+ Great quality burgers
+ Friendly staff (& spoke English)
+ Most burgers can be made gluten-free
- If you want a specific table, make a reservation
- I don't recommend the smash burger
Great burger joint that had a seperate gluten free menu! My coeliac partner reacts to even very small traces of gluten so to not have any symptoms at all just shows how great this place is with their cross contamination. My partner really enjoyed their burger, chips and milkshake. I would recommend booking in advance as it does get very busy!
A McDonald's that is second to none. We really enjoy going to this branch every time. Super friendly and helpful service. Fast processing of the order. Clean and tidy environment. The employees are on point. The best thing - the gluten-free selection for our daughter. Keep it up .TOP
Absolutely clean restrooms, although they do cost a bit.
The food feels much better than in Germany.
Most of the burgers are also gluten-free. 😀 And freshly prepared. Absolutely top-notch, even though it was pretty busy.
Came twice within 4 days, being located in the center of Lienz it is located in a strategic point. Pretty good food, although the second time, we only discovered when we received the sandwiches ordered, that the bacon was out of stock. Gluten free sandwich 10 times better than what they give in Italy. The place is currently temporary, a kind of complex of PVC/wooden structures but clean and welcoming in any case.
Not very busy at lunch.
A unique concept that works wonderfully. Not only does the food in the Burriteria taste fantastic and fresh, the employees are also courteous, humorous and friendly. In the 5 years since I've been visiting the Burriteria, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes, which proves that it works without a reservation. Ordering via tablet is intuitive and uncomplicated, and if things don't work out, there's always someone there to help. The Burriteria is modern, familiar and colorful. You just feel good and are happy to come back at any time. How can you do otherwise, with the delicious food... another huge plus point is that everyone gets their money's worth: omnivores, flexitarians, pescatarians, vegetarians, vegans... Lactose or gluten-free is no problem either. Big recommendation from me!
As a coeliac, I really struggle to find good food, but Martin and Balint were incredible, they made me feel welcome, talked me through all the gluten free options, and I had a wonderful meal with perfect service. They are a true credit to the business!
Very good McDonald's branch. Many burgers are also gluten-free --- great!!!!
Good service and everything was very clean and well maintained... Unfortunately, here in Germany it's often not that great. We'll come back on our next vacation.
I wanted to order a gluten-free cheeseburger for my friend who can't speak english, but I couldn't even say anything because one of the cashiers, staff or whatever didn't even want to listen to me and told me to order on the machine. YOU CAN'T ORDER A GLUTEN-FREE BURGER ON THE MACHINE. the guy who I was trying to talk to thought I can't speak english BUT I CLEARLY CAN??? like I was literally talking to him and understanding everything?? he pmo. but I don't think he heard me because of the noise of people yapping so loud. and he was talking to me like I was slow, I AIN'T SLOW, OK? like, dude learn to treat customers with respect and listen to them first, before you speak not understandable English. one star review.
As we have celiac disease, we really appreciated that McDonald's in Austria has great gluten free options. Much better compared to the Czech ones. I appreciated the coffee. But it's worse and more expensive in McCafe... It's a clean branch without long queues...
Many vegan options but unfortunately no gluten-free buns. However, if you are gluten-free, you can have a burger as a salad. Also the vegan nuggets and vegan schnitzel are both gluten-free. Great costumer service, English menus available and nice atmosphere 😊
Unfortunately, I had stomach problems after the gluten-free burger. The work was probably not done properly. If you have celiac disease, I wouldn't recommend eating there.
Bit rubbish having to buy ketchup! BUT being from the UK it was great to see a Gluten free bun option in here despite it being 1 euro extra! Well done guys 👍
