Terrific experience! The atmosphere is very nice. Beautiful water view, soft lighting, simple yet elegant decor and beautiful piano create the perfect ambiance. Service was fantastic! Our server was personable and extremely efficient. She knew the menu well and was easily able to assist us in ordering gluten free meals for our 3 Celiac kiddos. The food was superb!! They have so many gluten free options and everything we ordered was prepared to perfection. We are new to the area and was looking for a nice meal to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Bridgewater Bistro didn’t disappoint! The desserts are great as well. They even still give a dessert for birthdays! They also have several gluten free desserts as well, my kids were very excited for that. Overall it was a great experience and we will most definitely be returning!

It's been over ten years since I last ate gluten (on purpose anyway). Since then I have learned to bake but also make it my mission to find and try gluten free bakeries wherever I travel so when I say Blue Moon Bakery is the best freaking gluten-free bakery I have ever tried (well, except there was one that no longer exists in London that might edge it out slightly) please know I am 100% serious. I do not know what on earth Melissa and her crew are doing in that kitchen but it's like magic. Everything I have ordered has been mindblowing delicious...and not just delicious for gluten free. It's just plain good full stop. I refer to their scones as my emotional support scones and always try and keep some in my freezer for hard days. It's honestly hard to stand out as a GF bakery in the Portland metro area (and McMinnville iykyk) as we have so many good ones to choose from compared to other places, but Blue Moon Bakery stands out from the crowd in my opinion.

The Huavos Racheros were so good with that polenta center, two types of beans, and avocado on top. Gluten free and delicious. I was halfway through it when I realized I forgot to take a photo for you. Order it anyway

The gluten-free, vegan doughnut are the best I’ve had! Dedicated fryer, dedicated topping and dipping station. Also, hot chocolate was perfect. Not nearly as expensive as other gluten-free bakeries.

I am beyond Happy to find a place that has so many gluten free options! My celiac heart was actually overwhelmed at a restaurant for once!! I absolutely loved the fact I could have garlic g.f. Tempura battered fries, a burger and it taste absolutely amazing, ranch to die for, and it g.f. tempura onion rings oh my!! And we took a gluten free Black Forest cake home!! Definitely happy to see all those yummy baked goods were gluten free too. Highly recommend, loved the atmosphere, and the live music while I ate. Wasn’t too much at all, and I get over stimulated horribly. Will be back soon!!!
