A bad (expensive) figure I'll start by saying that the quality of the food was good - except for the calamari, which I suspect were squid and in any case a bit hard/rubbery - but overall it was a disappointing evening, especially having ten guests who I cared about a lot. I chose this restaurant because on the website it was presented as exclusive, attentive to vegan and celiac needs, with a rich and interesting menu. Unfortunately, the reality was very different: • The menu on the website did not correspond to what was actually available in the room. • The only vegetarian/vegan second course indicated was not available because it was "out of season" - but then why keep it on the menu? • The service was slow (almost half an hour to take the order, an hour to eat), disorganized (starters and second courses served together; one diner was left without a dish for a long time) and often distracted (errors in the orders, little attention to the tables). I understand that the ambition is to offer an elegant and refined experience, but elegance and professionalism are not built only with a beautiful venue or a high bill. They require consistency, attention to detail and, why not, even a little humility. An evening that should have been special turned into a bad impression. A real shame.

4 of us came on Saturday night for a 12-bite dinner specifically for the gluten-free sandwich but unfortunately it wasn't available!! Despite the difficulty, Antonio, the guy in the room was super decisive, thoughtful and kind... he immediately cheered us up by advising us on excellent meat while also giving us all the explanations about the cut and type. To pair with the meat he also recommended a perfect wine, a bottle of Dolcetto d'Alba, making us all agree on our tastes. What can I say, we entered with a sulk and left with a smile, it's really rare to find someone who, despite the CHAOS of SATURDAY EVENING, is willing to take care of a table so as not to disappoint expectations. We will definitely be back to try something else and let Antonio advise us! I recommend to everyone!!

My favorite restaurant ever! Comfortable and familiar environment, kindness and smiles, extraordinary dishes! From the appetizers to the dessert everything is really delicious!!! Gluten free dishes are also available, what can I say... perfect!
