My daughter (who has celiac disease) and I went to Cooper's Hawk for dinner on the 4th of July. With a reservation, we were seated immediately and provided excellent service by Miss Ori. There is an extensive gluten-free menu, and the food was delicious. This restaurant is great for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity as well as those of us without. Called in a carry out order at nearly 5pm on a Friday for a roasted beet salad with a cheese substitution. Was ready in under 20 minutes, hostess greeted me quickly and asked if I needed utensils. Upon returning home I was anxiously ready to eat as I hadn’t been there in years. As much as I wanted to like the combination of beets and sweet potatoes, I just didn’t. It should maybe be called a Root Vegetable salad to give a more accurate description as there seemed to be more potatoes vs beets? I will return to try one of the other many gluten free and clean menu items.

have eaten here multiple times since being diagnosed as celiac! chips are not made in a dedicated fryer but are apparently the only things cooked in the fryer? unsure but have felt fine post eating the chips! pinto beans have gluten so black beans only. gf options are labeled on menu, food will come with allergy tag if waiter/waitress puts allergy note in. also, house tequila is 100% agave so it’s safe from barley/malt/rye liquor. big fan of belair!!

Champps has been here for so long but it is still so good! Very big menu with so much to choose from and it’s good food! I love the Champps Signature salad but get grilled chicken instead and I love it! My kids love their burgers and they have gluten free buns! Portions are hearty. You get what you pay for. It’s a loud restaurant so if you have hearing issues it may be challenging, but if you’re like me and have 4 kids it’s a relief to not need to hush them!
