Gabby was a wonderful server today for my first lunch at this restaurant. I had the gluten free Summer Rolls with the rice wrap without chicken. I didn't take photos but beautiful presentation of the meal. She was understanding towards my goals of eating healthier and made helpful suggestions. She was happy to assist with me getting more peanut sauce for my summer rolls. They were delicious and the veggies truly were fresh and tasted great. I took some home and ended up placing another order. It was a calm and relaxing atmosphere. I'm glad this place was close to where I had some fieldwork today and I would come here again.

I was so excited to try Colonia Verde but sadly left very disappointed. While most of the menu is marked gluten free, for some reason they use a shared fryer. The place is beautiful, but the food is just OK. I had the mushroom tacos and the picanha, and to be honest they were just fine. Our waiter seemed a little confused around what was safe for celiac or not, which again was just disappointing given how well the menu is marked!

Hands down my favorite restaurant! This place is been a god-send for an ex-meat eater who looooooooved birria tacos. Their vegan version, served with a side of consome, is unbelievable. Fatty, meaty, cheesy, all the things I loved in my favorite indulgence meal, without any of the animal products. I have a hard time branching out and trying new things because the birria tacos are just too damn good to pass up. I also love to start with the nachos, substituting the chorizo for jackfruit so my celiac partner can share. And if you can manage to leave room, the churros with coconut cream are also incredibleeeeeeeeeeee. The restaurant itself is lovely, nicely decorated and clean, though I love to grab a table out front when the weather allows. Servers are always friendly and pleasant, though, it can get quite busy and service can understandably be a bit slower during peak hours, so I prefer to go in the late afternoon between lunch and dinner when they aren’t so busy.

I am so, so deeply disappointed in this restaurant. I have celiacs disease and thought this was a safe place for me to eat. THEIR GF ENTREES ARE NOT GF-FRYER IS CROSS CONTAMINATED. THEY ARE AWARE OF THIS AND DO NOT CARE. So sad that this place is trying to market off of chronically ill individuals and knowingly making people sick. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU NEED GF FOOD!!

Beautiful restaurant with an intimate, artistic vibe. I love coming here, the food is consistently good and the atmosphere is great. The fresh made tortillas are one of the best parts of this place! I would come here for a date I want to impress or for a cute night with a friend or small group! Such a gem of a restaurant! The entire menu is gluten free and the tortillas are 100% corn, all celiac safe too!

Great casual dinner spot with wonderful staff and good food. I have food allergies (gluten and dairy) which they do well to accommodate. I have never gotten sick here. I would highly recommend this place!

Been coming here for atleast 4 years. Excellent quality EVERY TIME! Menu has changed and so many delicious new things. vegan, gluten free options. Ive had numerous friend come and try the fish taco, chicken burrito and they always dance and seem to be in love! I loved the Tamale addition to the menu. And Drink!!! Theres a really nice pink drink/collorada.

Tremendously great food. I've been eating here for a few years already. Always great food. I've always love their carnitas burrito, tostadas and others. I had a chicken Dakota once that was also delicious with big portions. For that person who asked why chips was in their food and he was on a gluten free diet, tortilla chips are made from corn meal, water, salt. Nothing else. Unless you ask for flour tortilla there isn't gluten in it.

The gluten free burrito wraps are amazing! I recommend the California burrito with pollo asado and carne asada. Great to visit for a casual lunch or order in for takeout.

Panzón is all around amazing – I travel in Mexico frequently and they're serving up some of the best Mexican food I've had in the states. Their menu is always evolving to incorporate new things which is great, and the majority of items are gluten friendly. Specific things I love: the avocado marg is one of the tastiest drinks I've ever had (sounds weird BUT IT ISN'T), the tuna tostada is straight out of CDMX, the enchiladas rival Casa Enrique, and the gorditas are unspeakably good. I would be remiss if I didn't mention how legit the entire staff is – every single person working here is kind, cool, and skilled. DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS SPOT, if you haven't already been here you're doing yourself a disservice.

Been stopping in here for 3 years now for the tangy BST! They have good gluten free bread and can make any of the sandwiches on it. I’m celiac and haven’t ever had a reaction to cross contamination from them. Great space, calm vibe, and a nice outdoor seating area. If you want a quick cold brew or a place to work its good for both!

My favorite restaurant in Bushwick! Moving out of BK and I will miss the fish tacos and salad more than any other food in the area. Trust me on the salad! The bigger menu items like the steak, vegetable main, and enchiladas also stand out if you’re hungry hungry. Cocktails are phenomenal as well. Great place to sit outside with friends or on a date. Esp if you have a gluten free friend! Full menu is gluten free. Close to Maria Hernandez if you want to take a walk after eating :) This is a QUALITY restaurant that I can tell you will quickly become one of your favorites. Go once you want to keep going back.
