We really enjoyed Senza Gluten!! Our family enjoyed everything we tried. We ordered several things and shared it family style. So nice to be able to get full and know I wouldn’t have a chance is of cross contamination.
Risotteria Melotti is such a cute spot in NYC. All of the risottos are gluten-free, which was great for dining with my Celiac girlfriend.
Inside, it’s a small but intimate space. It feels almost like you’re dining in someone’s home because the kitchen is so close by.
For my meal, I had the calcio and pepe risotto. It was delicious and extremely filling. After that, I absolutely had to have the tiramisu for dessert. I love tiramisu and this was no different. With the large portions, I could’ve shared my dessert, but my girlfriend wanted the Nutella crepe, which was also delicious.
Overall, I highly recommend coming here.
Everything on the menu can be gluten free. We had 3 GF, 2 normal, and on GF/DF girl at our table and they brought out separate bread for each restriction. Huge portion too!
Third time we’ve been here and it never disappoints. The gluten free pizza is the best there is, great crust, bubbles and all. Not the typical cardboard GF crust. Delicious! And the GF focaccia app with prosciutto is amazing!
A great dining experience! A very warm welcome and a big thank you to the friendly French-speaking server who was kind and very professional, taking food allergies into account!
It's so nice to have such a wide gluten-free selection.
See you soon.
I didn't plan to eat here but am so glad I did. The service people were approachable in a tidy, orderly space. Senza Gluten by Jemiko -100% Gluten Free Restaurant combines affordability with vegetable-rich options. I trust Senza Gluten by Jemiko -100% Gluten Free Restaurant for their quality meals and worker attention. What a pleasant surprise this was!
Ten years ago, I wished for a 100 percent celiac-safe, 100 percent gluten free restaurant with incredible food, nearby. (I even wished for cloth napkins.)This gem opened up and my prayers were answered. It's the perfect place for anyone wanting consistently delicious food. Risotto, arancini, and don't get me started on the tiramisu... Italian feasts, warm, sexy ambience, kind staff. The chef is a culinary wizard. It's a trip to Italy, a block from the 9th precinct.
Had such an amazing meal here! The food, the ambience, the service were all phenomenal. It’s definitely not easy to get a reservation, but I recommend trying your best. My family went for lunch and I was unable to join them due to work. But they raved so much we went back the next reservation we could get.
The spicy rigatoni is popular for a reason, just wow. And one person at our table ordered the gluten free version which was just as good. We also ordered the chopped salad and Cesar salad which were both delicious. Additionally, I’m personally not a huge fan of carpaccio piemontese was amazing, which honestly surprised me. Will definitely return!
This place has that downtown Vibe , good music , large crowds and decent food, my Son is Gluten Free and they had a large selection of GF item and good salad we enjoyed our pizza and pasta dish like the squid Ink pasta and Kale salad.
We had booked an outdoor table but the weather did not cooperate. They saved us seats at the bar and we really loved watching all the food come out and the pizzas go in the oven. Our server, Gokce was lovely. She was able to list off everything that could be done gluten free and I appreciated her confidence. She was attentive even though we were seated at the bar. We got three different pasta dishes: the carbonara, the lamb pasta, and the wild boar pasta. All were delicious. The panna cotta dessert was amazing!! Definitely recommend

Absolutely hands down the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever tried (I’ve had celiac for over 15 years and had GF pizza in Italy). The crust was perfect and the sauce was amazing. Great family atmosphere and old school service.
The food was delicious, the service excellent and the atmosphere was very nice. One person in my party has a severe gluten allergy and they were even able to safely accommodate her. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I had high hopes after seeing the reviews and the gluten-free options.
The owner and staff were surprisingly hostile to our party as first timers, commenting directly to us (and others) throughout the meal about how absurd it was that we did not have cash on hand for payment. Very bizarre, and something I’ve never experienced before.
The gluten-free pizza tasted worse than a Domino’s pizza, and was twice the cost ($25). I can’t recommend much about this venue.
Came to Palma because of rave reviews of their GF pastas and GF food. Overall they had a great selection of Gf foods and also listed what was DF. Sensitive to allergies. Service was pretty basic but the atmosphere was lovely. Mixed reviews on the food (see below) but would definitely return and would recommend to anyone with gluten and dairy dietary restrictions.
Our appetizers were fantastic- had the fritto misto and the octopus- perfect for sharing for 4 people. There were plenty of GF main options, but only two pastas labeled GF (although the GF fettuccine can be made with any sauce). I was very underwhelmed by the GF fettuccine with mushrooms and truffles. The Gf pasta was cooked “al dente” but that made it a weird texture. Not all of the mushrooms were well cooked. My daughter had the parpadelle bolognese and the pasta was somewhat falling apart. My husband was happy with the ravioli although it was a small portion. Overall 4/5 on the food, some hits and misses but we generally had an enjoyable meal.
What a great place! 🫶🏻✨ 10/10 service, 10/10 gluten-free pizza, Argentinian owner. And everyone who works there treated us super well.
We arrived when the kitchen was almost closing, and they still served us.
The best of NY 💪🏻💫
My son and I are both vegetarian and we both have Celiac Disease. I highly recommend for anyone with Celiac Disease who is looking for variety of options.
Great experience and great food. My friend has celiac and they have GF options. The GF pasta was delicious and the server was very attentive to the need for GF.

Yuck. The worst pasta bolognese I ever tried and terrible gluten free rigatoni. I couldn’t eat it. The mixed greens salad was just okay. It’s a very noisy place and the female hostess working that evening had a bad attitude. She didn’t want to seat me at a two top table while eating alone. There were tables available. If you want excellent Italian food this is not where you go.
BEST gluten free pizza I have ever had! I have been GF for 13 years and travel the country (full-time) and by far this one has the best crust I have ever had! Other GF options! A must stop if in NYC!
Good overall, good gluten free pasta. But I find it to be a bit over-rated. Desserts are not that good. Flavor is always off. They’ve messed up my delivery orders multiple times with no attempt to make it right.

This has become our absolute go-to spot whenever we’re heading to Broadway for a show. Whether we’re seeing a matinee or catching an evening performance, this restaurant is perfectly located—just a short, easy walk to and from most of the major theaters. The convenience alone would make it worth a visit, but it’s the consistently great food and service that keep us coming back.
The menu is broad enough to please a variety of tastes, and we’ve never been disappointed. Whether you’re in the mood for a hearty meal or something on the lighter side, there’s always a solid selection. They offer gluten-free and vegetarian options, and there are even a few vegetable-forward and salad choices for those seeking vegan fare. It’s refreshing to find a place in the Theater District that doesn’t treat dietary restrictions like an afterthought.
Service is always prompt, professional, and genuinely friendly—even when they’re busy. It’s clear the staff are used to handling pre-show crowds, and they keep things moving efficiently without making you feel rushed.
There’s plenty of seating, and they’re able to accommodate groups of various sizes without much trouble. That said, if you’re with a larger party, I’d highly recommend making a reservation in advance. While the wait is typically reasonable, especially considering the area, bigger groups may wait a bit longer during peak hours.
As for the atmosphere, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a bustling, popular spot in Midtown Manhattan: energetic, lively, and often filled with a mix of tourists and locals discussing the shows they’ve just seen or are about to see. If you’re looking for a quiet, intimate dining experience, this probably isn’t the place—but if you’re in the mood to soak up the electric pre-show energy of the Broadway scene, it’s ideal.
All in all, this place strikes the perfect balance between location, quality, and value. It’s a reliable favorite that helps round out the Broadway experience in the best way possible. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Theater District.
