A Culinary Gem at The Corner Cafe in Post Falls, Idaho I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Corner Cafe in Post Falls, Idaho, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the friendly staff made me feel welcome, offering a hot pot of coffee that set the perfect tone for my visit. One standout feature of The Corner Cafe is their extensive gluten-free menu, which practically mirrors the regular menu. This flexibility made my dining experience stress-free, as I could easily swap out any dish for a gluten-free alternative. I opted for the fried chicken, and I was not disappointed. The fried chicken was a culinary masterpiece—perfectly tender, with no hint of excess fat. The crispy breading added a delightful crunch, and the seasoning of the gravy was spot on. It's clear that the chef pays meticulous attention to detail, creating a dish that was incredibly satisfying. My girlfriend chose the biscuits and gravy, a choice she often finds challenging to enjoy at other establishments. However, she was pleasantly surprised at The Corner Cafe. The biscuits were incredibly fluffy, with a perfect texture that didn't crumble immediately. In fact, she mentioned that the taste was so close to regular biscuits that she could barely tell the difference. In conclusion, The Corner Cafe in Post Falls, Idaho, is a gem for those seeking diverse menu options without compromising on flavor. The attentive staff, inviting atmosphere, and top-notch cuisine which makes it a must-visit for anyone in the area. I look forward to returning to explore more of their delightful menu.

Blaze Pizza offers a fantastic dining experience with friendly staff, delicious food, and a clean dining room. The staff's attentiveness enhances the overall enjoyment of the meal, while the quality of the food consistently impresses. The cleanliness of the dining room adds to the comfortable atmosphere, making Blaze Pizza a top choice for a satisfying meal. Love it! They also offer a Gluten Free Option (Cauliflower Crust). They do go light on toppings so you pretty much need to bump up your creation to EXTRA EVERYTHING. Resulting in 4 stars instead of 5 on food. Overall , GREAT! I’ll be back.

My daughter suggested we have lunch at Messenger Pizza because they have delicious gluten-free pizza. There was a long slow line when we got there. And the seating, while well arranged, was hard and not particularly comfy for very long. After we chose our table, it took quite a while to get our food. When we placed our order, the gal who took our order kindly warned us that gluten-free pizza takes longer to bake. So we were prepared to wait. The pizza was flavorful. However, the crust, although perfect on the outside, was a bit doughy in the center. Still, I would gladly eat Messenger Pizza food again - perhaps I'll do takeout next time.
