Dinner was very good. The very friendly waitress explained to us that they have gluten-free food and take the greatest possible care to avoid cross contamination. Highly recommended

Excellent restaurant, everything is fresh, tasty and well presented, with a lot of gluten-free options as a bonus. All this for a very reasonable price (the sharing portions are generous!) 🙂

I've been coming to this ice cream shop for years to have dessert after dinner at any restaurant, and I've never been disappointed. They have tons of flavors and gluten-free ice cream. 10/10

I am celiac. The treatment they had with me regarding the food and service was excellent. I have to highlight a waiter named Fernando. He served us very kindly and with a smile at all times.
Lovely place. The gambas PIL PIL was lovely as was the tortilla. Only thing is I didn't like the way they grilled the squid- I think it was a bit under for my liking. Staff were very attentive and I would return for sure. Great information about gluten free options too so thank you.
I have been eating here since 2016 and most of the menu is gluten free friendly. The burgers are just fantastic as you can choose between meat, chicken and veggie options. One friend said that the rib eye was the best he ever had in Spain. Highly recommend
Had a great meal at this Mexican restaurant! What immediately stood out: almost everything is gluten-free and there are plenty of options for those who eat lactose-free or vegan - without feeling like you're missing out. The flavors are authentic, the portions generous and the atmosphere is relaxed. It's nice to be able to eat somewhere that really takes into account different dietary requirements, without making a big deal about it. Recommended, even if you don't have any dietary restrictions!
I cannot recommend this place enough. Particularly if you have a mix of dietary requirements in your group. I am vegan and my partner is not, we find it really hard to find a restaurant we both enjoy because it’s typically either good for meat, or good for vegans. Rarely, do you find a restaurant that can cater well for both.
When we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown the menu. To my surprise, I was told that whatever is on the menu can be altered to make it vegan. The base of all dishes is vegan so they change the protein. This is very rare so I foolishly asked if there was a vegan that was in part responsible for the menu. I was surprised to find out there was not, the lovely owner (I’m assuming) has a wealth of knowledge about vegan food and has been developing the menu with this in mind. Again, this is very rare!
The meal was beautiful! Both me and my partner were pretty blown away with the quality and while they apologised for a delay, we didn’t notice one! They explained that they make the vegan sauces from scratch when they get an order, but honestly, I didn’t notice a delay at all. I would also rather wait for a freshly prepared dish anyway.
All flavours were beautifully balanced, well cooked and just delicious overall!
All of the staff were super friendly and we ended up staying for quite some time and leaving a little merry!
I recommend this place 100%, whether you are meat eating, vegan, or even gluten free. Thank you to everyone at Caravana who made our visit so delightful!
A beautiful Italian restaurant with everything you need. They offer gluten-free pasta and bread.
The bresaola rolled in truffle ricotta and Parmesan is an absolute must-try for starters!
The ambiance is wonderful next to the cathedral, and the Aperol has surface tension. ☺️🤌 simply amazing! Our server, Anna, was super sweet and accommodating.

The pabellon arepa was perfection!! I eat a lot of arepas because they’re gluten free and this was for sure the best I’ve had. Also excellent beef empanada. Passionfruit juice was fresh and delicious. Would go back again and again.
Visited this restaurant 10th June 2025 around 4.45pm and greeted by a friendly member of staff.
We needed a gluten free meal for our daughter and the staff member confirmed that they could provide gluten free pasta - which was fabulous.
Seated promptly and drinks and food order taken. Food arrived swiftly and it was delicious. Restaurant was busy and all staff members were helpful.
Would recommend without hesitation - fantastic restaurant with a lovely atmosphere and fabulous food - a gem located in the heart of Malaga.
On the vitrine it says that they have gluten free pancakes, bread, brioche. In reality they have only brownie. Don’t go there if you are looking for gluten free food.
AVOID AT ALL COST! I’m allergic to gluten and chose this place because the sign outside says “gluten free.” I confirmed with the woman taking my order three times that the granola was gluten free/sin gluten in Spanish, she said yes/si each time. After my boyfriend (not celiac) and I got our açaí bowls with the same granola, I went back to double-check. She said yes again, but at that moment the manager making the bowls overheard and said no, it’s not! She said sorry, and then they both started laughing!
I could’ve gotten seriously sick. Don’t advertise “gluten free” if you’re not careful, it’s not a joke!
Also, the reviews are misleading. There are better tasting açaí bowls, this is below average. Spend your money elsewhere.
Everything was wonderful. We had lunch one day and dinner another with five people. The octopus leg was INCREDIBLE, and the mixed platter was delicious. Susana, the waitress, is super friendly and professional. She recommended gluten-free food, and it was perfect.

Excellent food! Hot and fast! Made me mushrooms with garlic and olive oil as I’m vegan and gluten free. Patatas bravas was soooo good! Hubby enjoyed his meal as well. Amazing service from Andrea! Mucho gusto! Gracias!

We went to dinner without a reservation and they accepted us since there was space available.
They offered us to choose between the terrace and inside the premises, we chose inside the premises.
My surprise was when there was only one table occupied, they put us at a shabby table in front of a warehouse door where the waiters came and went, having to push me aside.
I don't understand, the rest were free and they were not reserved, since we arrived around 10:00 p.m. and left at approximately 11:30 p.m. Without them taking care of it.
However, a couple arrived and sat them where they chose.
As for the food, we asked for a waiter's recommendation and were surprised by the Wagyu tartare that was off the menu.
And for the second, a Simmental steak, which we could not confirm the weight of. I think it's something they have to improve.
I have celiac disease and they didn't want to adapt the French fries garnish (it's very easy to make them in a frying pan) so we ordered roast potatoes, which arrived cold.
I have to highlight that there was a very attentive waiter, who brought me gluten-free bread, which, by the way, was very good and freshly heated.
And finally, it should be noted that the arrival appetizer with oil was delicious.
There were some technical problems during dinner, the power kept going out.
When it came time to pay, we couldn't pay by card, we had to go get cash.
I would have to think about whether to return...
Several times when we have specified that what was ordered was gluten-free, they take a while to serve with the rest of the order, even things that were not what was ordered. It has not been punctual, since it is several weeks away.

Magnificent ice creams, René took care of us and explained everything very well since my wife was gluten intolerant and in some ice cream parlors they explain it well and with this attention!! we will come back
100% recommended. My partner and I were eating last Saturday. First of all, we highlight the wonderful treatment of the staff, very attentive at all times, especially our waiter Kiki Suárez who recommended the Dulce de la Axarquía dish, which was the best choice. His close treatment made us feel very comfortable.
In my case I cannot take gluten and he was very attentive at all times.
A very cozy place, with good views and excellent treatment.
We will repeat without a doubt.
Very nice place, with the possibility of eating both on the street and inside.
Very kind dining room staff, the girls are very courteous and always smiling.
As a group of friends, with a gluten intolerant girl, we ate very well...
Fantastic potato tortillas, very good jamon, very soft baked ham and tasty tuna tataki.
Paella de mar FABULOUS!
tender, tasty carrollada.
Delicious Catalan cream, all accompanied by an excellent sangria bar!
Highly recommended

A discovery, many gluten-free options (tapas), very good advice from the staff and special flavors of the dishes. Very good and fast service. We recommend the Gyozas (gluten-free).
Lovely resturant in Malaga old town. Good staff delicious food. I am coeliac and the choices were well marked and advice given. Husband had oxtail and duck tapas and was dighted. I had the octopus. Really good value and would return
Highly recommended, the kids who work there are very friendly and attentive. Personally, I have celiac disease and they adapted the dishes with care and had gluten-free bread.
We felt very comfortable, we went twice and the food was delicious!
WE WILL BE BACK 🇺🇾🇪🇸
The sign says Pasta Pizza & Burger Gluten Free, and it turns out that the only thing they have that is gluten-free is the pasta. They should correct that because people may feel cheated.
