They have dedicated fryers and are well versed in Celiac protocol. I had the fried shrimps and it was amazing. Highly recommend it!!! Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I just loved it!!!!

Love this place for breakfast! So many choices. Pancakes and bacon ... yum. Great coffee. Service is always friendly. Friendly vibe. We always stop when in Islamorada and tell all our friends. Offers gluten free. Plenty of parking. Reasonably priced.

We ordered the gluten free egg and brie sandwich and it was spectacular! I can only imagine what it must taste like on the ciabatta roll. We also ordered the key lime muffin. The muffin was a 3/5 but the Brie sandwich was a solid 4.8/5. It was everything you expect it to be and more! It’s got cute seating both indoor and outdoor and is usually crowded on weekends.

I agree with another review that the parking lot is difficult to find in the dark. The restaurant has a lovely beachy atmosphere. The food was delicious and did allow for non gluten friendly options. The curry snapper was full of flavour. The live music on the beach was enjoyable. The service was lacking. We had to wait a long time for the hostess, a grumpy teenager to seat us. The waitress was efficient but not very friendly.

If you have any issues with gluten (eg - Celiac Disease) then I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We were visiting from New Zealand & a lot of places throughout Florida made GF eating a real challenge. These guys were amazing! Lots of GF options & a great understanding of issues like cross-contamination. Super friendly & delicious food. Highly recommend. :)

Had an amazing time here! I had been all up and down the Keys for a week and this was my last meal on the way to the airport. It was absolutely amazing! The skillets were phenomenal and as a bonus, gluten free. Loved their bottomless mimosas, views of the water and the amazing service. Can’t wait to come back again in the future.
