Our family had no complaints-picture perfect views, ribeye cooked to perfection, delectable gluten-free dessert! If you want a lovely dining experience with polite, friendly service, go to FOOW. You won’t regret it!
Wonderful little local bakery that has gluten free options in separate case, and great gluten free options. I loved the gluten free breakfast burrito, and gluten free lemon square (we went multiple times). My family enjoyed the donuts and massive apple fritter. It’s a cute and quaint little shop with friendly outdoor seating. The employees seemed a little stressed, so please be kind to these hard working people who are busy feeding all of 30a. We hope they are here for a long time.
We loved this charming restaurant . I ordered the gluten free fried shrimp with fries. My family enjoyed a burger, Philly cheese tacos, and shrimp tacos, and swordfish. Everyone’s meal was hot, fresh and delicious. Our server was cheerful and very attentive, and the bussing crew even helped us out with some extra sauce. This spot hit all of the vacation vibes we love. It was very clean, and had a gorgeous outdoor seating area. We felt like it was an upscale Old Florida style restaurant. It celebrated the culture of the past and present 30 a. There were also charming little shops and we appreciated that they took reservations.
The menu was more limited in store than we expected (based on previous research), however our food came out delicious and perfect. We highly recommend.
This place was deeelicious. A cheeseburger and fries comes out to about 25$ with tax and tip, but SO worth it for a freaking bomb burger, I’m still dreaming of it! I get so sick so easy and had zero reactions. Oh and the bun?! Immaculate. My sister said mine tasted better than hers (I don’t know how). One of my top spots now. They take their prep seriously. 🥹

Was very happy to hear about their allergy procedures. They have a menu of all flavors and their allergens, and they will do “allergy scoops” with fresh gloves and in fresh tubs of ice cream. I have celiac and my son has a nut allergy. We had tons of gluten free and nut free options and were able to eat safely and smoothly!
Not only was the food incredible the service was more than wonderful. Our severs were great! Daniel and Prince were very attentive, kind, and helpful. I am gluten intolerant and they caught that my meal was not prepared gf and corrected it quickly. I am very appreciative of this. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon.
My first time here and the coffee, snacks and service did not disappoint! They had a fantastic selection of Gluten free treats! Plus the wonderful baristas double checked both the flavor syrups and milk substitutes for gluten! I will definitely be back in the future!
I got the açaí bowl and it was amazing! I follow an anti inflammatory diet so it’s hard to find places that are gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free! This place has all of the above! Can’t recommend real and raw enough! Tons of gluten free options
This was a super cool find on a road trip. The gluten free crust was amazing. The server was super nice. It is an outdoor dining room that is also dog friendly.
I go here multiple times a week and order from here constantly.
I like them because they are mindful of allergies or so I thought
I ordered door dash weekly always gettinng the same item. The menu doesn't allow you to change bread, so I always request gluten free bread. They always make it for me correctly for weeks months even years now.
Today I opened my order it was regular bread with a side of additional regular bread.
When I called the store the manager informed me that the ticket looks like I requested gluten free bread on the side in their system I let him know on door dash that is the only option or way to request gluten free bread and it's always made correct. He said well his line cooks just read the ticket and gave me what I ordered. Which is still incorrect I received a side of regular not gluten free bread and the sandwich as well had regular bread. I go here because they are mindful of allergies but I will never go back again. I have gift cards to here I'm going to give or throw away honestly.
Be mindful if you have allergies here being a loyal customer means nothing
Everything from being to end was amazing. Drinks and mocktails that are hand crafted. Water cups are handmade. Food from gluten-free pasta to catch of the day dishes that are just amazing.
Grace Pizza is THE BEST PIZZA on 30a hands down. In the last year I’ve had to change my diet to gluten-free, and their pizza was one of the things I was going to miss most about my food changes at the beach. I messaged them today to ask if I could substitute cauliflower crust on any pizza (the Garcia and the Heat Wave are my favorites) and they immediately messaged back to tell me yes! My family and I just devoured three pizzas and they were all fantastic!!!! 10/10 for the food and the accommodating staff. We can’t recommend this place enough!
Probably more of a lunch spot, we went for dinner. Did not have a great experience, we have multiple people gluten free at the table, and the server did not do a great job of explaining what we could and could not eat.
We also were told there was a 2 hour time limit on our table. When you charge $60 for a very below average steak, you shouldn’t be giving people a time limit on their table. Overall great atmosphere, but below average food, bad service, and most importantly incredibly overpriced.
I usually love this place as a local who is gluten sensitive because they make a great gf pizza, but I recently went and received a pizza that looked different than what I am used to. To make sure it was gluten free, I asked one of the workers and they glanced at my pizza and confirmed it was made gluten free. So naturally I ate 3/4 slices. Lo and behold a couple hours later I react how I usually do if I eat gluten. Moral of the story…beware if you are someone with a food allergy and be prepared to risk a reaction at Bud and Alleys.
Perfect little port style restaurant with plenty of charm. Loved the menu being diverse for families with gluten allergies and more! Easy to make a great memory here.
We specifically chose this place because they advertise having GLUTEN FREE pizza. My poor niece, brother in law, and his mother are all gluten intolerant - - which means they become VIOLENTLY ILL for hours if they consume gluten - - So after ordering 100$ in pizza 3 of which were supposed to be gluten free at 22$ each, and waiting for forever, the pizza shows up it’s all regular crust so there is nothing they can eat. A child, a man, and an elderly woman with leukemia trying to enjoy family time at the beach with some pizza can’t eat a single thing they sent us. When we called to see if they could make the situation right they refused and only offered 10% off the order!!! 🙄 Not only was the staff RUDE about the situation they offered no solution worth the aggravation. If zero stars was an option that’s what they would have gotten.
Gluten-free options may be limited but oh so yummy. Summer roll of rice paper with vegies - huge for $10, enough to share with partner. Red curry shrimp $32 (huge) again enough to share (sauce on side since curry does have some heat. Florida Blue crab roll $14 was long and able to share that. Small room with outdoor covered patio. Music low. Great service.
NEED RESERVATIONS.
Highly recommend.
Great local spot! I tried the lemon lavender drink and if you're a fan of lavender it's a must have. Also I recommend the butterscotch potato chip cookie. I know it sounds weird but it works and it's super different and yummy. It's also gluten free and vegan just like 95% of their pastries are. Great spot if you're gluten free or vegan. Will definitely come back as we're on our trip. So cute outside too.
Our waitress, Fran, was so friendly and sweet. The “Special of the House” was just enough food for 2 of us to share and have a little taste of everything. Lots of other gluten free options too! Quick service and agreeable prices for sea food. It was nice to sit in an air conditioned dining room after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the Destin area!
Great food, pretty good service!
We ate here for dinner on a weekday night around 6:30. The wait to order was about 15 minutes and that is in a line at the back. Then you get your table number and a cup for drinks. I was disappointed by the lack of modifications for allergies (gluten specifically). There was also a kind of creepy and rough looking cooler labeled Free Water that was not appealing. However, the food was great! We had chips, salsa, queso, red fish tacos, shrimp quesadilla, and the cuban sandwich. Definitely a bite to the salsa and the chips were just okay but everything else was delicious! Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend!
Disappointed in our experience. We had Heather as our server, & she arrived to the table visibly annoyed. I am celiac, & she did not know what that was & did not have any gluten free recommendations. She was very short in her communication & said she would check with the kitchen & then sent the food off without updating us. When we checked to make sure our food would be celiac safe she rolled her eyes as she walked away. Every request we had (i.e. a cup of coffee, hot sauce for my food) irritated her. Service was slow & unfriendly, she rarely checked in. Food was decent.
Los Rancheros is mine and my wife's weekly go-to spot, after work.
Their Con Queso dip with chorizo is highly addictive.
Their Carne asada is packed with flavor, and always cooked so well.
Their top shelf margharitas are the best in the area. What's really great, is they'll use whatever tequila you want.
And they have gluten free options if you need.
Gluten free available!! The service was beyond 5 stars. The food was very tasteful and prepared just right. A little hidden treasure between PCB and Destin.
Great addition to 30a! I had their Cortado and the seasonal Salted Maple Shaken Espresso. Both were great! The pastries are on point too. The gluten free blueberry muffin was execellent!
Great coffee! The server was exceptional! Offered options that wasn't on the menu amd went out of her way to ensure the coffee for my daughter was gluten free.
We came here night one of our vacation and so glad we did, we will back! Food is 10/10! The Philly, the gyro, the fries even the ranch! SO GOOD! And they offer a gluten free bun and it was delicious!
This was exactly the seafood experience I was hoping for. The Seafood Fricassee was gluten free and it was divinity. The hint of sweetness from the scallops and lobster mixed with the creaminess of the cheese and polenta with the satisfying crunch of freshly-cut corn from the cob was so excellent. I can't think of a way to possibly make that better. My fiancee enjoyed the house Manhattans quite a lot, and he said the shrimp pasta was outstanding. The desserts were also delicious. I saved this to my Google locations. ☺️
Great find. First hibachi I have found that does gluten free on the hibachi. Two in our party with severe gluten allergy and all food was amazing. Thanks for a great experience.
I love this restaurant!! It has my favorite blue crab claws and an amazing salad the names of these dishes are “Butter Lettuce Salad $13
Strawberries ~ Blueberries ~ Feta ~ Tomatoes ~ Candied Almonds ~ Raspberry, Champagne Vinaigrette
{gluten-free}” and “Sauteed Crab Claws $25
White Wine ~ Lemon ~ Garlic ~ Shallots ~ Butter ~ Basil ~ Grilled Ciabatta” (copied of website) .
I also love the service everyone I so nice! And it was very clean, modern, and homey in the restaurant
The gluten free worry was not eased with the server who lacked the knowledge of gluten allergies. Worst experience ever will not only not recommend but will discourage people from this establishment..
