Delicious gluten free pasta. No matter which pasta dish you order if you want gluten free, it will be gnocchi. But delicious nonetheless. Service was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Beautiful restaurant and a reprise from the heat.
Amazing service and very good food. Have gluten free options, but with only two versions of pastas, no pizzas. But with pasta they serve gluten free bread, by far the best one I ever ate, out of this world! Pricey, but as every other in Positano. Little lack on privacy as tables are almost merged with each other. But great experience all together.
Excellent dining experience! Fresh food, quality service, and nice location. Waitress asked for allergens too, which was nice because I am gluten free and lactose free.
After a long walk along the path of the gods we got to this restaurant. In the street we heard loud music and chatting from the cooking class that was in action. Once we got in and got a table we were served with a day menu. It was fantastic, great food but oh so much. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and easily spent two hours enjoying the food and the view.
Would certainly recommend to eat here. Gluten free options from the appetizers to the desert.
I was told to skip this spot because it’s touristy, but I don’t really have a problem with touristy locations as long as the food tastes good and I don’t feel like I’m being ripped off. I can say both about this restaurant. I felt the food was appropriately priced, especially for Positano and I found the portions to be both tasty and plentiful. We ordered a gluten free seafood pasta, chicken leg, and shrimp. All of the staff are very friendly and elevated the dining experience even further. The cherry on top was a local cat, who the staff informed me was named Santa Maria, frequents the restaurant to hang out.
Last night I had dinner in this wonderful restaurant on the open terrace. For me, who has celiac disease, there was everything, even freshly baked bread. For all courses there is a gluten-free option, including desserts, and I guarantee maximum attention on the part of the young chefs who carry out this work with such passion that can be perceived from the open kitchen.
The service was impeccable: the courses were accompanied by a brief presentation of the dish and its cooking.
I will definitely be back!
Amazing food, service and atmosphere. On Sunday they offer a brunch service for 60£ each and we were able to grab a table at opening without a reservation. There was live music playing and they offered my partner gluten free pasta freshly cooked as she has coeliacs.
Food and service was amazing. Sabrina was an excellent server for us, providing us with recommendations and personal touches, including excellent support when selecting gluten free dishes. Highly recommend the meatballs, gnocchi, and the Panna cotta desert - beautiful!
Casa Mele was a lovely experience. The food was delicious! Everything was plated artistically and artfully crafted flavoring. You are able to view the chefs full kitchen which adds to the experience. We ordered the fillet & lamb. Both were excellent and unique flavoring.
Be prepared for smaller portions as it’s built for tasting.
They bring out amuse-bouche items from the chef pre meal and post-meal.
They offered gluten free options, clear labeling on all allergens and are very accommodating. I let them know about my allergy and they brought out GF bread and adjustments for the meal and alerted me to the differences.
Spiny lobster special, sea bass and gnocchi were all excellent. Buffalo caprese was superior and the red wine bottle recommendations from the luigi were amazing! I never post reviews, Rada is a great spot in an amazing place worth your time. This is my first time to Positano and when I come back, this will be a repeat for sure. Small side note, their gluten free bread and pasta were also excellent and wonderful for my wife who doesn’t eat gluten.
