Thought I was in heaven when I saw the large array of cakes and pastries all gluten free. The food is delicious! Very spoilt for choice and lovely to find a place that caters specifically for those of us who can’t usually enjoy such delicacies.
There is care in everything at Gouterie, and in everything there is a pleasant surprise. You will be amazed by the mastery of the pastry chefs in producing crunchy sheets and very light sponge cakes, tasty creams and the right balance of aromas. The focaccia will leave even those who loved it before discovering they had celiac disease and were forced to give it up for a long time speechless (eager to be filled again). The rustic ones, the onion calzone are always pleasant. And beyond the counter, a friendly staff capable of guiding you through the store's varied assortment. It is a place where it is always worth returning, even for those who live far from Bari like me.
Excellent pizza. I tried both the classic dough and the gluten-free dough and was pleasantly impressed. Pizza cooked very well, thin and crunchy just right with good quality ingredients.
The only flaw is that the tables are too close together and there is little intimacy. Distracted service. We asked for beer three times and the fourth time they brought it to us. Average price.
It's not the first time in this place but it's a continuous confirmation. Impeccable service and fast pizza, both gluten-free and super normal. Great advice!

Came here for the gluten free pizza and it was sooo good! They don’t offer all of the pizzas form the normal menu but have about 10 to select from. Really good base so highly recommend. The restaurant has basic outdoor area but inside is quite sweet.
Location unfortunately in the popular heart of the San Pasquale district. Parking difficult but can be solved with the affiliated garage. Courteous and very helpful staff. Assorted menu with many tasty pizzas all seasoned with quality ingredients. Good gluten-free pizzas (nothing exceptional but those products are difficult to make). Very high quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!!!
Absolutely perfect for celiacs. all gelato is gluten free, gf cones are packed and seoerated and they use a fresh spoon for every customer. and its tasty as well. cant recommend more!
Wow, I had an amazing gluten free pasta here! When I tasted it I didn’t believe it was gluten free ⭐️ we had this cheese starter for which they had gluten free bread, this was delicious and the ravioli was also great. We really enjoyed the food here and it was a nice atmosphere :)
Asked for a gluten free meal and did not have to be disappointed...
It was tasty and no problems afterwards, hopefully I can make another visit next year and the food will be as good as last time 😎

A very pleasant experience. Great attention to hospitality and gluten-free service. I tried a fabulous sea killer. Abundant dishes, extremely fresh raw materials accompanied by friendly and meticulous service. Particular mention to Mr. Pino who allowed us to have a pleasant lunch.
Good pizzas... shame about the long wait for gluten-free pizza! Delicious tiramisu... the only flaw is that the tables are too close together. I also went for a baptism, everything was delicious but it was annoying
I had the first poke in my life and absolute satisfaction. Friendly service and food on the table immediately. Atmosphere with music in the background top. A choice of everything possible and above all the price and performance luxury. I will definitely recommend and visit zvovu. Great for vegans and gluten free😌

We had a great Sunday lunch. Cozy place in the center. Delicious typical Bari dishes made by a competent chef and excellent raw materials. Attentive service also for gluten-free products.
The best restaurant we visited in Bari, the food is very delicious, well prepared, the price is not excessive, the waiters are very attentive, but not intrusive. They have gluten free pasta too. We went back here several times during our vacation.👌🏻
Very friendly and helpful service. Had gluten-free pasta. Spaghetti with mushrooms & truffle sauce was delicious. The mussels were really fresh & tasty. Warm enough to eat outside, even in February.
It's an efficient McDonald's. They know how to cook my Gluten free sandwich without making it explode. The guys are kind and helpful. The service is in fact fast.

Since it was Sunday, there was a fixed menu, but once we made them aware of our gluten and lactose intolerances they were ready to accommodate our needs. Delicious and fresh fish of excellent quality, welcoming location and staff present without ever being intrusive. Noteworthy anecdote: it was the owner's birthday who kindly gave a rose to every woman present in the room.

Amazing restaurant: dishes prepared with love with top quality products, very affordable prices, kindness and courtesy of all the staff, especially the owner Francesco... I highly recommend it to everyone!! Ps: excellent choice also for celiacs as long as the owner is notified!
We were very spontaneously looking for a place to end the evening. We were warmly welcomed here and communication worked perfectly despite the language barrier! We got great antipasti and very good house wine. When the waiters noticed that one of our group couldn't tolerate gluten, they even provided a pizza separately! We had an incredibly great evening and would definitely come back 😊
