They offer a separate GF menu if you ask. Make sure you order from it and verify that it is GF upon delivery. The dishes look almost identical except they cannot use the pre-marinated meat for the dishes. They have to use fresh ground meat for the GF meals. Some staff unseasoned, others do not. Just always verify when you receive your meal!

I stopped in early on a Sunday morning, and was immediately greeted by my friendly server! She was very considerate with where she seated me, and answered all my questions regarding allergies. I appreciate that they substitute gluten free bread for the toast at no extra charge. The coconut chia bowl with fruit, and the hash browns with bacon and eggs were both super delicious!!

I had just purchased a frozen pizza from the grocery store next door because I had a craving. As I was leaving I decided to look up this restaurant online and see if they have gluten free pizza. They did so I decided to give it a try based on the reviews. I’m so glad I did. I ordered the cauliflower crust pizza and it is so fresh and so yummy. I’ve found my new pizza place!

I get my regular of gluten free chicken fried rice usually twice a week from Red Bowl. They have very friendly staff, the prices are very affordable and best of all, the food tastes great. Their shrimp sauce is the best I've ever had! Thanks John and team for being awesome.
