Great little spot, very helpful waiter. They assured us that there was a seperate prep area, oven and ingredients. My coeliac daughter said it was delicious 😁
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back "Hello, we apologize for our slow response. We do have gluten free and vegan pastel de nata. No eggs and no coconut milk, no peanuts also, but have soya milk. Also we do have a good gluten free options.
Thank you"

Went there twice. Had no issues regarding gluten free food. A variety of options but the chicken burrito bowel was a stand out. Also the Jarritos drinks are the best.
A good pizza place to eat staff was nice and fast. Good seating place and not too crowded, have good options for glutenfri and vegan options, all of their food could be done whit glutenfri options. Would recommend eating her if you want to try something new, pizza, or some of their other options
I emailed them about my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Hello Paulina,
Unfortunately we have bread in our kitchen so cross contamination can happen…
Sorry for that.
Thank you"

I booked on this site because I had read it recommended on Google. The truth is that the restaurant is very cool and they have a lot of varieties of French dishes: gluten-free, vegetarian... everything looked very good. We order the normal and the pure. The truth is that we expected something more, it wasn't bad but I wouldn't say it's the best franceshina I've ever eaten in my life. The treatment was very good and the atmosphere was very cool.
I emailed them to find out in advance if they could accommodate my allergies and about cross contamination and they emailed back " Dear Paulina, Thank you for reaching out. We would very much like to have you, and there are a few options on our menu that might be suitable, but we are afraid that our production environment may not be 100% safe for your requirements, as we have only one area where everything is prepared. Thus, we cannot
guarantee the absence of cross contamination. We don't have a certified gluten-free kitchen, and even with the attention and rigor we put in our operation, we fear that the risk may be unacceptable for you."
Super delicious food and a great selection of healthy dishes. There is something for all needs, whether vegan, vegetarian or with meat/fish or, as I need it, gluten-free. We were there for breakfast and took something with us for dinner, everything worked great. The infused water is also very tasty and there is a large selection and you can refill your glasses for free. The atmosphere there is also great, everything is very lovingly decorated, you feel very comfortable there.
I was served by Gustavo and was very satisfied. Being celiac, I ordered fresh gluten-free pasta, which I enjoyed in complete safety. I would return many times if I had the chance. Very delicious!
Decent offering of gluten & sugar free desserts, with the option of being lactose free and vegan. The outlet mainly create larger cakes and offer frozen food for sale🎂
Dining in is possible, with very limited seating available only outdoor. Indoor seating is somewhat used as an office and seminar room for cake and pastry workshop.
Taste for both Lasagna and apple tart are decent in taste. Coffee ☕️ (decaf) was average.
Wifi is available. Service is attentive. Portuguese command is highly advantageous for a smooth experience, as the staffs speaks close to zero English.
Very good atmosphere and better food. But they charged me €10 for two slices of gluten-free bread (we ordered the mixed board that comes with regular bread, we wanted it to be without bread and order the extra gluten-free bread that cost €2, but they offered to make the change directly without telling us about the disproportionate surcharge). A great pity
The best Indian food I’ve ever. Stumbled upon this and wish I’d found it on my first day here. All curries were gluten free. Staff knowledgeable and extremely friendly. May fly back from Australia to come here again.

A great restaurant with very interesting dishes. Here you can try out/eat a variety of mezze. Very delicious in combination with the gluten-free Laffa. The pizzetas are also great. The best option is to share the Mezze Trio with 2-3 laffa and a pizzeta. So a kind of oriental tapas. Highly recommended and a great experience.

No gluten free bread or wraps, but some options for vegan and gluten-free. This is why I can only give the food 4 stars, it would be so easy to have some frozen gluten-free bread and wraps for gluten free customers.
I'm vegan + Medical Medium + gluten-free and mostly fat-free.
I had lunch at Honest Greens by the harbour: SHAKSHUKA soup 6,95€ without egg to make it vegan. The white stuff on top is vegan cream. This tasty soup is made of stewed red and green bell pepper, onion, tomato and zucchini served with free-range low temperature cooked egg (if not vegan, then no eggs), tahini sauce and microgreens.
The soup had a great taste Mexican style but not hot. I wasn't oily like vegetable soups sometimes are, which was nice.
Though the soup was great, I'll probably not return, since there were only a few gluten-free options on the menu and there are so many other vegan restaurants in town to visit.
Also there was no place to charge the phone (the sockets for the plug-ins were made not accessible with screws in the holes).
EN: I had lunch at Aqarina yesterday and, although the atmosphere was pleasant and the food (gluten-free pasta with truffle cream) tasted good, the experience ended up going very badly. I clearly informed the staff that I have celiac disease and was told that the gluten-free pasta was cooked separately. However, I spent the rest of the day with diarrhea and still feel unwell today, with symptoms typical of gluten contamination.
This shows a clear lack of care when it comes to customers with dietary restrictions. Being celiac is not a choice — it’s a serious medical condition that requires strict handling of food. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this seriously and improves its procedures, so others don’t have to go through the same experience.

Friendly staff and simple but delicious dishes. We had dinner twice at this place, eating meat one evening and fish the other. Many gluten-free options thanks to the authenticity of the dishes.
Delicious eggs benedict with gluten free option of having it served on a hash-brown instead of bread. Well-prepared iced latte, iced chai and cherry lime lemonade. Plus a very pleasant and helpful server as well who kindly brought us a bowl of water for our dog. Recommend!
incredible brunch with welcoming staff and gluten-free options, a must in Lisbon. The gluten-free bread was one of the best ive ever tried, fluffy and dense which is extremely rare to find!
Excellent atmosphere and service. We were very well received by Marieta, who was very attentive and attentive throughout the evening.
The food was great, although the pizza crust was thinner than usual, and the pie available for birthdays was also delicious.
The menu options are gluten-free and there are also salads and pastas in addition to pizzas. The atmosphere is organized and very pleasant, with light music in the background, without much noise, but calm enough to chat and socialize.
The place is easy to find, with a metro station and various bus stops nearby, as well as parking.
This was amazing... the food and the Fado were delightful! Food was delicious. Very authentic experience. We came with a large group and were treated so well. We even had someone with food allergies and they accommodated gluten free and Dairy Free. Amazing!
Went there with my fiancé for lunch. We got sat, and 10 minutes later we finally got our menu. Asked for tissues 3 times and still was ignored. At least the they got the pasta gluten free and right.

A great place for friends. The dishes are excellent, the servers are very attentive, and despite a 10:30 p.m. reservation, we were very well received and ate very well (even gluten free). Thank you
Both the octopus (as good as I've ever had before) and the beef tenderloin tasted extremely good! There was live music which made the atmosphere perfect along with the vault. The Sparkling Sangria was delicious (as good as we've ever had before) and the service was exceptionally good! Great value for money! It was also easy to get advice about allergens and most of the dishes were gluten-free!
In the center of Lisbon, along the very crowded Rua Augusta, there is this restaurant on two floors, specialized in the preparation and cooking of pasteis de bachalau, which are fried croquettes filled with cod and potatoes, typical of Portuguese street cuisine, usually accompanied by a glass of beer or port. At the “Casa Portuguesa do Pastel de Bacalhau”, they also offer a variant of the pastel de bachalau with goat's cheese.
I got to try both types, as they were both gluten-free. The breading of both is thin, light and at the same time crunchy and not at all greasy. However, between the two I much preferred the classic one, as the strong, hot and stringy cheese inside the other croquette completely covered the cod so much so as to alter its flavour.
There is the possibility of eating sitting both outside the restaurant and inside, going upstairs (the space however is not very large). The service is self service.
The prices of the place are a little high but it is still worth it.
Went for a large group meal and had very quick service. The wait staff were lovely and very attentive. However would have liked a few more gluten free options.

One Coyo margarita and one order of 2 birria tacos. Holy cats the tacos were good. I'm an American, moved to Portugal 3 years ago and only know American Mexican and Tex Mex and the birria tacos were simple, oh so good and gluten free. Next time I'm ordering El Pastor tacos. Quick walk from Cais do Sodré train station. I'll be back for sure. And my server suggested the birria tacos. He is a very smart fellow 🙂
Warning: it is NOT a place specifically for gluten-free cuisine, contrary to what appears on Google
Even though there aren't many gluten-free options on the menu, the staff is very open to changes and points out anything that may be contaminated.
The salads are not to be underestimated because they are very substantial and tasty. I had the seared tuna salad with black rice and avocado sauce
