I haven't had truly good fish tacos in so long! Being Celiac and other allergies, it's hard for me to feel safe eating out. They make sure anything gluten free is cooked completely separate, and the cook brought it to me with labels! I loved it! They made sure to make it gluten free, dairy free, and egg free and no cross contamination.
Jackie was a great server, she was very attentive and had great knowledge about the gluten free options they offered. Everyone was hands on, and made us feel welcomed. Great place, definitely recommend the butternut squash enchiladas!
My family is gluten free and finding a really great restaurant is not easy when we are on the road. We timed our trip to do Lunch here weren’t disappointed.
Phenomenal! From the moment we walked in, I knew had made the best choice on the square. The vibe was warm and friendly. The updated historic building with antique ceiling and beams, and live edge wood tables as well as the menu showed an attention to detail and a careful melding of classic and modern flavors.
The barbacoa tacos were out of this world! Loaded with meat and just the right amount toppings and crazy tasty sauce. I chose the gluten free corn tortillas and they were double layered, thick and freshly grilled.
And just 5 bucks each!!
We will be back!
great for allergies! I have a gluten, dairy, soy, and corn allergy & they were very accommodating for my allergies. food was amazing! got a bowl with the pesto/cilantro rice, chicken, tomato’s, black beans, and lettuce. was a great meal and very filling.
I was able to order my tacos gluten free with corn tortillas. Unfortunately, the corn tortillas are smaller than the flour tortillas, so I paid $15.50 for two tacos that were about three bites each. Combined with service hiccups, it was a disappointment. Cool atmosphere, though.
We LOVE taco and tamale. It’s one of the few restaurants we can eat at that has a gluten and diary free option (the tamales). I’m leaving a 3 star review because they recently added diary or gluten to their ice box pie which was the only desert we could get. My 6 year old is super sad she doesn’t have a special restaurant to get desert anymore! Otherwise it’s great. Just bring back the gluten diary free ice box pie please!
The service was really great!!! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the worker helped us out with the menu options. They were polite and pleasant to chat with. They did offer vegetarian and gluten free options. The food was fast and fresh. Everything was delish! When the second shift came in they also were very helpful after the other worker left, and our experience ended great! Would come visit again! Photos are of the Vasquez, El Marro, Dip Trio and sides of rice and beans! *Chef's kiss" 😘🤌🏽
Wow! This place is incredible. The staff is so sweet and kind to children especially. If you ask about their charity service of a meal for a meal they will explain it to you with joy. Management is just as kind. It's so refreshing to see them in the dining room!
The food is top notch with delicious vegetarian options and you can get your tacos on a corn tortilla if you need a gluten free option!
Nice, clean store with great customer service. We have to eat gluten-free and Chipotle has a protocol for that. The staff at this store happily switched spoons out, washed their hands, and put on new gloves. They didn't make us feel small or like we were a bother. They just served us quickly and with a smile. The food was great!
The first problem was that the food we received didn't meet our expectations based on the menu description. My friend and i both ordered chicken enchiladas in tomatillo sauce with sour cream. The whole plate was smothered in sour cream, no sign or taste of the tomatillo. It was very bland. My friend told the waiter she couldn't handle so much sour cream and asked if she could get a different sauce put on it. He plopped a bottle of tabasco down on the table. So she pulled the chicken out of the enchilada. It came out as a whole piece and was breaded! The menu said nothing about that or i would never have ordered it!
I thought it was weird that a whole piece of chicken was inside the tortilla but hadn't noticed the breading. I can't eat breading! I asked the waiter. He didn't know and made no move to find out. I asked again if he could go in the kitchen and find out. He went reluctantly and came back to say "yeah, it is only slightly breaded". I repeated that i cant have breading, even a small amount. But by now 2/3 of my plate was gone...he simply said "sorry about that."
We told the manager as well that the waiter wasnt helpful and that the menu needs to be clearer. People with celiacs need to know. She apologized but offered nothing, not even to comp the queso.
This place was such a surprise! A wonderful atmosphere, the staff was fun, friendly, and just made the place come alive. But this is a restaurant so how is is the food? AMAZING! so much flavor, so fresh, has a great twists on some things like smokey cheese or even Vegan cheese( which is quite good). The portions were great, and I had a party of seven, food came out quick and together, fresh and hot
They have lots of Gluten free and vegetarian options. if I lived in Little Rock I would be here a lot... unfortunately we were just traveling through but I will add this to my maps and I will take a detour just to come eat another taco. Going to camp never felt so good
I love this restaurant, it's hard to find places that actually have a healthy menu. My wife has gluten allergies and they several options for her to be able to eat without worrying about becoming sick.
Delicious & great for gluten free menu online. They were fast! Queso came out before the food. The drink Machine options were fun and I got multiple different combos. Food was gourmet in my opinion. Hatch green chile tacos and dip were awesome. Great steak and great carnitas. My whole family loved their meals and we can be picky!

I was staying in Little Rock for the night and came here on a Friday night for dinner and drinks.
I waited about 10-15 mins for a single seat at the bar. So keep that in mind. If you’re coming with a group on the weekend plan to wait! (Or make a resy if they accept them?)
The food was so good. I started with the chips & queso. I’m from Texas so I like to think I know good chips & queso when I see it, and let me tell you, this was good stuff. I then had a taco plate with the zucchini taco, grilled chicken taco, and carnitas taco. I got the cilantro lime rice and the pickled veggies as my sides. The cilantro lime rice was the best I’ve ever had an absolute must here. The pickled veggies were decent.
To drink I had their Paloma. I asked the bar tender to make it spicy and she did great. The second time around I asked for a little bit more soda to make it slightly more bubbly and it was the second best spicy Paloma I’ve ever had. So good!
I have a gluten and shellfish allergy so I appreciate that their menu had food allergens clearly marked. All items that I ordered were marked gluten free, or than the grilled chicken taco. We were able to modify that to be made with a corn tortilla instead of a flour tortilla.
The bar seating was very comfortable with padded high-back bar stools. But I will say that looking around the rest of the restaurant, their standard seating was cheap looking plastic chairs that looked like they wouldn’t be the most comfy.
If I ever find myself in Little Rock again, I will definitely be back. The environment was great and the food was phenomenal.
I took a group of almost 30 on a Friday for lunch. We are group of adults with all ranges of developmental disabilities. Each of my clients ordered independently and separately, and suffice to say, it takes us a while to do that. They staff were so patient and friendly with my clients, it truly touched my heart!
Our food came out quickly, and they didn't miss a single thing or get anything incorrect! AND they catered well to our 2 celiac clients! The manager, Dominique, went out of her way to make sure our group was treated well and had a wonderful experience. We will DEFINITELY be making this a regular spot for our weekly community lunches. Thank you T4L team!!!
Wow, I'm so happy this restaurant is in Jonesboro. They have vegan and gluten free options. Everything I have tried has been absolutely delicious. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Also, for every meal you buy, they donate a meal to someone in need. It's awesome!
Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. Most things on the menu can be modified easily to be gluten free and they are very accommodating for that. Ross was incredibly professional and polite. I will return here for sure if I am coming through town again.
Noelle at the Springdale, AR, location was amazingly accommodating and patient helping me create my taco multiple allergies free. They accommodate gluten free, dairy free, egg free. The tacos were so flavorful and delicious. Will definitely come here again!
Meat is never hot when I order. I love the tacos for life in Conway Arkansas. I keep trying this one every 3 to 6 months and I’m always disappointed. Less meat on tacos.
I might try again in 3-six months since I’m in the area often.
I have to be extra cautious here. Many food intolerances. They are decent about gluten sensitivities. I don’t think I would try it for celiac though. I do get dairy contamination most times.
I try not to base my ratings on food sensitivities though.
I got a shrimp taco. I dug a shrimp out of the lettuce so it would show up in the picture and the beans did look better before the photo I was scooping dairy off of my beans. Sorry!
I think it was maybe for shrimp three tiny chunks of pineapple, a whole Lotta lettuce.
I put hot sauce on it. It was just too bland for me. I need sliced jalapeños, chopped onions, things like that.
Ordered the sampler platter and my wife ordered the 2 soft tacos meal. My wife has a gluten allergy and they have a menu for that. Food was out in less than 15 minutes and tasted great. Server was friendly and on point with drinks. We will be going back.
We eat at the location at least once a week. There has been a couple of times that we did receive a couple items wrong, but all in all, everything is usually fresh and good. My wife is gluten free, and at time asks for extra items and changes that cause confusion, but all requests are carried out.
Went in on lunch break today with some co-workers. Server Amber did not interact what so ever. We all said thank you MULTIPLE times, she did not speak back. I told her we were ready to order as soon as we sat due to being on a tight schedule, she rudely asked what we wanted to eat. We have a gluten allergy at the table and did not bring the right order out, did not come check on us or ask if anything looked right. There was no wait and they did not look that busy. I know i don’t know what’s going on in the back, but maybe a heads up or something next time. Not impressed.
This is pretty good food! I’ll be back regularly.
Soft peaceful Spanish music.
Well seasoned meat. That’s a biggie with me.
The salsa is not chunky style and very mild. May ask for spicier next time.
Very little cheese on the chimichanga, but if that’s OK for my diet. Did my tummy react later? Yes lol . I’m supposed to be gluten and dairy free.
It was 99% meat. A little bit of tomato onion, and bell pepper in it. It’s pretty good!
A touch of guacamole.
UPDATED November 2023: Vegan/Vegetarian/Allergy friendly!!! Great service by Mykah who is quick to get chips and got us the large salsa bowl for our abundant salsa consumptions! She makes great suggestions and is knowledgeable on the menu. We’ve been back a several times and she’s always stopped by and remembered us even when we didn’t get her as a server. Her very happy and upbeat personality is a huge plus as a server!
Menu review: Cilantro rice and black beans are dairy free.
Portobello fajitas can be dairy gluten and meat free with the above sides and corn tortillas. Ask for no cheese no sour cream. Guacamole in request comes with the fajitas.
There’s a gluten free menu, and the kitchen had no problem accommodating my allergies. I didn’t get any stomach or GI issues and that is always my fear trying somewhere new. Kids menu for your little ones includes several affordable choices and crayons with a coloring page. Chips and salsa came as soon as we sat down. The food was good and fresh, my boyfriend enjoyed an amazing mango margarita on our fist visit and now we get one every time.
Great atmosphere and fun setting. Service was great however the staff was not educated on allergens. I found this very dangerous and concerning. I was afraid to order food. If you are concerned about Celiac Disease or gluten allergy this is not the restaurant for you.
