My observation during last two times that I’ve been here is that management doesn’t care about cleanness of this place, tables are sticky, leftovers of food are everywhere, toilet is awful! First time I really liked the gluten free crust and vegan cheese unfortunately 2nd time my order was mistakenly made with normal crust that gave me stomachache. I won’t go to this branch again.

We were greeted very friendly by Fianna and seated at a nice, large table. There were only three of us but there could easily have been 6 people at the table. I ordered Earl Gray tea and the other two cappuccinos. The drinks came to the table nice and hot. In addition, a carafe of water and three glasses were provided. I ordered salmon eggs benedict and the other two eggs benedict with steak and eggs benedict with ham. I was able to order my bread as well as the additional French toast gluten free. Delicious maple syrup was served with the French toast.
Everything was delicious.
Afterwards we ordered the same drinks again. We had a lot to talk about and sat in the restaurant for a long time. We were very pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the lovely atmosphere and the very good quality of the food. We'll definitely be back soon.

Ordered a "vegan fried rice" for delivery and it had egg. I called to speak with the store and they explained that you can get "vegan rice with egg or without egg" and that it needs to be specified as it automatically comes with egg. Despite numerous attempts to explain what vegan means, they could not comprehend it. So essentially putting customers at risk who have dietary restrictions and allergies. This is the second time they did not understand a dietary restriction request, but this time was much more serious. I had to end the call because the manager could not understand the severity of the issue. This was a serious mistake and involved a lack of understanding/awareness of what allergies are from the people running a restaurant. There should be a basic understanding of allergies and dietary restrictions if you work in a restaurant, especially one that claims to accommodate dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten, halal, etc).
Please be extra mindful and cautious about going here if you have allergies.

I have been to this location three times now on Queen and Yonge and twice in the Yorkdale location. I like the downtown location better for the vibe and portion of the salad. The only reason why I'm giving a three-star is because I'm on a carnivore diet only eating a meat diet you need to ask the guys behind the counter to not give you the chicken skewers that are soaked in potato starch which gave me unbelievable heartburn after been doing carnivore 3 months so I have detox my body out of all gluten and sugars and that was murder that night the beef skewers was on point came right off the barbecue on my plate other than that everything was okay
