This is a fun place to go with great gluten free options for Italian food. My server had celiac disease and was very knowledgeable. I have been here a few times and not had any problems here.
English and Spanish: I have been to this restaurant several times and have loved it every time! They are allergy-friendly, 100% gluten-free, and are willing to make accommodations. They have this vegan cilantro sauce that is phenomenal. I’ve gotten the vegan beyond arepa with avacados, lettuce, and Fritos.
The rice and beans (the beans depend on who is making it; there have been some inconsistencies there), but everything else is good. I also love their fresh juices. The passionfruit one is my favorite.

Love the gluten free options! The specialty lattes are on point. Customer service was great and the ambiance was both comfortable and eclectic. The library is a delight. There are places to work, converse, read and listen to music. Highly recommend!
Laid back, good portions of delicious food, good service. A great variety for multiple tastes. Lots of gluten free, soy free options so I get to *choose* from the menu. That doesn't happen often. I didn't think to take the photo before i ate, but this is the jackfruit biryani which was fabulous!
The food was delicious! GLuten friendly options are available. The Arepas were decently sized, though a big guy like me needs two. I preferred the pork over the salmon.
Love that they have a gluten free pizza! And dairy free cheese! Not only do they have these options, but they taste very good. I come to Mod every time I’m in Raleigh
Joesph was absolutely amazing! I am gluten free and he was able to assure me that everything I ordered was safe for me to eat. He also just had a great vibe and made sure our group had a great night. 10/10 experience. Will definitely be back :)
I've been here before a year ago or so, the service and atmosphere are wonderful, I really enjoy eating there! I got the smoked salmon frittata and it was delicious! I had to ask for a bit more salad dressing, but our server was very kind and was happy to get me some more. The reason I've given the good a low review isn't because it's bad, but because they've gotten rid of their gluten free/friendly options (still have gf toast though, it was pretty good). I was super excited to go back and even more so when I saw all the delicious Fall options for pancakes, only to find out they no longer had the option to make them gf. I hope to hear they reintroduce that in the future.
Vegan, lactose free, and gluten-free menu: ask for it
Overall, above average; could use some improvement ( seating is a bit tight ( we can hear the full conversation sometimes) )

I can only speak on the food itself as I ordered this through GrubHub but let me just tell you this is the best gluten-free pizza I've had in all of Raleigh. You have to try it. It's amazing!!!
This was just my first time visiting, but we will be back! The servers were attentive and the food was great. It probably helps that they had a live band that night as well, but I definitely enjoyed the atmosphere. We came by for Hubby’s bday and of course had to get the 21+ cake! I had just the pimento cheese sandwich with bacon on gluten free bread. (Yes, fellow allergic/intolerant peeps, they can accommodate! *May not be celiac friendly, will have to check this next time)
Nice restaurant with good food. I'm not a bourbon drinker so didn't like any of the drink specials. All the food was very good, and they have a great gluten free selection. Service was great!
I had a few early morning appointments across town and needed to grab food in between. Due to my mindful lifestyle and autoimmune issues, I’m very particular about the quality of ingredients, preparation, and nutrients, so I don't eat out often. I ordered the "Triathlete" plate with a side of chicken sausage and gluten-free toast.
The first plate came out with old-looking fruit, no tomatoes, no toast, no pico, and no mushrooms—half the ingredients of the dish were missing. Essentially, it was just an egg white omelette with canned green chili and onions, a few grapes, and the chicken sausage I ordered. I had to call the server over, as she hadn’t checked on me. I pointed out the missing items, and she took the dish back to be remade.
She mentioned they were out of mushrooms initially but were now cooking more. It seemed like they hoped I wouldn’t notice the missing ingredients. About 10 minutes later, the server returned with the dish, which still lacked pico and had only one piece of diced tomato. They did add more fruit, which was nice. Again, I had to call out to the server, who was hanging out at the hostess stand. I told her I was over the experience and wasn’t going to send the food back again. She brought me a box for my fruit and handed me a gift card as I left.
Overall, it was a lackluster experience and a stark reminder of why I’ve been avoiding eating out post-c0vid.
The photo is the "remake".
We live two hours away, but found Vic’s on a random evening last year before a hurricanes game and decided to stop in. So glad we did! Food is always delicious and fast. Service staff (especially Bennett) are super friendly and knowledgeable. Penne alla vodka and pizza are always a hit. I have a gluten allergy and they have always been very accommodating of it as well! It absolutely worth the time to stop in for dinner We are loyal long distance customers of Vic’s!
To begin, I am not a huge Mexican food person but anytime I want delicious food with a large variety of low carb options, gluten free options in the friendliest restaurant around I take my family here. The food is cooked to order, fresh and delicious and they have something for everyone. Excellent food, very clean restaurant and superb staff.
Fun place. They have gluten free biscuit and food options! Food is named after hobbit - A+ haha. Not too many books - a little section near the front. Totally worth going for the food and drinks. Lots of people relaxing, reading, working, chatting... Good vibes!
I was excited to try this place because they had 2 dedicated vegan options, that also just galen to be gluten free. I could either get the blue corn tortilla tacos or the enchiladas. Both came with nopales (cactus) and black beans. I chose the tacos, simply becauseI'm not typically a big fan of green tomatillo sauce, which was on the enchiladas.
The tacos were very good and extremely filling. I feel they could have used more veggies in them and less beans though, for my personal preference, because the beans are pretty salty.
We also got the guac and chips as an appetizer, and the guac was pretty darn good!
I decided to try their Cadillac Margarita and was happy I did. Very flavorful and strong. Definitely not one of those weak ones with the electric neon green fake mix I've seen at other places.
The atmosphere really has some cool touches and the building itself is a fantastic architectural design.
If you haven't checked this place out yet, I highly suggest it!
Since it was my first time in, they were very patient with me explaining all the options and going through all the items with me. Loved that there were so many gluten free options. I had a lamb bowl on a bed of rice and chickpeas. Food was tasty and plentiful. Loved hearing how they welcomed everyone in as if they were family! Place is small, so I sat in a barstool facing the wall at the long bar table. Only a few tables inside and weather wasn’t great for sitting outside.
I have just found this place and have eaten twice in a week! Gluten free items and veggies! So good and I love how many things I can put in the bowl. New favorite place for sure!
I have tried their fries, Buffalo chicken dip, Cobb salad, and gluten free buffalo chicken pizza. All have been delicious. I dream about that salad sometimes.
During my second dine in experience, our waiter made a comment in support of my friend’s looks but also made a comment towards me that was probably not meant to be unkind but what he said to both of us made us uncomfortable and left us speechless for a moment. He also made a comment in a teasing way about why I didn’t order a drink just because I was looking at the menu. I didn’t feel this was appropriate either. He did inform us that it was his second week. At the end of our experience we were trying to get out of our booth but he was still standing there beginning to clear the table when he could have just let us out and then cleared it. We still have great tips but someone needs to watch this one.
I'm always thrilled to get tasty wings and not be glutened. Service was perfect without being intrusive. Clean and pleasant, not too busy even on a Saturday at lunchtime.
This place is a staple! And they recently added a bunch of gluten free options to their menu which I always appreciate! Super kind service and delicious food.
