An absolute recommendation from me!
I have never eaten such a good gluten-free pizza in a restaurant. The spaghetti carbonara was also incredible!
Plus a gluten-free beer... what more could you want ?
These are freaking amazing burgers and I love the fries. 🙌 The staff was very friendly too, which is always a sign of a great place because you know the food is made with love! 🤗 They also had gluten-free buns so that was really nice to have. This is definitely a must when you’re in Pisa!

Excellent, one of the best ice creams we have ever eaten. Original tastes, good quantities and a huge congratulations for making everything or cadi everything gluten-free and delicious. The celiac's paradise. Thank you
Positive experience at both the pizzeria and restaurant level...the "celiac-friendly" pizza was also excellent...excellent service in a family environment. Well done...
Located in the city center.
With an "old tavern" style appearance with bricked ceilings with exposed vaults.
Cozy place, with numerous gluten-free options which in my opinion are very good, and staff who are also very friendly and helpful.
Multitude of “free use” books along the walls.
Perfect place to read, study and spend a few hours.
Highly recommended
Cute place in the center of Pisa, friendly staff and delicious food!
Excellent solution for vegans and celiacs! You will leave satisfied and with a full belly 😍
It’s really no wonder this place has such a high rating—it’s 100% deserved.
First, a special thank you to VINCENZO and LISA, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly committed to ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. Their effort made all the difference!
→ If you or someone you're traveling with has a SEVERE ALLERGY, this review might be especially helpful. We were traveling with someone who has severe allergies to DAIRY and EGG (along with a sensitivity to GLUTEN).
Eating out while traveling is always a challenge, and not every restaurant is able—or willing—to accommodate that kind of need. But this place really stepped up. They put together a custom menu and even went as far as to prepare fries from fresh potatoes using a separate cooking method—all to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
The result? DELICIOUS FOOD, AMAZING SERVICE, and PEACE OF MIND—which is priceless!
A study on pizza making done to perfection!
This is the first time I experienced a pizzeria which offers different dough types for their pizzas. There are 5 dough options, some of them created by this pizzeria, while one dough type is the gluten-free option.
The pizza menu is then divided into different sections, offering traditional options, calzone, the panuozzo and a section of gourmet options.
We chose to order for takeaway, 4 different options also with different doughs and the resulting pizzas were delicious, to say the least.
The place is unassuming and simple, nevertheless bustling with eat-in and takeaway clients, even though we went to this place on a midweek evening.
The place is well staffed and the orders are taken by a friendly person who also offered a free drink to make up for the order delay which was not even the shop's fault.
I would definitely recommend a visit to this place to anyone who is interested in enjoying a delicious pizza.
Nice and clean place, located in front of the hospital.
Small internal parking reserved for customers.
Very good Arabic bread, gluten-free pizza not bad too!
I came to this place with some friends to celebrate a birthday, we arrived at 8.45pm. The orders were taken at 9.30pm (after 3 requests to bring us menus) and the pizzas arrived at 10.30pm. The gluten-free pizza was decent (although the cheese had a texture and flavor far from mozzarella), while the pizzas by the meter were paper thin and, paradoxically, both burnt and raw.
Pleasant surprise in the center of Pisa, near Corso Italia on Piazza Gambacorti. The staff were very kind and friendly, attentive to everything. I think it's family run. My girlfriend who is celiac had no problems finding from the starter to the dessert, including fresh pasta and special second courses. They are very well prepared, nothing was missing except a little gluten free bread, but that's fine. We liked it so much, we will definitely return.
We went to eat here last night! Clean and well-kept place, with lots of attention to detail. Very nice and friendly staff!
The traditional Indian food is really excellent, and the chef is available to satisfy everyone's needs (gluten-free, amount of spices, vegan, etc.).
We recommend it and will definitely be back! 👍🏻😉

A very good burger joint near Tuttomondo by Keith Harring.
The place is very clean and stylishly designed.
The burger menu is extensive, offering multiple options and variations, including gluten free, kids section and a vegan section. Salads and desserts are also offered.
The drinks menu is also elaborate, offering a good number of in-house drinks, beers, smoothies and cocktails.
The service is very cordial and fast, our orders arriving immediately with the drinks.
The food and beverages were satisfactory, although most of the french fries portions were too salty.
I would easily revisit this place to explore more burger options and I would also happily recommend it to anyone who loves a quick but good burger.
Menu was very clear about allergens, which is super helpful as my partner and I are Gluten Free and Vegan respectively! So eating out abroad can come with its challenges, but the menu was clear and the staff were helpful.
On top of that, the food was superb! Would definitely go again if we are ever back in Pisa.
We came to eat a pizza in the renowned GUI and left not fully satisfied. Starting from the environment, there are areas in the room that are dark, in which you cannot see what you are eating. As for the service, we found people who were cheerful and polite but not very attentive: I am gluten intolerant and I was given an entree, without explaining what it was or specifying whether or not I could eat it (and if I had eaten it?). We also encountered some pressure regarding clearing the table.
The gluten-free pizza was good in terms of taste (more similar to focaccia perhaps), but practically absent tomato, which instead was included in the selected type. The other pizza however was very good.
The price, honest all things considered.
I don't know if I would go back.
This place is a guarantee, highly recommended! Tasty food and captivating options, from burgers to desserts, including delicious platters and side dishes. Gluten-free options (even the burger bread) and veg. Excellent craft beers. Honest prices, adequate for the quality of the ingredients. Welcoming location, in the beating heart of Pisa at night. Friendly and professional staff. A gem: the no gender bathrooms. (The desserts were so good that I didn't have time to photograph them untouched!)
Lunch for 2. Each had a daily special: pasta and risotto. Food was really delicious and well worth the money! Patio had a chill but elegant vibe. Several gluten free options.
They welcomed us even though we hadn't booked, fast service, delicious pizza, possibility of having various gluten-free first courses, modest prices, homemade desserts, creme brulée that arrives on fire at the table and of excellent quality, I highly recommend this restaurant.
I had a gluten free pizza, it was amazing... Haven't had such a fresh base before. My sister had pesto spaghetti and relished it.
The reason I gave it a 4 star because it could have had more toppings and I'm used to eating a bit of spicy pizza. Just a personal preference and nothing about the quality of food. It was really good. The service was excellent.
Excellent fish restaurant! We went to this restaurant for lunch and first tasted the mixed starter which was excellent. Then we had the paccheri alla trabaccolara and the octopus: both very good. We concluded with a delicious crunchy semifreddo. Note of merit for the attention to gluten free. In addition to gluten-free bread they also have various desserts. The staff, but especially the owner, are very kind and the value for money is good. The only flaw is the place and the not very well kept furnishings.
best ethnic restaurant in Pisa, particularly Indian. there are many options for any diet (gluten-free, vegan, etc...) very nice staff. super recommended
