Open from 08h00 to 20h00, early arrival or reservations advisable lest one wishes to wait, Pancakes’ menu comprises Dutch or American style with a variety of toppings including favorites designated by a heart. Surrounded by iconic scenery, outdoor seats in the shade a hot commodity, Coffee is basic but good with a packaged Stroopwafel while Pancakes are light and fluffy, perfectly wrapping around plentiful toppings, and available both Vegan or Gluten Free for those with allergies.

Not the cheapest place, and the toilets are pay due to the proximity to the Anne Frank house (understandable and only 0.50€) but very good food. Huge vegan and gluten free options. Sweet and savory.

I have been at several pancakes locations before and would always come back, because the have glutenfree dutch pancakes. It was something i definitely been craving for at that day. Always look out for the flag on your glutenfree pancake - otherwise it is NOT glutenfree!! Almost ate the wrong by accident. Should have given us a discount for the mix up ..

We went today because we saw it on one of the maps with gluten-free options for celiacs. The food was good, but my celiac daughter ordered a gluten-free Gordon's, and they were supposed to have changed the bread to make it gluten-free, but it got contaminated, and she ended up with a stomach ache and vomiting... She didn't eat anything else, so that must have been it... It was a real bummer, because she had a bad time...

Very nice place. Different vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. I highly recommend the French toast and the bread with red lentil hummus. Price is totally fine for what you get. A must try for Breakfast/Brunch when you are in Haarlem

Bar located near the central station and Chinatown. The menu features many varieties of pancakes, including Dutch ones, both sweet and savory. I appreciate the possibility of gluten and lactose free options. The pancakes, the one with apples and the one with chocolate chips, are very good and generous in size. Unfortunately, despite being young, the staff is not friendly, never a smile and when I asked if there were vegan options I was told by a girl to look on the menu even if there was nothing written on the menu, I solved it by talking to the male waiter who was able to point out options not listed on the menu. We spent €10.70 per person for two pancakes.

Top-notch cuisine, they work hard, and it's delicious. Top-notch service with smiling and efficient servers. Very good room management and a really cool atmosphere. We were a group of 11 and managed to have lunch there (plan to arrive early because the right is in high demand, and for good reason!). Quality gluten-free options. Wonderful (and huge) gluten-free pancakes cooked perfectly—soft with some crispy edge bits. Topping choices were many and flexible. Staff were prompt, friendly, helpful and informative. We were offered a table with a view of the water. Perfection!

We brought the gluten free blueberry muffins as my friend is coeliac. The muffin itself was really tasty and relatively moist, however it was advertised as being made with a sativa strain. All this muffin did was make me knackered so I couldn’t even stay awake and had to go home to bed…. which is the opposite to being told it will invigorates and gives us a buzz. Our family also brought the muffin with gluten and the same thing happened to them. Would not recommend…

Wow, what a delicious meal we had here, the food is fresh, tasty and beautifully presented on the plate. The menu is very good, with gluten-free options! The price is on the high side, but I thought the quality was appropriate for the price. We recommend the Navajo eggs and B&R special! The service made us feel very welcome and was very friendly. It is important to make a reservation if you want to be assured of a place. You can do this online on their website. We did this for 3 people a day in advance. Bakers & Roasters is open from 8:30 to 15:00. And it is a busy place! Despite the fact that we had made a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes for our lunch, because of 2 large groups that also had to be served. Nevertheless, we had a delicious meal. A small tip to give sharper knives, it was now a bit difficult to cut the bread.

Stay away from this place, especially if you need to eat gluten-free. The place is not in the center of Amsterdam, but being in those parts I chose to try an Italian place that didn't seem particularly touristy to me. However, the experience was terrible and from the moment I set foot inside the place I had a bad impression. First of all I was told that the POS wasn't working and that therefore they would only accept cash payments (in 2025, in a city where Amsterdam where almost only card is used, strange...). This forces me to go and withdraw money near the restaurant, at an ATM that they themselves recommend. When reading the menu I realize the totally crazy prices offered by the place, greatly increased compared to the latest ones available on Maps (May 2024), with increases of over 10% (so let's not mention inflation...). To give you an idea, I leave you the photo of the menu displayed outside the restaurant. I would add that for gluten-free pizzas the addition was 5 euros (the highest extra cost I have ever seen, and I have seen a few countries). Despite the large expense, I was hoping to at least eat some good products and instead I found myself with a Schar pizza base for a margherita (paid €17.50) and a lasagna with all cheese and no pasta. In short, a total disaster. I also conclude by pointing out that they will not offer you tap water, because "they don't have any", which is also very strange in Amsterdam (to say the least). In short, whether you are a tourist or a local, don't be fooled. Prices are totally too high for a place where you don't eat well (other Italian restaurants do much better at better prices), you're cramped and you can't even pay by card or have tap water at the table. To be avoided.

Wow, what an experience. Everything about this place is great. Let me break it down. You order your meal on the screen. The place is small but enough space to sit down and enjoy your meal. We ordered two different flatbreads. Both of them were very good. I am a full grown man and a half of this flatbread was enough for me. We also had 3 pieces of balls who taste very good. The price is average. Everything is glutenfree. The quality of the food and the service was very good. I will definitly come back to this place. Enjoy your visit!

I recently had a great dinner at Bier- en Wijncafé De Keet, and I can only recommend this experience. The food was exquisite, with well-balanced flavors and beautiful presentation. The atmosphere in the café is warm and cozy, perfect for a relaxing evening out. What was particularly striking was the attention to gluten-free options. The staff was well informed and really thought along, which is a huge plus for people with dietary requirements. This gives a feeling of confidence and completes the enjoyment. In addition, the selection of beers and wines is excellent. The employees are happy to help you with a suitable choice, which makes the experience even more special. Very good experience. The servers are very welcoming, attentive, and friendly. They also exude good energy. The pasta is also very good. We really enjoyed it. The cocktails are also high-quality. No complaints. It was a little warm in the dining room, but we were made aware of this as soon as we arrived. Also, I don't eat gluten.
