Hard to put words to the experience. The food, the service, the recommendations, the atmosphere, the wine - everything was just perfect. All the dishes are intended to share and make sure you get a good variety including a couple of the large plates. The bass was cooked to perfection and the steak frites were unbelievable, just to name a few of the dishes we tried. No wonder the chef is a James Beard winner and Annette was named Denver’s best restaurant in 2019. We also had our 3 year old daughter with us and my wife is gluten free and vegetarian and they had no problem accommodating. They even have a cute little curated kids menu. They take walk ins but I highly recommend a reservation. This is your sign to go.
Not Celiac safe. While they do have gluten free items on the menu, the kitchen is very small and cross contaminated. I got a salad, thinking it would be safe and I was extremely sick from it for a long time. I'm thinking that flour just settles everywhere. Very good food. Not safe for people with celiac.
Heritage Cafe is a family owned restaurant that serves 'healthy' food! They have a great selection of Gluten Free options which I very much appreciate.
When you walk in on a Tuesday morning at 10:15 and it is super busy, you know it is a well loved local spot for breakfast.
I ordered the make it yourself omelet and their homemade GF English muffins and everything was perfect!
Our waiter was attentive and pleasant.
Will definitely be returning the next time I'm going to eat out for breakfast with friends!
Great gluten friendly options and great service for my accommodations. If you are avoiding gluten then this is a good option but certainly know what you are getting into. Love mod and glad they have options now.
Absolutely amazing service! I have celiac and they gave me a gluten sensitive menu! They have a gluten free skillet cookie and took cross contamination precautions! Very thoughtful and overall good experience!
Ate here while visiting my sister, her and her husband love this place. And I needed a gluten-free pizza which they serve here which was really delicious. Would recommend it.
I came here tonight. Had placed a togo order. I'm still starving as my calzone had ingredients I had opted out of. I don't necessarily blame legends, but I'm hungry, and your online ordering app is not adequate. I've eaten here a lot, my sister is gluten free. They accommodate nicely. I'll think twice about spending my money here in the future.
I like this smash burger location. The service is always fast and they’re always very sweet. I think in the beginning this location struggled to find its footing but now they have a good grove going. The burgers are so juicy and filling. I love the sides and the all the options you can get. The atmosphere is pretty quiet for the most part but even when it’s busy. It still have a very nice vibe to it. They do have gluten free buns. Only down side to them is that they fall apart quite a bit. I’ll be coming back. It’s one of my favorite burger spots :)
Thank you so much for being amazing! I appreciate yall working with my celiac and dairy free needs! You are so attentive, fun, and helpful! I appreciate the compassion and will always come back! Mel (& everyone else) is phenomenal as well!!
Last evening we went to Athenian's for dinner with a friend. When we walked in they asked if we had a reservation. "No" we replied, thinking we had a long wait ahead. Two other parties came in with no reservations. Amazingly, the staff quickly opened up another room and we were seated within about 5 minutes! The food was amazing and for me the gluten free meal was awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get our incredible
server's name.
. Give them a try, truly a wonderful, welcoming restaurant.
I love Parkside Eatery. I'm so happy Aurora has a spot like this, a central bar with food stalls. I love the variety and the atmosphere. The bartenders were welcoming and provided great service. Our food was delicious, and there is a food-allergy friendly stall. I had no issues ordering with my gluten and dairy restrictions. The space is big and open with TV's and electrical outlets if you need to charge a phone or lap top. The vibes are good at this place. 10/10
Hello to all my Celiac friends and gluten free,
This is a message from the owner Saj fresh grill, it's women owned Palestinian to be specific. I asked her about the gluten-free items they have and this is what she said. ( Everything on the menu is gluten free but the bread, tabouli, gyros, and baklava. If you are allegeric to soy you can’t have the sesame dressing but the tahini you can. Our sharwama is made in house with our own marinade and it is gluten free. Please ask the workers to change their gloves and said the owner instructed you to do that.
Also we have a gluten free chocolate Bundt cake that is amazing! )
So if you go please enjoy.
I will update my review once I try it :)
I visited this location on August 21st with my mom and daughter and to say this was an amazing experience is an understatement. My mother had never been to 5 guys and after me telling her about how good the food was, she wanted to try it. not only the food was fresh and delicious, the staff was extremely friendly and professional. Vitalii took my order and was very careful of our Gluten Allergy request. He was friendly and welcoming! Great overall experience! Great job 5 guys and team! Please give recognition to Vitalli and others.
Nice quiet coffee shop located in a church. A great place on a cold snowy day.
I had a Chai with oatmilk. Nice to drink or of a real mug.
I ate a burrito bowl with chorizo, flavor was excellent, I enjoy that they put tutorials tots in the burritos.
There are a few gluten free options.
Atmosphere is nice, would have been nice is they had a working fire place today 🥶.
I haven't had a meal this good outside of home cooking, ever. It was as if I was transported to Germany and ate an authentic home cooked meal. So delicious, and the atmosphere was enchanting. It's definitely one of my new favorites. I can't wait to go back! Also, they have vegetarian, dairy-free, and gluten-free options.
This is a hidden gem. This place is always clean and the people are very nice. My wife appreciates the fact that the are good at gluten-free and loves the pad thai. They have the best drunken noodles.
My mother has Celiac's Disease, and the restaurant was not only able to accommodate her need for gluten free options, but made it so easy for her. They were very contentious about cross contamination while preparing her food. I would recommend the location to everyone
Thanks Chipotle!
I went for matcha and a gluten free pastry and they had neither. I ordered a spicy chai and patter bar instead and both were good. I’d probably go more often if they had more options. Staff was kind and quick to prepare drink.
They used to be wonderful and had all sorts of gluten free and dairy free options. Once they expanded and got fancier them menu changed and there is very little we can eat there. So sad it used to be our favorite place in Aurora. Service and atmosphere is still nice. Just bummed about the changes.
Great spot for quicker and healthier asian food/bowls, sushi, and stir fry. Lots of options for dairy and gluten free.
The staff was helpful with helping me select sauces. I was a little surprised the bowl consisted of mainly rice versus the vegetables towering over when I ordered every single one. I'd stop here again for quick healthy affordable bites.
Plus options for almost any person or kid! They also have teas, soda, and other beverages on site.
I was able to get a gluten-free cauliflower crust on a build my own pizza. It was delicious. The service was wonderful. The music could have been a bit quieter, but nice. All in all, it was a good experience.
Staff is always really nice and takes good care of our food following allergy protocol for celiac disease. It is one of the only places we trust and food is always fresh.
Today we were told that they will no longer put a “allergy” on the grilled nuggets and the staff gets upset when asked to change their gloves. Love chic fil a, but no longer feel this location is celiac friendly.
Absolutely wonderful customer service, excellent espresso and handcrafted coffee beverages and teas. They carry dairy free alternatives. They also also offer a variety of pastries including gluten free and a fair amount of ice creams. Delicious!

The Gluten-Free mac n cheese was horrible. The noodles were hard and it tasted as if they only added the cheese and not cooked the noodles. The place was dirty, and my soda tasted like water.
Excellent. Food was so fresh and the flavors so unique. Fast service. Very friendly waitress (Спасибо Anna!). Everything is homemade. We are foodies and wanted to try everything. We’re also gluten free and found many things to try. Can’t recommend it high enough. :-)
As with most Ethiopian restaurants I’ve been to in the are, go for the food and authenticity not the ambiance. Food was delicious and they have gluten free injera (the spongey bread that you eat with). Always a fun experience eating with your hands as is traditional. Venture out and try something new! The vegetarian combo is big enough to split for 2!
The drinks on tap are solid with a nice variety of beer, some cocktails, seltzer, a gluten free beer, and mocktails. Something for everyone! Cool that you can prepay for everything in the beginning so that when you’re ready to leave, you don’t have to wait for waiter/waitress! The food… isn’t great though. The wings were fine. The salad was bland. The fish and chips were way too greasy. The green chili pork tots were pretty good though! If you’re coming for drinks, fun spot. Just get food somewhere else in Stanley Marketplace.
Absolutely delicious! Fun atmosphere with outdoor seating. Friendly to light gluten intolerance (all the wings are fried in the same oil but they are not breaded as far as I could tell).

My travel companion and I found this place after a long day of travel from the East Coast to Denver. We were looking for something to eat that had gluten free options and open late on a Sunday. What a great find! It’s located in the Stanley Marketplace, itself a great tourist location.
Not only did they have a GF bun so I could eat a traditional burger, the best part was that their classic smash burger (with fired pickles and onions) was the best burger I’ve ever had, and I’m not exaggerating. Try it!
The staff was friendly and attentive. I noted that they are on openly LGBTQ-friendly establishment which is important to me for the comfort of my family. This place is also well suited to kids, singles, couples and retirees alike. It has a bit of a retro feel which is fun.
I noted that the prices were fair, food quality excellent and the place was clean. I was very pleased with our choice after such a long day.
Lastly, if you have any mobility needs, the entire place is spacey enough to accommodate most needs. Keeping in mind this is a burger and breakfast joint, they get 5 stars.
Enjoyed this spot. There was a lovely rare Denver breeze with garage doors up so the experience felt vacationy. They accommodate gluten-free here but it's not labeled or listed on the menu or website (which is a bummer) so you have to ask or guess. Food and cocktails were good. Service was great. Enjoyed some trendy orange wine per my friends rec.
