Excellent tamales, tacos (I especially recommend the salmon tacos available on Fridays), aguas frescas, salads, salsas, rice and beans, guac... you can't go wrong! I recently worked with CDT Cocina to cater a large event (65 people) and Liz was amazing. Super responsive to finalize my order in advance, online invoicing was very convenient, and Liz brought the order right on time. Everyone was so thrilled by the meal - everything gluten free, many delicious vegetarian options, and of course amazing omnivore choices. She even brought us to-go boxes for our guests to take extras home if they wanted. We finished the meal with only some sides/salsas left and 100% happy eaters! I highly recommend CDT Cocina for catering, in addition to in-person or takeout dining (getting tamales in bulk is always a great option too).

Had dinner the other night and our server Victoria was incredible. Answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to accommodate my wife's gluten allergy, including asking the bartender to wash his shaker before making my wife's martini. Would 100% recommend dining especially if you get Victoria as your server.

Busy place with huge portions! The food was very good. I need gluten free and they had a few options. I got the pancakes which were the size of the plates! I ordered two pancakes and was overfull with one. Everyone in my group was happy!

I agree with a previous post about an unclean restaurant,(example,tables not wiped clean, all dispensers were filthy) with no plates or straws. I asked for the gluten free option and the staff have to ask you if it is a preference or an allergy. What does it matter to them what I choose or why? No salt or pepper or parmesan on the tables. The salad is OK. Very poor dinning experience. 😞

Give it a try! Because you’re only doing yourself right! I travel for work, and need to care for my health at the same time. This place made that possible for me. I wish there were more businesses like this one. It was money well spent and great prices considering the quality of food and masterful preparation. All menu items look divine. Just because it’s healthy and no sugar added doesn’t mean they don’t have dessert! They have cinnamon rolls that are amazing and creamy cheesecakes! Both I tried and it was so refreshing to eat something so good that’s also benefiting me! 🍎Made in house 🍏organic 🍎soy free, dairy free gluten free, sugar free 🍏paleo Kale yeah!!!🥬
