Cupcakes are beautiful, normal food texture and aren't super sweet (that gluten free foods often are to mask poor quality), yes the icing is very sweet but you can take some of it off if you're like me and don't want super sweet food. Thank you for providing this service to people with food intolerances to wheat, gluten and dairy! Everyone is so lovely here too.
