Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. The place is clean and the service is friendly. The gluten- and dairy-free food is good. You can have breakfast there; we recommend the salmon toast (delicious!).
Great spot for a coffee and a pastry. the place is very well cooled which is nice on a hot summer day. they also have a few vegan options and smoothies.
don't hesitate to stop here when in the area but I wouldn't come especially for it.
I went today for the first time and the truth is that I was delighted. The girl who helped me is super friendly. I have taken a loaf of bread, a pink panther, a ham and cheese empanadilla, some anise bagels and a chocolate croissant. I would have taken more things but I went when they were about to close and luckily I was able to get something!! The bread is the best I have ever eaten without gluten and the rest certainly does not disappoint. We will return for sure and I highly recommend it!

I've been shopping at Dulsania for quite a few years, as I'm lactose intolerant, and recently, I've also been advised to reduce my gluten intake. It's the only bakery in Parla with this wide range of allergen-free products, handcrafted without so many additives. This is noticeable in the texture and flavor of their products, as well as in your body: no heavy feeling, and your sweet tooth is quelled.
I've tried (and repeated) many of their products: king cake, sponge cakes, muffins, large palmiers, small palmiers, cookies, toasted bread, buckwheat loaf, tiramisu, strawberry cake...
The prices seem reasonable considering the competition and the quality they offer.
Their dealings with me have always been very pleasant, even going so far as to open the store after hours to help me on occasion. And, although, as has happened to me in previous bakeries, they have occasionally delayed my order or confused one of the orders, they have always admitted their mistakes, apologized, and offered me an exchange or compensation by giving me another product. In other bakeries in Parla, I have never been offered compensation, and sometimes I have even been denied it when a product was undercooked, and they have charged me for it anyway.
For me, the quality-price ratio is very good, and I hope they can remain open, improving, and gaining customers for many more years.

It's the best place in Madrid to buy sweet and savory food. The service is excellent, the location is beautiful, the quality is spectacular. They don't add more sugar than usual to preserve the food like other gluten-free bakeries do, nor do they add sweeteners or chemicals... everything is 100% natural and it really shows. In short, top 10.
WOW! Incredible! From the moment you walk in, the smell of freshly baked pastries to the customer service. The girls are lovely, and the product is sensational. I had never tried something gluten-free, sugar-free, and lactose-free that was so delicious. For me, it’s a must-stop every time I'm in Madrid.
This place you see in the photos does not sell gluten-free bread, it is a scam, you have to go down to number 16 on the same street and on top of that it has different hours, it closes at 8:00 p.m., it is not 24 hours
One of the best experiences in terms of food and service in the area. Menu totally different from the restaurants in the area, it takes great care of celiacs and those intolerant to lactose. The place where I have eaten the best endamames and the best red wine with lemon foam. The entire menu, the employees and the boss José are charming.
Very good service, they deliver the food super fast. I go sometimes at work and with just enough time and they are super fast. The food as always perfect. They have many, if not most, gluten-free options and all the desserts are gluten-free. Highly recommended.
Cozy place, excellent service and a lot of variety, both sweet and savory. There is a gluten-free option for the toasts, in my case a great success, one of the tastiest I have ever tried!!! I definitely recommend.
3 times I have come with my partner to TRY to have a snack and all 3 times they have given us cheap excuses in relation to buckwheat since my partner has celiac disease. First that they don't have any, then that they have run out and then that the iron on which they do it has just been damaged. All for not cleaning an extra iron. Bunch of lazy people.
I'm very disappointed and upset that a bakery like this, with so many franchises, doesn't have a simple gluten-free bread for toast.
I can't believe that, at this point, and I feel like thousands of us who can't eat gluten, a place like this doesn't have a single gluten-free option for breakfast.
How sad!
Too bad, Manacor. You could update your menu and feed ALL of us.
