My son must be gluten free due to a medical diagnosis. We tried Rapid Fired pizza and when we asked for GF, they immediately asked if it was for an allergy. They changed gloves multiple times, used separate utensils and went above and beyond to make sure our order was GF. The staff was all very well trained and are very knowledgeable about how to keep diners like my son safe. We are thrilled to have a new quick spot to get food as a family. Great job, great GF pizza, and great service. 10/10.
The lady at the front desk was so welcoming! While I was waiting on my husband in the bathroom she went out of her way to talk to me and complimented my shirt. She answered all of my questions about gluten free options, if she didn’t know the answer she asked other employees. This is so important to us because gluten isn’t our friend. If you know you know 😂. This young lady deserves a raise! 8:15am 06/27/25

EXCELLENT CREW on 04/13 nightshift!
I have a gluten sensitivity and they went above and beyond to take care of my health. Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Much 💖 and 🫂!
This is my first drive thru restaurant to get 3 stars the inside dining room is nice and there is a very small play area for the children and the food is very small if your hungry eat before you come it is a bit pricey the chicken is frying in peanut oil so if your allergies to peanut there is grilled pieces of chicken and the waffle fries are not cooked in the same oil as the chicken so good and i did see gluten free so thats good for. But 3.59 for a 1/2 cup of mac cheese i guess is good but was not in mood to try. And the staff is busy the drive thru dinning room and door dash was very busy at 7:45 on a friday and our next visit will be breakfast
Just as good as any other chick fil a I’ve been too, except it is super busy with a line that wraps around it twice sometimes. They have run out of gluten-free buns (which is why we get chick fil a often) and made a couple of mistakes on our orders.
Steps that they take when making gluten free subs is 💯 to my family. We appreciate the care, time, concern with each step making our subs. Our support of your business will continue. Thank you

Unfortunately , I caught the tale end of a dinner rush and had to wait 15 minutes from the time of my order and I had a couple of caveats. My fries although good were a little undercooked. When I showed up there a special order for bunless burgers due to a gluten free allergy order, thus the long wait.
Honestly I did not have a bad time and my burger was really good , but I usually don't have to wait a long time for my order and that's when my family is with me. So today I would say 3.5 out of 5 overall as I know that 5 guys has and can do better.
Staff had no knowledge of gluten allergy and was annoyed I was asking for fresh lettuce. Most chipotles are awesome at changing gloves, spoons and getting fresh lettuce as soon as you saw you have an allergy. The were not nice about it and her no training about it. Also couldn't call to tell anyone about it. I asked for fresh lettuce ans she annoyinglt stuck her hands right in a different bot fresh lettuce and out it on my bowl. Not a happy customer. Gluten allergies are real and need to be taken seriously.
This particular Jersey Mikes is very busy, and they struggle to keep up (especially with our gluten-free orders), but the taste and quality is the same as any other Mikes sub. Definitely my favorite sandwich to-go!
Birria tacos are amazing. They are also very accommodating for someone that is gluten and dairy free, so that my girlfriend could enjoy their delicious food.
This is a great place to be with a group. Service was fast, and the staff were friendly and kind with the kids. The Chili is so good! They put so much cheese on top of it too. If you are gluten-free, you can ask the bowl of Chili without the pasta. The cheese fries were ok. I don't think we will order it next time.
Be prepared to try a new recipe of Chile, tough. It has different spices that make it special.
I'll be nice with the 2 stars as the waffle fries and tea were good. I have never seen a Chick-fil-A that dirty. The trash cans were pouring over onto the floor. We picked the cleanest dirty table to use. Ordered gluten-free bun (have to) and it was like eating a dry sponge. Went to counter for some mayo to wet it down and I was ignored by the staff. Had to get in line like I was ordering to get the mayo which seemed to piss the girl off. Throughout the entire visit I did not get one single "my pleasure". Guess Chick-fil-A is now like any other fast food restaurant when it comes to service and food being mediocre.
