Went for the $30 Sirloin special on Wednesday nights, this is on the window as you enter, definitely my suggestion would be to put it on the website. Delicious medium cooked steak and I could taste the flames from the grill too. Matched well with a Cab Sav too. The pinnacle moment was when the amazing head waiter brought out a gluten free small birthday cake. Highly recommended, support local

Great place to get a burger for a coeliac, though only if you go on a day the buns are fresh! I went twice, and the first time my gf bun was really nice, but the second time it completely broke apart within the first two bites, making it too hard to eat without a knife and fork. These are things we deal with as gluten free people anyway, so it wasn’t surprising, but a little disappointing after such a good bun the time before. Otherwise the burgers were great, the chicken nuggets were really nicely cooked, and the chips were yum too!

The food was absolutely fantastic – but the service was even better! As someone with food allergies, I can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant. The waitress asked about any allergies already during the reservation and later pointed out exactly what I could safely eat from the menu. It's especially recommendable for people with celiac disease. A truly wonderful experience!

Fantastic venue with a great cosy interior. Attentive staff and great service around gluten intolerance. Most of the menu is gf with a gf roti as well. Incredible is an apt name for the restaurant. The food was delicious full of flavour and the meat was so tender and moist. 5 star 🌟

My boyfriend & I had a lovely dining experience here recently. Our waitress Hannah was so attentive to our dietary restrictions (Coeliac) and it was clear she genuinely cared. The same goes for the talented chefs in the kitchen, who were super patient and understanding and took the Coeliacs/gluten allergy very seriously. The Big Breakfast was big, the long black was delicious, the staff were friendly with a smile and a quip whilst still professional. I can't understand the poor reviews. Our meal arrived in good time - it was obviously freshly cooked. I asked for GF, and nothing was too much trouble. They swopped out my sausage for halloumi, and they hid a tasty tomato under the bacon. Best bit - the potato rosti/hash brown. Beautifully seasoned. There was a whole shelf of gluten-free sweet treats, 7 options! If only I'd had room after breakfast.

What a great experience! It was our first time at Kisa and appreciated our friendly server explaining everything to us, the special care taken with my gluten-free requirement, and truly delicious food. The smacked cucumber was my (surprising) favourite on the menu, and everything was made to perfection, fragrant and tasty. We were a large group at a long table, and even so, we could share conversations across the length of the table - a total plus. We will definitely return to sample the rest of the menu. An absolute highlight of the weekend!

I absolutely loved this modern Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Queenstown! (I went there twice in the space of 3 weeks) The atmosphere is warm, the dishes are delicious... but above all: it's a safe place for celiacs. 🌮 The menu offers many gluten-free alternatives, and the staff is really knowledgeable and attentive. I felt like I could eat without stress, and that's priceless. 🥹 The real highlight? I was able to eat my first gluten-free churros in 5 years, served with a chocolate sauce to die for. It was so good! 🍹 The cocktails are excellent: original, fruity, and perfectly measured. All in a colorful, energetic setting. 👉 A must-try in Queenstown if you're gluten-intolerant or celiac. And even if you're not, the dishes are definitely worth the detour!

What a debacle! Just a couple of snacky ski bums craving a tasty gluten free tender meal after a cracking on the maunga. We love chicken, so this seemed like the perfect choice. It was not. When you think of a chicken tender you think of golden, juicy, tasty, crispy... But how wrong we were to rely on the website photos. What we received was an unseasoned, insipid, whiter than the snow tender with really no redeeming features. For an outfit that specialises in chicken, this was exceptionally bad. Only plus side to this whole shamozzle was the chips. Thank goodness Briscoes and Woolworths are close by to grab the other couple of necessities on this trip. We're not angry, we're just disappointed. Protip: Woolworths is just down the road. Grab yourself a packet of Waitoa gluten free burger fillets and some Makakihi Fries and you'll be waaaaay happier than us. Edit: old mate Owner is (again) saying it was a kids meal... Absolutely wasn't! ...not sure how long they can keep hiding behind that. Poor form to be honest. Get down to countdown - 3x the food, 10x the taste for less pesos

Loved this place, inside is so beautiful, the staff member I spoke to was so friendly and the pizza was delicious. I went to so many places in Wanaka looking for somewhere that could do a gluten free pizza that was coeliac safe and I finally found it here. Pizza base was so crispy, the pizza was amazing and I'm definitely going back next time!

The only let down was service was a little slow- as in getting drinks initially and then the tables weren't cleared at all...but the food came out quickly and I'd go back again simply for the food options! 4 of us are coeliac and there were so many dishes that were either gluten free or could be modified for us 😍

Great afternoon view over the bay, I had a gluten free fish and chips which were cooked in a separate fryer which is fantastic as a coeliac. Fish batter was light and crunchy and shoestring chips were great. Very relaxing spot. Thank you
