is very well seasoned.
The rest is mainly cheeses, charcuterie and fish, although the daily menu changes, but it is almost never suitable for celiacs or vegans.
The mango mousse dessert had an excellent flavor although it was a small portion, luckily it was also gluten free.
You can choose between many wines and that is what gives this place a great advantage. If you want to know Chilean wines but buying a whole bottle is a problem, then this place is perfect for you. They also make specific wine combinations with a theme so you can taste various options.
The place is highly recommended.

I have Celiac disease, the only treatment for which is eating gluten-free food. I went with some friends and brought my food, and before touching it, they told me that "eating outside food is grounds for expulsion", just saying that it was not possible, then I explained my illness and they told me that they do have gluten-free food With certified products, which was a lie, they had no idea of cross contamination. Short story, terrible attention, and after threatening expulsion, they "authorized me to eat", yes, those exalted beings gave me PERMISSION to eat. The same waiter who threatened me and started the cahuín (there were 5 of us drinking and 4 of us eating, bill of 130k) for a gluten-free sandwich, has the nerve to ask for a tip. Never, never again. Also some Indian potatoes (for those who could eat) were like 2 potatoes and some cheese, 14k, a steal.
It is a good option for people with celiac disease or some sensitivity to gluten, since the tacos are made of corn and there don't seem to be many alternatives in the area. They have a variety of fillings and sauces with different levels of spiciness. The attention of the girls who work there is very good and at noon you get a soda for 1000 pesos with your lunch (with some).
As a #celiac and #milkproteinallergy sufferer (#CMPA), finding a place where I can eat with peace of mind is no easy task.
That's why discovering PadThai in Manuel Montt was a great surprise.
Thai cuisine, by its very nature, is already an excellent option for those of us with these restrictions, but what really makes the difference here is the care with which each dish is prepared: everything is prepared individually, with no risk of cross-contamination or traces.
I want to thank Isabella and Michelle for their excellent service. They were very kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the ingredients and kitchen processes. I felt truly safe and welcomed.
I also recommend trying the strawberry banana juice 🤤
As a suggestion, it would be great if the menu more clearly identified the gluten-free and CMPA dishes. This small detail would make an already naturally friendly offering for those of us with these conditions even more accessible and visible.
I'm glad that more and more restaurants in the industry are becoming aware of restricted eating habits. Pad Thai is undoubtedly a benchmark in this evolution.
A place I highly recommend! The food is excellent, with diverse flavors and a very extensive menu. The service was spectacular. As a gluten intolerant, I must say they delivered and more! Very attentive to detail. They made our experience even better.
