Gluten Free for the win! I've missed Biscuits & Gravy for years now. It was amazing! I wish we lived here because this would be a regular spot for us all the time!
I love Palio's - the Mediterranean is my favorite & Mom likes the Hawaiian. They have good beer & wine and a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a good place to order, pick up pizza and go, as well - the wait time isn't very long. Palio's also has cauliflower crusts for the gluten free crowd which is nice. It's my favorite pizza place in town!
This might be the best Asian food we’ve ever had! Their sushi was freshly made and delicious. We will definitely be back. For anyone gluten free, I am celiac and I had no symptoms after and had many delicious items. They have tons of gluten free options.
Cute pizzeria and bar. We dined in on a weekday at 230pm. They were not busy at all. We were excited for gluten free and vegan cheese options.
The waitress took my order for a sausage/red pepper pizza on GF cauliflower crust. The pizza that came out was not on GF crust. She apologized and went to have it remade, then came back and said, "By the way, our sausage is not gluten free."
I had to find something else and reorder. It took an additional 25-30 minutes (as to be expected with wood fired pizza). The pizza came out loaded with toppings (great!) but because they rushed it out to me, the crust was sadly soggy. I ate it anyway because my family was waiting on me.
I was a little disappointed when we got the check and the full charge for my pizza was on the bill, not really anything to try to make up for the mistake and the additional time we spent waiting. I guess times are tough.
I was going to give 3 stars, but they made up for it by offering dairy free cheese and my dairy allergy son was able to enjoy pizza with the rest of us. That's a rare gem.
They also have a gluten free flourless chocolate cake on the menu that is to die for. So, needless to say, I'd visit again.

Such a great place! My husband and I were just passing through looking for a place to eat. The pizza did not disappoint!! As someone with a gluten allergy I was so delighted with their gluten free crust! The staff was so friendly and the atmosphere was very familial. They really care for their customers. We chatted casually with the owner who was so kind. Highly recommend stopping here for some great pizza!!
Delicious food! I have celiac, I got the blackened redfish, and had zero issues with gluten. Our server was amazing, she had perfect timing with everything. Would definitely go back next time we visit Amarillo!
The did was excellent. I had the chicken fajita and the Baja shrimp tacos and lived them both. My wife and daughter have celiac and were also able to enjoy gluten-free food without fear of cross-contamination
Tonight was my 1st night going to Macaroni Joe's and it was fantastic. My Wife had the Gluten free surf and turf tortellini and I had the nachos neopolitan. Both were great. The best thing about the meal was our server Sarah. She definitely went above and beyond. Thank you for making our 12 year anniversary great!
I ordered several pizzas online. They were ready pretty quickly and were super tasty! Lots of delicious combinations including a very good gluten free cauliflower crust option. Definitely recommend!
Although we have yet to eat at the restaurant or get a smoothie, the store is fantastic! The owners are so sweet and really knowledgeable. They have tons of great products, including a LOT of gluten-free items. They have more choices than so many places in town. It's all clean eating and clean living. In the shop, they offer healthy foods, clean living items (cleaners, oils, etc.), vitamins, drinks, and even CBD items. They are well-informed and all-around fantastic! If you live in the area and have any diet restrictions or preferences towards healthy, clean food, come to Eat Rite first!
Love this place, little on high cost side, but the food and all other products are natural, fresh etc... oh they have gluten-free makeup. I bought some gluten-free mascara and what a difference. My eyes finally didn't itch nor bug me. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Absolutely amazing with gluten sensitive folks! changed gloves washed hands used new utensils and took us very seriously! Staff was kind and knowledgeable!
Our family had a birthday dinner here last night and everyone enjoyed their food. We had a variety of entrees including a gluten free pizza and 2 desserts. Everything was very good. We will be back! And the service was great.
Got to try out the upstairs bar tonight. I think the bartender's name was Otis. He was incredibly talented and knew the exact recipe for everything that was thrown his way. The bar itself didn't have the largest selection, but it was incredibly well balanced with a good selection of gins, tequilas, and amaros. Not the usual Amarillo issue of an absolutely stacked bourbon selection and next to nothing else. Major kudos to Otis and whomever put together their bar program
I had one of their pizzas but I forget what it's called. It's the hot honey, candied jalapeno, and pepperoni pizza. It's a fun spin on a proven flavor profile, and the candied jalapenos are the best thing ever. This place has one of the only gluten free crust options in town that isn't some weird cauliflower health thing. It actually tasted like bread. I just wish the pizza was either cooked longer or hotter (preferably hotter). The cheese was barely melted and the pepperonis seemed to be the type that cup when cooked, but most laid uncooked and flat.
Nit picks aside, this is the only place in town to get a decent gluten free pizza with a Fernet and coke. Excellent.
Teddy Jack’s had a neat atmosphere and had something for everyone on the menu. Little Flip Out had a burger with a gluten free bun. Littlest Flip Out shared supper with Mrs. Flip Out and they both liked the fish, shrimp, and chips dinner. I ordered a small salad and the Italian Meat Lover’s pizza and it was really good. The salad was very fresh. A nice restaurant that could accommodate a group of any size.
This was our first time dining at Butterlove Dinerhouse. We are from Ohio and I have Celiac Disease. My husband found this place on line and saw that it was gluten friendly. We both had the gluten free chicken. My husband doesn't have to eat gluten free but he ate the gluten free chicken and loved it as much as I did. All of the sides are gluten free except mac and cheese, busicuits, and gravy. The gluten free sides we had were corn, green beans, salad, mashed potatoes. The waitress even brought my husband some gravy. Everything was delicious. The chicken, although gluten free was crunchy, flavorful and moist. We are going to stop again on the way home. They have designated fryers for the gluten free chicken, fish, and chicken fried steak. I didn't get a gluten attack and dud not get sick. I would highly recommend this place whether you are gluten free or not.
Here's the thing... I have lived here almost two years without knowing they have gluten free bagels & bread! My FIL wanted to try something different, so I called.
We have eaten here twice & I have not had any CC symptoms. The GF bagel is fantastic. (I haven't tried the bread yet.) They use Boars Head for sandwiches, so I will have to try it sometime soon.
The pakora did not have the traditional breading ( was told it’s gluten free….don’t do it) almost no flavor and was slightly over cooked. The chicken in the tikka masala was also over cooked. The samosa was decent. The spice and flavor profile on both the lamb curry and tikka masala was excellent and that makes up for the underperforming chicken. The shrimp had an excellent cook and the spice profiles are so wonderful! I’d return to try other dishes and am grateful there is Indian food in Amarillo. Def try the curry!!!
Get the eggplant rolatini. You won't be disappointed. Lots of vegetarian options, seafood, and gluten free options. Also a kids menu so it was perfect for our entire family
I went in here today after lunch at Chicken Salad Chick and I was so pleased at the smell as soon as you walk in. They have a vast selection of cookies, macaroons and other goodies. I'm always skeptical when I see places that advertise gluten-free or more healthy options. I've been burned too many times. Not only does this place have a great atmosphere (light and warm) the cookies and macaroons were everything i hoped they would be. The Macaroons were light and savory and the cookies have the perfect slight crunch to them. They basically melted in my mouth. I have never felt better after eating sweets. Im not weighed down and feeling miserable from a sugar overload. I'm definitely coming back when I come to Amarillo. They are pricier than you would anticipate but for the experience you get when you enjoy the sweets it is definitely worth it. Also, the cookies are huge. Like almost 4 in. In diameter.
Came here for lunch with co workers. I have celiac’s and was happy to find they have a gluten free menu. I got salmon with rice broccoli and a side of coleslaw. Was good and I would recommend.
The place was very clean and professional. The food was awesome however if your celiac don’t eat the prime rib soup it is not gf. Unless the bread they served with it wasn’t gf. There’s also worries of cross contamination. Whatever the reason there was an instant reaction to something not right.
Amazing food and service! They offer a variety of specialty pizzas and gluten free crust! We were sat & taken care of immediately. When asking about which flavor combinations we could do on one pizza, we were told they could do anything! Super fresh and great food! We will be back again!
Best travel eating experience. Amarillo is always our lunch spot when we are traveling between Dallas and Colorado. I have a gluten sensitive diet and its hard to eat on the go. I can eat sourdough so excited I can have their pizza and bread although they do offer GF alternatives. They ran out of regular size so they brought me 2 little pizzas. The staff are super kind.
We had a lovely tea party. This is a cute place for a fun outing with my girls. We also got some treats to take home. They have gluten free, vegan, and keto options.
I'm severely allergic to wheat & Celiac, so my review will focus on my GF experience today.
Upon arrival, I requested a gluten free menu & was told by the hostess that they don't have one. Then the lady who seated us said that the server would be able to give me some recommendations. Our waitress said there were no options, so I asked for the manager (Keith). He was very nice & helpful. He told the waitress how to write it on the ticket & personally went to the back to be sure the cooks understood the need for safety.
Basically the options are: salad w/o potato straws or a grilled protein (steak, chicken, or salmon) seasoned with only salt & pepper with broccoli & and side salad w/o the potato straws.
My food was good & fresh. The house lemon-basil & balsamic vinaigrettes were both delicious!!! They alone were worth the trip, IMHO.
This location proved a reliable Jason's location. Food quality was excellent as expected. A member of my party ordered gluten-free food and the staff exercised proper precautions in preparing that meal. The location has several rooms so there is plenty of seating. The restrooms were also very clean. Perhaps best of all for some customers, the ice cream machine had all three options (chocolate, vanilla, and swirl) available--not always common for a Jason's.
Cody did a great job serving us - he was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Had not been here in several years - had a great time and will certainly return soon. Gluten free menu was available for one of our party and she was pleasantly surprised at all the options.
