If you have celiac or want to order gluten free, apparently you have to inform them 24 hours in advance (I've never heard of this practice before). Also, there are no dairy free options except removing cheese altogether. We traveled from the other side of town in an uber excited to eat here, only to be told the above, even though other people's reviews were saying gluten free and vegan options were available. Extremely disappointing.

After reading GF reviews, we decided on this as our dinner choice. It opened at 6pm, as we arrived we asked the guy about GF options and he informed us it had to be a pre order the day before! Make sure you pre order!

A wonderful discovery! The place is tastefully decorated, making you feel at home. The menu has something for everyone. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are delicious. 🥰 You can choose gluten-free, lactose-free, and other options. A great initiative!

The pastry is very delicious and they have gluten-free and vegan options, the food needs a little more effort. My salad had a LOT of lettuce and then rice and sweet potato, the hummus I almost didn't feel. Perhaps a little more vegetables or tofu would have been better to make it more nutritionally complete.

My boyfriend and I came across this coffee by chance and we were not disappointed! We really appreciated the dishes offered which are different from what you generally see. You will find sweet and savory dishes, brunch options and many drinks! In addition, they are good products, for some vegans and/or gluten-free. The environment is very calm, very pleasant and uncluttered! The service is great, the team is pleasant. We recommend this place 🌼

Huge variety, both dietary (gluten-free, fruit-free, etc.) and very gourmet, both salty and sweet. The staff is very attentive (offering drinks and individualized dishes: omelettes, pankakes, eggs, etc.). A big plus: drinks (tasting fruit juices, prepared hot chocolate, kombucha, etc.) All for a fairly honest price :)

I can only order this restaurant again. Everything was perfect from A to Z, both the service and the quality of the dishes as well as the atmosphere. For my part I took the pasta de la quadra, my companion being gluten intolerant we really appreciated the fact that there were gluten-free options, he opted for the tagliatelle al pesto we were with a couple of friends who took the pizza modigliani and the ravioli al tartufo. If I had to make one remark it would be to add more gluten-free options especially in terms of pasta.

They are flexible with GLUTEN-FREE options! This is our favorite place in Toulouse! The menu is small and rotates often and each time we’ve gone they can make adjustments for gluten-free needs. The food is always so delicious, our waitress (Katya) is so sweet and fun. We always enjoy our time at Molette! And for those that can eat bread, my partner speaks very highly of their homemade bread (not gluten free) that they provide at the table. Highly recommend a visit to Molette.

Went today, myself two friends from Australia. Was very quiet and the service lady spoke both french and English The deserts were well presented, nicely boxed as well. However, the deserts were below standard especially for the cost they lacked flavour for example not 'tart' enough for a lemon tart, the rose meringue with cream was tasteless except excellent raspberries. Cost for 3 tarts 15 euro There were gluten free options and clearly displayed this was good.

The plant-based menu is fine, gourmet and elaborate; the quality of the products and the flavors are there, we enjoyed ourselves! Highly highly recommend! GLUTEN FREE options and some of the best risotto I have ever had! I used their chat options beforehand to make a reservation and ask about gluten free options and they were very responsive and helpful. Then it turns out because they knew I was gluten free they specially ordered gluten free bread to have in the table 😍 along side the regular bread. I was so impressed!

Flawless! A warm welcome, an explosion of flavors, finesse, color, an attractive presentation... research, mastery and creativity... From Virgin Mojito to chocolate or mango desserts, by the way by the samosas, the sausage rougail, the vegetable lasagna and the eggplant burger... a treat from start to finish. The only problem with KetoPub is that you have to choose! Everything is good in Keto. We will come back as soon as possible :) I highly recommend to all keto people, diabetics, gluten-free people and especially all gourmets :p

On our six week backpacking honey moon trip, this was one of our favorite meals by far. One daily menu option is offered, personally curated by the chef with ingredients you can tell are carefully selected. I explained my gluten allergy and he was very careful and accommodating. The place is authentic and rich in discoveries. The chef welcomes you with attention, driven by the pleasure of sharing his passion through a wide choice of drinks and Auvergne dishes. All you have to do is see it! Local charcuterie, warm 3 cheese toasts, fine bouriole (crepe from Cantal) or even egg casserole brighten up a starter that shows promise for the future and when there's more, there's more! The chef arrives with an Aligot made by him, light and melting or even a tasty truffade, all accompanied by wonderfully cooked meats which complete the meal. Really ? The exquisite gluten-free chestnut and apple flognarde, a sort of Limousin flan, await the most gourmands and they would be wrong to deprive themselves of it... In short, you have to be a jargeot not to stop at Au Buron in order to spend a moment of conviviality and Auvergne history while enjoying the talent of the owner of the place! Thank you Chef!
