A great place in a small town like San Carlo. The pizza comes in three very interesting versions, as with the same amount of dough they can make a smaller thick pizza, a medium-thick pizza, or a larger one, as I like it, a "tiarata," which is very thin and larger in diameter.
I recommend the "Panfilia tirata" with raw ham and mushrooms.
Very good service.
They have pizzas for celiacs.
If you're in San Carlo, don't forget to eat a pizza at La Pace.
I'd like to take this opportunity to mention that they also have a very comfortable and quiet bed and breakfast above the pizzeria.
Suitable for celiacs, beautiful place, large outdoor garden, it is located in the middle of the triangle formed by the cities of Bologna, Ferrara and Modena, it offers family hospitality in a warm rustic environment; accompanied by the fire of the fireplace inside and outside in a large garden that creates a fairytale atmosphere, children can have fun while being safe. The Tate del Pergolino, trained, referenced, specialized and professional, take care of children and young people by organizing educational game tournaments and much more
Always very good. From the kitchen to the pizzas. Fast and friendly service. Reservations are required, especially on weekends. Possibility of eating gluten-free pizza, gnocco and tigelle and desserts..
Piadina also gluten free. Too bad
That it can only be taken cooked or raw…
I think that some more ingredients should be dedicated at least stracchino and rocket. Because it is already dry the piadina sg without a little seasoning does not go down…
FROZEN PIZZA! I called to ask if they made gluten-free pizza and they responded positively. I went to get 2 take-away pizzas, the owner was very friendly, the girls made me change positions 3 times while I was waiting so they wouldn't let me see that the pizza was frozen and made me go right outside the place like an unwelcome person. Not specifying it is really rude and incorrect because I went to pick it up at the supermarket and paid €5 less. Making fun of people by thinking they are morons makes you look really bad and I feel sorry for you. Much better sieve, the sails, quo vadis and Hollywood where at least sincerity reigns. Shame on you
Avoid getting gluten-free pizza, because that's not the case... Paying more to have a special pizza, due to health problems and then feeling bad, it's better not to publish that they make gluten-free pizzas.
It's about people's health!!!
Never again!
I often order home delivery, less willingly I stop because, rightly, there are always a lot of people. Nice and modern location, very kind staff despite the constant work pressure. However, there is little to say, sandwiches and chips among the best in Ferrara. Punctual with deliveries and the new app is an added value. Be careful with gluten-free
