This place is sent me to the hospital! They say they are celiac safe with a separate cooking area - I got so sick I had to get wheelchairs to the hospital- and apparently I’m not the first place this restaurant has sent to the hospital for gluten cross contamination. Celiacs DO NOT EAT HERE! They say that they are aware of cross contamination and they are NOT SAFE.

Dangerous for Allergies - AVOID! My visit to Genius Cafe Bali was a disaster. I ordered gluten-free eggs on toast, but halfway through, I realized the bread wasn't gluten-free. They got my order wrong, and I got sick later in the day. They replaced the meal once they realised, but given I had already eaten half this was not really good enough! This cafe clearly doesn't take allergies seriously and puts customers at risk. Do not go here if you have an allergy; they don't care about your health.

I love this place, because it’s more atmospheric and besides, there’s nowhere else that’s vegan Have your favorite dishes. Raw spaghetti is delicious!!! Pizza with gluten-free dough is great!! Cauliflower in batter is also very cool, but please come up with a gluten-free frying option, there is another flour 🙏 There is often nowhere to sit and sometimes other people may be seated at your table, although these do not seem to be communal tables. The price for additional spices for cocoa is very high! Simply inadequate. A pinch of Chili is the same as 2 full packs. A small saucer of cashews, with a few nuts 40k, like a whole hot dish The toilet floor is always very wet and dirty, as if people from the street are constantly washing there. But overall the views are great.

We love the shop but the service was a little lacking here when we went for dinner and they were out of a few things we wanted. It was also a little worrying that some of the menu was marked GF but then we were told those things weren’t GF. Our friend who is a celiac was a little confused. The food is also not the best you can get (local).

!!!If you have an allergy do NOT come here!!! They claim to be accommodating to allergies (especially gluten allergies) however this was far from our experience. My wife ordered the gluten free toast and had made it very clear that she has specific allergies which they acknowledged and said it could be made safely. They brought the bread over and confirmed it was cassava flour, so she ate a couple of slices before the server came over in a panic saying it was normal sourdough! We asked them to clarify if it was definitely wrong and then a manager came over and said that it was actually the gluten free bread and they made a mistake. My food then came and the bread looked identical so we asked them to double check and this is when we found out that they had in fact given her the regular wheat sourdough. They were apologising profusely however this was too late, and instead of taking ownership across the board, they decided to blame a new waitress which was really bad form. If you have an allergy I would not trust this place to handle your food properly so definitely avoid.

Second time visiting. Highly recommend the Mediterranean nourish bowl (I ordered Egg + Avo on the side), it was absolutely beautiful, every single element was perfection. My husband ordered the breakfast criminal, and thoroughly enjoyed it- poached eggs were perfect. My Kombucha was great, and the oat iced latte was that good that my husband ordered two. Really quiet place to enjoy a feed, drink, or work. Relaxing tunes in the background was a nice touch. Lovely staff and great prices. - accepts card payments only - plenty of gluten free options

A small place with few tables but very cozy 🌸 the calm atmosphere and the super friendly and close staff! All the smoothie bowls are delicious but I would highlight the cosmic berries, it is THE BEST smoothie I have ever tasted! Also with the gluten-free granola which is delicious 😍 highly recommended
