Customer for years now and hands down the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten!! The desserts are also special and the staff is super friendly and welcoming, it feels like being at home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
We were there for lunch on a weekday, basically a 'luxury' company canteen, i.e. everything well organized and good food, self-service and very cheap prices. We went there because it also offers the possibility of eating gluten-free.
We ate both normal and gluten-free pizza, all excellent! We will definitely return. Much attention is paid to those with gluten intolerance problems, with a dedicated menu and variety.
Excellent, we were served with kindness and professionalism. Wide choice of gluten-free food, and everything, everything really excellent. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately I can't separate the reviews.
As for the restaurant, very good! Fresh products and fast service, the menu is almost all gluten-free, which is why we decided to stay here on our motorcycle trip.
The inn or hotel, unfortunately, is a bit dated and the breakfast is a bit sparse even for those who don't have intolerances to bagged biscuits, croissants and yogurt. For gluten-free I didn't find any options even though I was told it was available, in any case, being in a hurry to leave we didn't even ask so it's possible that it will be given on request.
My favorite place in the middle of the Emilian hills. Quality dishes and sublime pizzeria.
Excellent for celiacs, it offers gluten-free pizza, desserts and first courses.
All homemade made in Italy.
We were hoping to eat a good gluten-free pizza, but we were disappointed. The ingredients are good and of quality, unfortunately the base is terrible. So hard that it is difficult to cut with a knife. I am surprised that no one complained before. I hope that the management intervenes. Otherwise it is better to remove the option from the menu, at least the place does not lose its image.
Excellent pizza stuffed with quality ingredients, quick service, there were 21 of us and all the diners were happy, including the celiacs who appreciated the gluten-free pizza. I would say the price is very honest. I recommend 100%.
One of the best food experience of my entire life ❤️❤️❤️ as Hygienist and vegan my standards are really high but the quality, research and preparation of the food here it's absolutely top notch 🪄 all without gluten, butter and even no sugar in the desserts and they are out of this world. All framed in a beautiful relaxing environment, it made my day. Such a beautiful pearl and surprise in the capital city of ham and meat 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I always happily return to Humus because it is one of the very few restaurants/bistros in Parma where I can find excellent gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options. They deserve much more visibility!
Very sad that I can no longer eat a pizza due to an allergy, tonight I tried your gluten-free one, very good, even if I had no doubts, anything from you is excellent and finally I can get rid of the desire for pizza again I can't see the It's time to try your gluten-free one too
Thanks to all of you as always very kind and professional staff
Large venue, impeccable service and excellent dishes. There are also gluten-free options.
The visit to the dairy (with subsequent tasting) was also very interesting. Super recommended!
Amazing place, one of my favorite restaurants. The food is linked to tradition but also refined with excellent quality products. The entire environment and the table are treated in detail. Yet it is not a snobbish place. You feel at home but spoiled, chic and familiar at the same time.
The staff is very professional and for celiacs there is a lot of really tasty gluten-free choice. One of the few places I can't find a flaw in.
Beautiful trattoria with beautiful panoramic view.
Good service.
The cured meat is good.
Long wine list.
Menu for celiacs.
I reserve the right to return to taste other dishes in order to give the 5 stars.
Prices slightly higher than average, but justified.

Excellent restaurant just outside the center of Parma. Very good food and very kind service. Perfect place for GLUTEN FREE and very helpful about it.
On this occasion they also offered us a sparkling wine with welcome salami and a small dessert with peanut chocolate and candied oranges with chocolate, all gluten-free.
The only small flaw (obviously subjective in this case), the environment is a bit cold, everything is very much in the shade of grey.
TAKE AWAY: GLUTEN-FREE AND LACTOSE-FREE
Wide choice of gluten-free and also lactose-free.
Fridge products such as tiramisu, single portion cheesecakes, frozen margherita pizzas, fresh pasta and products from outside the fridge such as chocolate tarts and biscuits, excellent for breakfast.

The pizza is excellent, it becomes nice and crunchy in the oven and if you make it as you want it has nothing to send to the other pizzas as often happens in company..
The two single portions of cheesecake and tiramisu were excellent
I'll come back
Small but very welcoming inn. The young owners make you feel at home. There is no point in commenting on the cured meats and cheeses which are amazing. Note of merit for the attention to intolerances (two gluten-free first courses). If you are in the area, don't miss this experience, but make a reservation. Highly recommended!
Amazing dinner with homemade pasta - even glutenfree! We followed a recommendation and visited la Greppia for dinner. It was great! The homemade pasta tastes amazing and I could have glutenfree gnocchi. They really just melt in your mouth and the sauce is to die for! The ambiente in their outside patio is really nice and the service is always attentive and super polite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!
