ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD. My mom has a lot of health restrictions and this was the perfect place. It provides a ton of vegan food with gluten free options as well and they are absolutely delicious. It's like a quiet little Starbucks with delicious food. The location is amazing too very close to the Wynwood Walls museum which is also amazing. The service was fast and we had an amazing time here. We ordered door dash from them again the next day🤣. Our highlights were the sushi pizza, crispy tofu rolls, and the kale salad. All are completely vegan with gluten free options. The avocado is so fresh and so good and the plating and food quality makes it seem like a Michelin star restaurant.

I’m deeply concerned about my experience at this restaurant. I chose it specifically because it was advertised as “dedicated gluten-free,” but I also have other food allergies. When I asked about ingredients, the staff presented a booklet detailing the components of each dish. However, when I requested to review it, I was told that they had signed NDAs preventing them from sharing this information with customers. This lack of transparency is alarming, especially for those of us with serious allergies who need to verify ingredients for our safety. If they refuse to disclose ingredients in person, I have to wonder if they provide any clear information online either. Ultimately, I didn’t feel safe eating here. Instead of accommodating my need for basic ingredient information, they treated my request as if I was trying to steal their recipes—when all I wanted was a safe meal. Since it was late in the evening and I couldn’t find an alternative, I ended up going without dinner. Living with food allergies is already difficult, and experiences like this make it even harder.

I highly recommend Manta! Everything on the menu is outstanding. Amparo was our waitress this evening, and she went above and beyond to ensure my food was gluten-free, as I have a wheat allergy. My friend, who has a shellfish allergy, was also well taken care of. The food, atmosphere, and service was exceptional!

The previous reviews were spot on — the gluten-free crust was incredible. I don’t know how they do it, but I know I need more. Our server was very kind and made me feel comfortable while ordering. We tried the Four Cheese pizza (with added pepperoni) and the Bufala pizza. At the end of the meal, we were offered a limoncello digestive, which was a wonderful touch. I truly loved the entire experience and will definitely be coming back for more!
