The food was good but we ordered gluten-free and despite it being delicious there must have been cross contamination and both of us with celiac disease got sick.
It is important that if there are gluten-free options there is no contamination because then it is like not having options for celiacs.
When you go to a place that has half the menu with gluten-free options, you trust it and think that it is going to be done well.
It's annoying because it's not easy to find places with gluten-free options.

Fantastic. I am celiac. We ordered a sea bass and some scrambled eggs with ham.
The sea bass was €43/kg and they gave us a 1.4kg piece of sea bass
It was great, but I don't know why I expected less.
The attention to gluten and other issues was exquisite, they have it quite controlled, they make cachopos if you notify in advance without gluten and croquettes...etc.
They told me that one of the cooks was celiac, so it was pretty quiet. The food was very good to me. They have gluten-free bread.

We were treated to a gourmet experience in a cosy restaurant with competent staff who clearly enjoy working there and like their colleagues. The food was excellent, as was the wine. The quantities were perfect. Having been informed about the need for gluten-free alternatives, the chef delighted us with options that were truly delicious and equally as exquisite. We couldn't recommend Los Toneles highly enough. It isn't the first time we have dined there, and it won't be the last.

Highly recommended business. I went this morning for takeaway food and we loved the place and the wonderful staff in the 10 minutes we were there. And the attention to detail and care they showed my daughter's sandwich was a 10 because she is celiac. They even made sure to put it aside. A thousand thanks for the treatment, the entrepanes team. I hadn't been there for a few years, more specifically since they were at the previous location. I was very pleasantly surprised by the change, especially as far as the menu is concerned. It's almost all gluten-free, including the desserts, which are delicious, and they have gluten-free beer!! He hadn't had a drink in centuries. The pokes have improved a lot, especially in the quality of the ingredients. The staff is super friendly and there is a very good atmosphere. 100% recommended, and from today my first option for poke in Santander. Looking forward to returning.
