We ordered the GLUTEN-FREE spaghetti bolognese and after half an hour they told us that there is none, their alternative proposal: spaghetti with tomato, just like that, the saddest dish you have ever seen, zero desire to do things with a little grace, but the surprise comes when on the bill they want to charge us for the spaghetti bolognese!! And the manager tells us that the dish they served us does not exist on the menu and they have no way to charge it.... Instead of charging it at 15 they put it at 13, very cheeky
The staff is very friendly and the place is nice, with a good atmosphere, even though there were people it wasn't very noisy.
I have to highlight the potatoes, which were very good.
The hamburgers did not convince me, something that caught my attention is that the potatoes that had been brought to us a while ago were hotter than the hamburgers. And I like the food to be hot, not burning, which is reasonable, but they were completely warm. In their favor, they are very big and carry a lot of things, it is a good portion.
They also have gluten-free bread and their sauces are also gluten-free, making it a very good option if you have celiac or intolerant people.
I came because they told me there were options for celiacs.
Unfortunately, the waiter who served me did not know that it was an allergen or that they had an allergen menu at my disposal.
The other girl didn't understand anything about it either, nor did she know how to answer any of my questions, so I finally had to have a Coke and leave.
It's a shame that people who work in the hospitality industry do not know the minimum or at least have the necessary information to be able to serve customers.
A great discovery and a good option for celiacs. They adapted the dishes very well and also have gluten-free craft beer. Without a doubt we will repeat. After dinner a little drink.
Ive been around some countries and yet that is the ONLY BURGER THAT DOESN'T FALL APART! 🥳🥳🥳 Honeatly, it was ao tasty, also they offer a gluten feee option!
The cook seemed very happy and heartwarming as well, maybe thats why he cooks so delicious! Well done!!!!
The GLUTEN FREE pizza is NOT WORTHABLE at all, one of the worst I have ever tried.
The children's menu is quite good for the price but there are only 4 mini pieces of ham that the pizza has.
We were one of the first to enter and almost the last to have our food brought to us.
It is better to go to another pizzeria because it is very nice but leaves something to be desired.
Also with the children they go and put quite broken dishes that could have been damaged but I warned the child to be careful because he could cut himself on it.
The manager there, I have to say, is super nice and understandable, you have a very good manager, the integration of the company with the employees is super. I didn't remember her name but it's really good, it's a shame that the food isn't up to par.
And the rest of the staff is really very sad.
Being almost the first to be there for dinner, which was at 8:00 p.m., we received the food at 9:00 p.m., it did take the children 20 minutes but it took me and my partner an hour later and because I had complained. In short, we have had the experience and we will not return, it is clear.
