If you’re gluten-free and in Okinawa this spot is a MUST. I was searching for GF options and couldn't believe the entire menu here is gluten-free. As someone with both gluten and dairy allergies, dining out in Japan can be a challenge but this restaurant went above and beyond. Definitely make a reservation in advance. We tried to walk in on our first night, but they were fully booked. Thankfully, the staff was very kind and helped us secure a reservation for the following evening. It’s a prix fixe menu, and when I mentioned my dairy allergy, the owner was incredibly accommodating and customized the entire experience for me. That kind of care is rare in Japan and truly appreciated. The food was exceptional, Italian dishes made with care, with an excellent wine selection and I highly recommend the wine pairing. The flavors, presentation, and attention to detail made it one of the best meals I’ve had anywhere. Bonus: they sell their gluten-free bread to take home which was such a treat to have for the rest of my trip. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, run by a hardworking local couple who made us feel so welcome. You can tell they genuinely love what they do. This place is a standout for anyone but especially a dream for gluten-free travelers in Japan.

Can’t rate this place high enough! The owner is anaphylactic to gluten and her daughter has an anaphylactic allergy, she takes allergies seriously! But the food!! 1000/10, so damn yummy. I haven’t had gluten free food this yummy in over 2 years of living in Japan. 🍔🥰 I’m changing my holiday to be able to come here again 🤣 Also bought her homemade baked goods because her burger bun was so yum.

Bloom is hands down my favorite coffee shop in Okinawa. The coffee is amazing (brown sugar latte 😍), the food is delicious, the staff is so friendly and kind, and the vibe is relaxed and chill. They also have decaf espresso AND gluten free options which are hard to find on Oki! Thank you Bloom for being my coffee shop away from home 🫶🏼

We had an excellent time at niceness and I can best describe the experience as peaceful. The food is all organic, gluten-free and vegan and all grown on their family farm. The transfer of the ingredients from the earth to the plate is both meticulous and seamless and you can even watch the magic happen while you wait. The tea we had was perhaps the best tea we’ve ever had and the local honey used to sweeten it was good enough to buy from their small gift shop. A bonus was that a part of the proceeds go to increasing nectar plants on the island. Perhaps the highlight was the incorporation of nature into the restaurant and outdoor seating area which made for a wonderful ambiance that would alone be worth returning for. We loved the food, the service and the atmosphere and will definitely be back.

This is my favorite shop that I go to many times 💗 All of our crepes are vegan, and we have a variety of crepes, including ones packed with vegetables and sweet ones. I always use gluten free options 🌈 They also have seasonal crepes, etc., so no matter how many times you go, you won't get tired of it♪

We had delicious gluten free curry here. The owners were super nice and showed us how they grow the spices in their garden. We also met their tortoise. Parking was easy. The lot is just before the restaurant.

One of the few places that offers gluten-free food. You can take any sauce on the menu and add gluten free pasta. They are fast and you can do everything from the app, both order and pay.

Holiday lunch ♫ A shop that caught my attention every time I passed by✨ There are menus that will please your body and they all look delicious ♫ I had the popular menu ``Coconut Milk Curry'' recommended by the staff!! ️ Although the rice was small, it contained about 30 types of vegetables, so it was quite filling! ️ Each vegetable was carefully seasoned and was very delicious. In addition to vegan items, there were also many gluten-free cakes and baked goods, so next time I'll try cafeTime.

Went to eat here. The food was lovely, had a sweet and savoury crepe that I talked to the chef about and he altered to make gluten free for me and both were still delicious. Be warned however, it took an incredibly long time for the food to come, nearly 1 hour with only one other couple in the store on my arrival and only one other couple coming in after me. It wouldn't have bothered me usually except I had a flight to catch, I had to ask the chef how much longer because of this. If you have plenty of time, highly recommend.

Delicious gluten free tacos! Staff was knowledgeable about my gluten allergy, the fish tacos are batterer but the rest are GF. Loved the vibe in this place with lots of places to sit. Great frozen margaritas too!

This is my first time using the service and I would like some guidance and explanation about how to order and the menu. When ordering, I wasn't even asked to choose my taco dough, so I ended up using wheat flour. I came to the store because I was drawn to the gluten-free dough, so I felt a little disappointed.

A lovely little cafe, a little oasis of calm with delicious onigiri (rice balls) and gluten free cakes. There is also a selection of cordials, herb tea and coffee. We left refreshed and relaxed. Lovely service too.

We loved everything about this place, the owner is extremely nice and he also helped us out in choosing gluten free (my boyfriend has celiac disease) options. The fish is amazing, we cooked everything by ourselves with his suggestions. Highly recommended!

My sister and I are celiac. We thought we might be able to eat here by the menu. The server was concerned and talked to the chef / owner. It was a very busy lunchtime, but the owner came out to go over the items with us. Our server interpreted and, next thing you know, the chef created a special dish for us. That in itself is worth a top rating, but everything was also delicious and perfectly prepared. We appreciated the kindness and care that we were shown.

Delicious Bahn mi with a fresh baked baguette. That bread is to die for. My wife got the beef pho and it was also top notch. She is allergic to gluten and didn’t have any issues with the beef pho. Highly recommend, our new go to for quality food and service.

This is cozy restaurant with great food! They were helping in helping me choose items that were gluten free, and allowed me to bring in my own gluten free soy sauce. They even made dishes not on the menu for me. My favorite was the grilled yellowtail jowl with salt! Thank you!

First of all, you will be asked if you have any allergies, which is rarely asked in Japanese restaurants. Maybe it's because there are so many foreign tourists, but it's important. When I asked for wheat, they changed the cooking method to include wheat, and made the pasta gluten-free.They are very attentive. I'm very grateful that I was able to stumble upon such a high-quality restaurant by chance, as I couldn't tell about allergies just by looking at the website, and it's still not the norm in Japan. The prices are on par with those in Tokyo, the food is delicious, and the overall quality, including the service, is overwhelmingly good. I would definitely like to visit again when I come to Okinawa.

Amazing! I have to eat gluten free and dairy free so I asked for an hamburger without bun and cheese and they made for me a delicious burger wrapped in lettuce... it was super good! My husband took a normal hamburger and it was delicious as well... so... super recommended, specially for the kindness of the staff. Thank you guys!
