The staff were very accommodating! We had to add a seat to our reservation last minute which they accommodated. The night was very busy with multiple large graduation parties. Our server was knowledgeable and efficient. She was accommodating for multiple food allergies and timely with drink refills. I had gluten free pasta which was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The portions were large and all of the proteins were cooked accurately. The only downside was that the restaurant itself was very noisy. We had difficulty making conversation at the table but I think it was due to the larger grad party groups.

I was excited to go to Jason's deli having not gone in years and was looking forward to the salad bar. That is until I learned it was a 1 trip bar, not a buffet. I like to sample a little bit of everything to see what I like best, which is a moot point with only one trip through the line. I ultimately passed and got a club sandwich instead. My fiancé got a caprese gluten free sandwich. Both sandwiches were fine, but we both found ourselves not satisfied with the meal, which at $10+ each is poor value. A really underwhelming experience. If the salad bar ever goes back to unlimited trips, I might give it another shot but overall, disappointing.

Came in on a Friday night around 9pm. There is nothing at the host stand saying to seat yourself or wait to be seated. We stood waiting before finally seating ourselves in the bar area. It was awkward. Several staff walked by us not paying us attention. They were not very busy. Not having been here before we assumed we didn’t have wait staff so we started to place our order on our phones using the QR code on the table. I wanted to get fries or an app quickly, so we flagged down a staff member asking if we we would have a server or if we are supposed to order ourselves. He said we could order on our phones and walked away. We placed an order for fries, submitted it and went back in to get food and drinks. After everything was submitted, a server stopped by our table. We said we submitted our food, she brought our drinks. Some one else brought our fries to the wrong table, when he realized it he brought them to us. I wanted salt and there wasn’t any on nearby tables so we went without. Our wings and pizza were dropped, and nobody came back. We didn’t have a beverage the entire meal, we finished it with our appetizer. Since nobody was coming by, we got back on the phone to close out our tab. We had to flag someone down to get a box. I dropped the tip down to 18%. I am typically a good tipper and didn’t even want to tip because we didn’t have anyone helping us but all that does is make me look cheap. The fries were really good. The wings were good. We tried the gluten free pizza, it was not bad but just the fact that they had it would typically bring us back. The crushed red peppers and some other spices were on the table but the jars were so gross and greasy from someone’s dirty hands, I didn’t want to use them. It didn’t seem like the condiment containers are cleaned regularly. Pretty gross and makes me nervous about the areas you can’t see when things are that dirty on the table. The food was good enough that we would have returned but with the horrible service, probably not.

Good brick-oven, thin crust pizza. (Beware anyone with gluten issues, the cheese here will make for some epic gas!) Decent beer. But the real draw here is the atmosphere...cozy, fun and a favorite of my colleagues for lunch, dinner and the occasional happy hour.

I really loved our first visit, but was really disappointed that their closing time wasn't clear. We hoped to grab a quick bite around 9:30pm before the 10pm closure, but we were told that they were closed at that 9:30 time. I wish that information was online prior to us rushing over there. Additionally, we hosted a party and were extremely disappointed that the gluten-free pizza was not labeled, putting a guest at risk for illness after eating the pizza. The pizzas looked identical, and it was such a disappointment to not feel safe feeding people with food allergies in our home. Please mark your GF pies accordingly.
