The restaurant has a very central and yet relatively quiet location. There is a small outdoor area as well as a very nice, manageable but not too small indoor area. The menu includes a well-selected number of dishes. Many dishes are available vegan/vegetarian and can also be prepared gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza marinara and the spaghetti carbonara were very tasty! There are also ice cream and other desserts, which are also gluten-free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and responded to every request (e.g. allergens) in a very targeted manner. All around great! I'll be back :)
The pizza is not made in a seperate place and they don't take care of contamination. It's so sad because the pizza dough was sooo delicious. If they would take care of contamination it would be such an amazing place for celiac people. But wouldn't recommend if you're celiac. They don't really know what celiac is, they know about glutenfree but as I said they unfortunately don't consider contamination.
One of the best GF pizzas I’ve had. I was a little nervous because it looked so “real” but it was gluten free and delicious! Have eaten here multiple times without issue
I've been here a few times and they have really tasty GF pasta! They also have GF bread. And it's marked on the menu what's GF and what's not. Unfortunately they don't have pizza yet.
We had reserved a table on Friday evening. Although the restaurant was very busy, we were served immediately and the drinks were there within a very short time. The food was sensational, I can highly recommend the gluten-free pizzas!

Was able to eat gluten-free at the Cantinetta restaurant in Winterthur. I have celiac disease and contamination with gluten does cause problems for me. But everything was good here. The veal liver is wonderful. A little too little risotto, but I have a big appetite. Thank you chef and thank you service staff. Friendly and attentive.
Excellent service and understanding of my multiple intolerances coeliac dairy free as well as my coeliac status. Their pizzas and most pastas can be done gluten free too which is not obvious at first from the menu. Both meals we are were beautiful. We felt very safe.
My friend eats gluten-free and has many other intolerances, but the staff took very good care of her and she left full and happy. She ordered pasta contadina with gluten-free penne and it was a really good choice.
I had a amatriciana and it really fulfilled my pasta cravings for the day.
This is already a second time i went to Santa Lucia and I can deffo recommend this place
Just so you know there is no gluten-free pizza option - i guess, this is due to regular flour being everywhere on the pizza station and they can't gurantee gluten-freeness.
Ciao.
Great pizza and risotto and several gluten free options - with clear labeling on menu of gluten free items (all pasta dishes available with fussili Gluten Free), risottos, salads and antipasti. Pizzas are not available gluten free.
Top pizza, top service and a great ambience despite the unfavorable design of the shopping center.
The espresso is also highly recommended!
We had the Pizza Tropea (tuna and onions)
And a gluten-free pizza Biancaneve (see picture).
We'll definitely be back!
We had stroganoff in the group, which was about 500g fillet for 3 people... The stroganoff was very tasty and the waiter tried very hard. The beef carpaccio was also good... Actually, the evening was almost perfect until dessert... unfortunately there was nothing sugar or gluten-free so I took a few raspberries... there was also no unsweetened cream... and in my opinion they also didn't want to try to find a solution. There were about 7 edible raspberries on the plate for a whopping 9,- The entire evening was close to 400,- and they had to charge for 7 raspberries... sorry, but as delicious as the stroganoff was, we will Avoid this location in the future.
I accidentally ordered a gluten-free pizza and they correctly sent me a normal pizza for free. Thanks. Pizza has always been great. Would give 6 stars if possible
Here the guest eats very well and the offering is wide-ranging. It also has gluten-free pasta in its selection and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Gladly again and best regards
Peter
We were treated horribly. We ordered a gluten free pasta for my wife and normal pasta for me. They brought pasta with gluten for my wife and upon asking they confirmed that it was with gluten. So they took it back and left me eat my pasta alone.
And then when we complained about it that we came to eat together they took my pasta and got me another one after my wife’s gluten free pasta arrived.
Worst of all that the chef didn’t give a damn to show up for mistake
No discount.
Never going aging
Impeccable service by Rafael. His attentiveness to our table was wonderful. A gluten free diner felt completely taken care of. Warm smile and presence to our needs was great. Don’t miss this fabulous restaurant and ask for Rafael… you won’t be dissuaded!
We had such an amazing time yesterday. The place is such well decor, the interiors are very impressive.
The food was equally delicious and some great wines too. The staff was so friendly, took extra-care for our colleague who is gluten free.
Loved everything about this place.
Ordered a normal and a gluten free pizza from the place. The normal pizza was fine (Napoletana style) but the gluten free pizza was a frozen spongy dough topped with tomato. For some reason the delivery guy brought us 3 GF pizzas not one. Unfortunately we had to throw out all because they were inedible.
I visited this place yesterday evening. I have celiac disease and already mentioned that when doing the reservation in their tool. I also called the day of the reservation to confirm that they have gluten-free pasta and mentioned again that I have celiac disease. On the evening I mentioned it one more time and confirmed three times with the waiter that the pasta needs to be gluten-free. When they brought it out, they again confirmed it‘s gluten free but while eating it, I got super sick halfway through the food and got nauseous from just looking at it. The whole evening at home I had stomach cramps, extreme nausea and eventually had to throw up. I‘m pretty sure the pasta was NOT glutenfree, as the symptoms are the ones I get when I eat gluten. This is an absolute no-go and I won‘t return to this place.
Edit: it‘s been a week and I still feel sick everytime I eat something - which is a normal reaction, as my gut was heavily damaged by eating gluten. Please, please, please educate your employees properly.
